
I like that Houzz Pro offers unlimited users, which is a big plus for my team. The customer support is also a major reason why I switched to Houzz Pro. I find the AI function for building estimates very handy and a huge time saver, especially when moving over from a previous CRM. It includes an itemized list for completing a project, making the estimation and project phases more user-friendly for customers to understand each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the lack of a filtering function for the client list when sending mass emails frustrating. I have to select all and then unselect what I don't want to send, which is not convenient. It would be nice to filter by address, name, or project. Also, it's missing the ability to download information to Excel to easily manage data within the CRM. Another issue is that I can't attach the same calendar to multiple users, which makes it difficult when everyone's using the same meeting calendar. These are areas that could be improved.
