Veeqo has a neat UI, it is easy to navigate through and we found it quite intuitive. It helps us keeping track of stock levels, supported by graphs and KPI's in order to optimize reorder point and quantities. 1) Veeqo has an excellent device called Veeqo Scanner and its feature called 'Scan to Pick.'
2) It's never easy for anyone to work with me because I'm a perfectionist and relentless person. However, the customer services team are helpful and friendly, and their response time is fast.

1) I'm being honest, I'm annoyed at inconsistent GUI, Veeqo UI designers have a lot to think about how to improve the GUI to cut down the user-tasking time.
2) We get over 300+ orders an average day, and we get 400+ orders a busy day. Veeqo has a 'Scan to Pick' feature. However, Veeqo doesn't have 'Scan to Ship' feature yet. Shipping a picked item and finding an order to take extra 4-5 minutes to complete because the guy has to type each items' codes for every order. Annoying for the warehouse team!
If Veeqo rolls out 'Scan to Ship' feature, the warehouse team could have saved an hour task for 300 orders a day. I have a faith that Veeqo will roll out the 'Scan to Ship' feature this year 2020. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Veeqo integrates seamlessly with my web sites, accounting software and Royal mail for delivery. Its dashboard is clear and easy to see the orders dropping in. Love how simple Veeqo is to use, the dashboard is easy on the eye and a breeze to navigate. We used a different software for a while but would never go back after using Veeqo, which is infinitely easier to understand. We can now bulk print our shipping labels and be confident that our orders and inventory are synced across our online stores. We are booksellers and receive hundreds of orders a week, and having Veeqo print our shipping labels automatically saves us so much time. Before, we would spend ages writing out our labels by hand but now we can have them all printed off for us, which is an absolute lifesaver. It's also been useful for syncing our orders and inventories over Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce (which was a pain to do manually every day). Veeqo was easy setup and is also really easy to use. Syncs my stock across multiple sales channels, automatically prints my shipping labels which makes the order proces less time consuming.
