While it is easy to use, it also provides enough customization to fit our unique needs. There is a perfect balance of customizable views, shipping options, branding, etc. without too much noise that would confuse our fulfillment team. One of the best parts about it is the customer service; our questions are answered almost immediately. Also, the Veeqo team is quick to support us and listen to the suggestions we have for the platform. We want to ship things quickly & accurately. We want to provide exceptional shipping to our customers because our products are high-end and exceptional. Veeqo is a perfect match for our mission as a company. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** I would love for Veeqo to provide more reporting tools. For us specifically, we need a more in depth inventory management system that allocates for lot codes or connections to Net Suite. I would also love to be able to get detailed receipts for our shipping label purchases. Also, a direct connection to UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. reps. I would also like more customization on the packing slips & invoices. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of our goals as a business is to increase our direct to consumer sales channel. Because of the affordable labels, ease of use, and picking features, we can do this. We have our best margins from any sales channel that flows through Veeqo. Our biggest concern is getting the order sent accurately & on-time. If we were to fulfill orders from Shopify or our personal shipping carrier accounts, we wouldn't be able to do this. I also like how Veeqo is implementing things such as a Tik Tok Shop integration. We want to expand our direct to consumer business across all the new emerging social media sales channels, and Veeqo allows us to do this. ### 2. You just sign up, integrate it into your store and thats it. It gets the best rates and even gives you credits for shipping. From the inventory updates to the order processing, Veeqo flipped our warehouse operations to an extemely streamlined and efficient process that we can't live without. One of the best parts is that whenever we have an issue or question we have a direct point of contact within Veeqo that is English speaking and will set up a call with me as soon as possible to resolve any of my concerns. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Veeqo is still smaller and doesnt integrate with all e-com platforms yet. There are still some technical bugs it needs to sort out, but everything can run smoothly regardless. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our warehouse process of picking and packing orders used to take all day and sometimes even longer to process all of the orders we get in every day. But Veeqo made it simpler to the point where it only take an hour or two to complete all of our picks and we now are able to run two runs of picks every day. I particularly appreciate the wide range of options available to update and track inventory across channels, ensuring accuracy and saving a lot of time. Another great feature is the financial reporting tools, which provide clear insights into business performance and help us make better decisions. The Senior Account Executive, Mr. Rhys Wakely, has been extremely supportive from the very beginning always available to guide us, resolve issues, and ensure we get the most out of the system. Currently, most non-Amazon marketplaces can only be connected through third-party software, which adds extra steps and complexity to the workflow. It would be much more efficient if Veeqo offered direct integrations with a wider range of marketplaces. We used to subscribe to a service and now no longer need to. Plus we get postage discounts AND credit back based on volume of shipping. We can use it for eBay as well as Amazon and it marks the item shipped plus reports it back to Amazon and eBay with tracking number. Also, using this creates claims protection from Amazon. We use this daily and ship many packages with ease. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Sometimes an item comes up "service unavailable" through the USPS and you have to ship UPS or FedX, but that very rarely happens. When our orders are first made the information is pushed to Veeqo and if the customer adds on any additional item through our aftersell plugin, it’s not fed through to Veeqo. We were able to set up Veeqo in house with the support from Veeqo and it has worked better than we expected so far. Lower shipping rates, and backed by Amazon delivery gaurantees. We were Shipstation users but gave Veeqo a try. First it synced our Amazon orders seamlessly, pulling orders and already knowing dimensions from Amazon a big plus, (no more configuring each new SKU) . Implementation was super easy. We are daily users shipping a couple hundred packages a day. We were expecting some learning curve but WOW after 1 day we knew Veequ was going to be better than Shipstation, not to mention free (more savings) and no charge for additional users (more savings) The 5% refund on shipping is nice but add that we now get better rates AND dont have to pay the .30 additional charge (as shipstation does) to use Amazon shipping methody adds up to HUGE savings. We have not integrated other market places yet no have had the need for customer support, but seeing how good Veeqo is out to the box we expect it only get better and we add the rest of our channels. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Not much negative to say. Setting up print direct did require installing java first. It does scare me that his is an Amazon Company. But, (drum roll, please) their Customer Service is like no other! Spectacular Item 1) Thousands of help files are already well written to explain nearly any question about Veeqo that you might have. Spectacular Item 2) Don't spend a lot of time searching for the help filethat answers your question. Veeqo has Customer Service Specialists available at all hours from various Time Zones ready and anxious to help answer your question or direct you to the pre-written help file Spectacular Item 3) Your Veeqo Customer Service person assigned to your reported problem will regularly keep in contact with you to assist in any way that they can to get your problem solved quickly. This conversation will continue until you are satisfied, and agree to close the issue. However, if your problem is beyond Veeqo's current scope, they provide a link to make suggestions for improving Veeqo. If your suggestion is approved, then it is added to the road map for all to see when itis currently planned. I needed a way to keep my Amazon and Shopify inventory in sync. Everything I looked at was either expensive or cumbersome (or both). Any such solution will have a learning curve, but Veeqo is as understandable as anything you'll find, and their support articles are concise and informative. My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic discounts on shipping from all the major carriers. With built-in Amazon Buy Shipping seller protections, it just doesn't get any better than this. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** I'm challenged to come up with any criticisms. Recently, UPS has refused to scan individual packages at pickup, so an end-of-day consolidated scan form is now crucial. Veeqo doesn't currently support that, so I hope they can do so soon. They're extremely responsive to user suggestions, so if there's a way to make it happen, I'm confident they'll find it. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veeqo solved all my multi-channel inventory syncing issues. Order management is exceptional. I can even process customer cancellations on Veeqo and they'll post back to Amazon without manual intervention. Woocommerce integration is not working as it should. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021 **What do you like best about Veeqo?** I don't know what was more entertaining, listening to the "engineer" try to explain that first our firewall blocked their IP and we needed to white list it as an excuse for why their bridge was so slow, or that once even while that was whitelisted while still they claimed to get 504 gateway time outs on a server that contains: 6 vCPU's, 32GB RAM and 4 x 120GB SSD's and can literally upload HUGE files over 512 MB but they are getting "504 gateway time outs". Sounds to me like data iteration issues on their end to me if they are clamping out a server of my size. Of course like any good server set up we don't have unlimited execution time, so it sounds like to me they need unsafe levels of execution time in order for their bridge to work. That is a huge security red flag to me. We currently work with another inventory company which we are trying to switch from because they have doubled their price and tested over 20 integrations with Woocommerce, this is the ONLY one that is experiencing time out issues. My guess is they have not dealt with a store the size of mine in Woocommerce, so my opinion is they simply do not have the expertise in how to handle big Woocommerce stores. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Customer service was literally one response per day until I complained and then the "engineers" were really lacking education. After looking at some other reviews it seems their go to, to blame either the application (Woocommerce) or the server. This is the one real review you will probably read so heed it and don't waste your time. Looking at some of these other reviews they look fake, so I can assure you this one is not fake and so be prepared for them to blame your server, your application, and Woocommerce itself. Keep moving on there are others that actually have a working Woocommerce integration. Not there is only 600 downloads for their Woocommerce plugin, that is a very small number of downloads which means it's not their core integration focus. From a security standpoint I have to say this is a risky integration in my opinion due to their lack of experience and needing such long execution times for their integration to function. (We are talking in excess of five minutes which is crazy) **Recommendations to others considering Veeqo:** Keep going if you are on Woocommerce, there are better alternatives. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, the interface looked aesthetically pleasing but even searching for products was painfully slow sitting on their own server. Their IP comes out of Germany which contributes to the latency. We used a different software for a while but would never go back after using Veeqo, which is infinitely easier to understand. We can now bulk print our shipping labels and be confident that our orders and inventory are synced across our online stores. We are booksellers and receive hundreds of orders a week, and having Veeqo print our shipping labels automatically saves us so much time. Before, we would spend ages writing out our labels by hand but now we can have them all printed off for us, which is an absolute lifesaver. It's also been useful for syncing our orders and inventories over Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce (which was a pain to do manually every day). Really love the software, don't know how we managed without it before! **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Waiting for a few courier integrations, but other than that, no issues. **Recommendations to others considering Veeqo:** Setup doesn't take too long and is easy enough, but the team are quite happy to help you if you need them.
