Can get tracking details from the software before sending the shipment. Also can track shipment easily. **What do you like best about DHL Supply Chain Management?** Time saving, easy to learn. Customer gets the quotes before sending the shipment as well. Service provided by DHL is fast compared to other e-commerce companies. **What do you dislike about DHL Supply Chain Management?** Session expires quickly. Once the session expires, the user has to fill in the details again. This consumes a lot of time and it can also be eliminated if IT staff can make some changes in the software. **What problems is DHL Supply Chain Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to send and track the shipment in DHL whether a user is importing or exporting the shipment. It is an easy process through DHL by using their software. ### 2.
