## Cratejoy Reviews
  ### 1. Cratejoy’s Rising Fees and Weak Dispute Support Hurt Sellers!

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Createjoy provides a way to sell subscription boxes to customers who might not otherwise discover your website or product.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Fees Fees and more fees. They used to be $39.00 a month and had outstanding customer service and cared about their clients the sellers.
They raised their prices to $79.00 and gave a month or less notice of this change. Their customer service has majorly tanked and it seems they only care about their bottom line and not the seller.
They charge sellers fees on top of this for each subscription which I understand but they also charge the customer a fee, which is not fair to the customer or the seller.
Their dispute process is a joke. I had a customer with auto renewal turned on and they disputed this charge because they forgot to cancel the renewal. I was charged a $15 charge back fee when this was a clear case of the customer forgot and disputed it with her bank instead of doing the correct thing with Cratejoy. Cratejoy did nothing to correct this aside form telling the customer to drop the dispute. Thankfully I did not send out the renewal box because the customer would have the box and I would be out the product and the dispute charge of $15.00.
This is not the first time this has happened to me either where customers cancel after a renewal has happened and a box has been sent out.
Also customers of cratejoy can leave reviews on sellers pages even if they have not subscribed to that box which is unfair to the seller if the customer is confused on where they purchased their items from.
They stared out wonderful but have gone to the bottom of the barrel and sadly there are not that many options out there for subscription box services.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get your subscription box out to their cliental.

  ### 2. Site Littered with Fake Reviews, Overpriced Fees, Overcomplicated Software

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Cratejoy is a great way to get visibility for a subscription business if you're new. The site offers PR opportunities as well for business owners, if you jump through all of their hoops to be featured.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The site is littered with fake reviews. When you contact the company, they won't remove them even if the review is clearly for a different product. When you contact the reviews, they want paid to remove the reviews, which is clearly a scam. The site software is also difficult to use, and the fees charged add up as the charge a fee on top of your payment processor.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

I would strongly suggest setting up your own website first, as the fees and the review scams on Cratejoy make it unfriendly for small businesses.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy is an opportunity to find new customers. Unfortunately, it's also an opportunity to be scammed.

  ### 3. A place where passions go have a party

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

I love being able to share what I love with others using a pretty intuitive platform.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

i think just the learning Curve of it all. Just trying to get the hang of the cycle of the subscription business, sourcing goods, and keeping customers happy.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Great platform with great support. Read the help articles!!

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the niche market of my subscription product it would be impossible for me to realistically open a brick and mortar business at this point in my life. However I am able to run a subscription business and really reach my customers across the US and share our love.

  ### 4. If you like easy to use (or even functional) UX steer clear.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David I. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

It fills a critical niche in being one of the only services built around monthly recurring services. The Marketplace is a good selling tool too.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Using their UX is like using a Slip-n-Slide covered with broken glass. Amateurish doesn't begin to cover how bad it is. You might be better off typing each packing slip by hand than trying to export them.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to the marketplace and a ground-up recurring fee service.

  ### 5. Terrible Company for Merchants

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Literally nothing they take your payment and provide a terrible service. I have 4 subscription boxes with cratejoy and they have terrible service and a terrible support team.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

If your a merchant just run. Don't even think about starting your subscription with these guys. Their support team is terrible and not accountable for anything. My site has been dark for 3 days without them being able to connect the domain. It's a simple thing that any comoany like shopify does.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are a subscription box platform a very bad tech company who cannot even do the basic tasks

  ### 6. Misleading fee structure, no transparency

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

The system that Cratejoy uses works well. Subscriptions were processed on a regular schedule and are pretty much hands off to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The fees that you pay are not clearly explained. I ended up missing $2000 in revenue because we signed up for a subscription with Cratejoy that was misrepresented as reducing the fee per transaction. At the time that I signed up in 2019, it was not explained that we would be paying the absurd 11% fee for sales on the marketplace. Instead, I was led to believe that we would pay the lower rate because we had the subscription. This turned out to be false and it took me quite a while to realize this as the true fees are not listed ANYWHERE on Cratejoy's site. Instead, I had to log into my Stripe account and physically go into one of my Cratejoy transactions to view the amount that they took.

I intend to cut ties with them as soon as I can without damaging subscriber relationships. This is a warning to others that are interested in using Cratejoy: There is a better way to do business. Don't waste your time with them and their deceptive practices. Invest in yourself and save the cost of using their services.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Think about what you are trying to accomplish. Can you afford to give away money for every single transaction? Could you put in just a little more effort and make your own website that does exactly what Cratejoy does and save yourself the middle man? Remember, Cratejoy is a BUSINESS and they do not care about you personally. They only exist to make MONEY however they can legally, even if it ends up hurting your business in the long run.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They don't do anything I wasn't already doing on my main website. We gained about 10% of our subscribers through Cratejoy.

  ### 7. Great for subscriptions - not as great for e-commerce.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felicity G. | Co-Owner | Chief Innovator , Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

If you're wanting to start a subscription service, Cratejoy is truly the best option in my opinion. It's literally made for subscription commerce and they're always working on something new and improving on existing features.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Reporting isn't what it should be and if you want to run a true e-commerce business on the side, it's not the best. I do think they are now working with Shopify but, I haven't experienced that. It also sucks that their marketplace typically comes in higher on search - they get more $ from subscribers coming through their marketplace - you get less.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

I'd think about whether or not you really want to do just subscription or if you want to run an e-commerce shop, too.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None as of right now. The client I work with is migrating complete to Shopify and ReCharge because of issues with Cratejoy. They have been helpful with the migration, however.

  ### 8. Best platform ever for your subscription box

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Easy to use, Integrates with several apps, marketplace feature will help you to get your first subscribers pretty quick.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

No chat option or phone number for immediate support, only via email.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Best platform ever for your subscription box!

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my operations and daily basis tasks are done through the platform, easy and simple to use.

  ### 9. Frustrating and Unreliable.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

A valuable marketplace to test a product/service, but not an ideal place to grow one. The entry-level articles are helpful to the uninitiated.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Cratejoy is a brilliant idea that is poorly executed. The ever changing staff is new to the industry and consistently underperforms. The backend is plagued with integration problems and is not as customizable as other alternatives. Tickets go unresolved for months, even years. Blame is displaced and never owned.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Look elsewhere.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first launched with Cratejoy, we incurred $6,000+ in fraudulent orders in the first few months. Since Cratejoy would not allow us access to the Stripe Radar fraud prevention suite and Cratejoy itself had limited fraud prevention methods, there was nothing we could do to stop the fraudulent orders. As a result, we started our business at a significant loss. Cratejoy has refused to take ownership of this problem. As time went on, each month presented a new problem: coupons were being applied twice, customers were charged but no orders were created, our website was frozen and not editable. Each time we reached out to Cratejoy, we were met with a new bright-eyed employee who had little awareness of Cratejoy's legacy of problems. We even flew to Denver to meet with Cratejoy at the SUBTA conference. Despite being assured face-to-face that our concerns would be addressed... 6 months later, still no follow-up. Cratejoy's latest project, a Shopify app, has been plagued with delays and false promises. It's become abundantly clear why growing subscription companies leave Cratejoy for better waters.

  ### 10. Best subscription box website platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

This is the best subscription box-specific website platform I’ve found - they have everything you need right out of the gate from website templates, recurring billing, shipping and postage, and more

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The website templates are a little limited in terms of design like fonts, formats, etc

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy provides all the important elements I need to run my subscription box business

  ### 11. Easy for everybody! Businesses and customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Subscription boxes are so fun! I love that Cratejoy does all the hard work for you. Their straightforward and concise platform helps you set up your kits and business plan. Before you know it - you're ready to take subscribers and get going. Then they take care of all the details - the dates, the payments, the reviews. You just follow their plan and it begins to flow smoothly and steadily.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

I do wish they had a better plan for dealing with subscription messages.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Review and understand the dates and billing early on. Learn what they are telling the customers on their end.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy handles all of the payments, keeps track of the mailing dates, helps me send shipping notices and takes care of the reviews. All of these tasks would be difficult and tedious if I had to do them.

  ### 12. Easy to set up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy V. | Certified Holistic Health Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

It's made for subscription boxes so everything is geared for that exact market.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Support can be hard to get when you need it ASAP.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Great to help you get started. Setup and go in no time. It gives you tips and recommendations as you go. Some things you may not even have thought about, they tell you to set up. It's really a great program and I'm not sure what I'd do without it. With the Marketplace, they offer a spot where people can find your box. It get a lot of traffic which brings many customers your way. It's something that isn't easy to get any other way.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subscription business set up, shipments, selling, etc. Helps with all the aspects of the business to save you time and keep things working smooth.

  ### 13. Easy to use with lots of education and support.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Easy to use with chat support and lots of help topic literature. Has very easy to use and understand software that helps to complete your site and subscription product in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

I wish there was more flexibility with adjusting subscription settings. Also with there were access to more flexibility with website design as well as additional plugins. Wish there were additional landing pages to choose from as well as increased options in site design. It was tough to add social media including Instagram to the site. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to change the settings from monthly to quarterly subscription options.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of subscriptions and shipping. It was very easy to set up and integrate shipping with each subscription member. It was also easy to learn more about the subscription box business through the offered trainings and support literature. It was a one stop shop for many of my business needs and helped to make a goal into a tangible reality.

  ### 14. Cratejoy Makes Running a Subscription Box Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

The thing I like best about Cratejoy is that it makes it easy to get started with your own subscription box company. They have website themes and keep track of all your subscribers, renewals, stats, etc.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

There is a fee to use Cratejoy, but to be it is worth it.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My strengths are coming up with the ideas for the subscription box products and talking to my customers. I am not as strong in keeping track of the subscription details. Cratejoy takes care of that. In addition, they have a marketplace where additional customers can find your box.

  ### 15. Satisfied User

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Ease of set up enabled me to launch fairly quickly with very little experience setting up a website. The follow-up support has been amazing when it is a scheduled support call. (Contacting support has been a bit iffy for quality) Finally, the CJ Marketplace has been an invaluable part of my business.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The fees feel a bit high. It feels like they have their favorite boxes they promote a lot and some they never promote. Lastly, the FB community initially felt like an asset but now feels like a bloated forum full of people who are not serious about their business, are looking to steal other people's ideas/work or are not willing to do their own research and want to copy other people's work so I now virtually avoid it.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped me from launch and continue to support me as we grow.

  ### 16. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria B. | Office Operations Manager, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

I like that Cratejoy is generally user friendly and self explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Sometimes there can be bugs in the system that I am unaware of until one of my subscribers emails in with an issue

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Customer service is GREAT in CJ. They have live support, along with email ticket options where they really do get back to you in 24-48 hours.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy hosts my subscription box

  ### 17. Great service and attention to detail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

I liked that they offered a lot of suggestions. The woman that helped us also worked for wedding wire, so that was very helpful in regards to our business. They were very attentive and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The only thing I did not like was that you can't really integrate your website. So I felt like it isn't as clear as it could be...but that is also on us!

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is another way to get our business out there. We have at least sold one box to cover the cost of being in the market place which is good. The only problem is the customer isn't choosing which type of box they want - we have 16 to choose from. I also do not think it gives enough information like our website does.

  ### 18. Easiest subscription platform to use, but still room for improvement.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Platform is super intuitive and easy to figure out without much help. I was up and running in just a couple hours and any questions I had were answered promptly.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

We’ve had a couple of issues with Cratejoy changing our Marketplace ad without permission and giving customers incorrect or misleading information, which sets them up for disappointment and leads to higher churn for us. They also don’t offer all the features we’d like to see for their subscription platform, like keeping inventory of variables on subscription products.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy makes it easy for us to organize our customers, process rebelling, and keep our website well designed and easy to use without hiring an outside web dev team.

  ### 19. Easy to use subscription management system

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Keeps all subscriptions for each user in one place. Save all shipment and payment history. Easy to do refunds and cancel shipments and change renewal dates and do cancellations.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Need to e-mail support often to make manual changes that the software doesn't allow. eg. pull back a renewal date or change a customer e-mail address to one that's already in the cratejoy system

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Great way to manage a subscription based service. No major complaints. Can send automatic e-mails when changes are made like a refund or a change renewal date. One tiny issue: Customers can only store one credit card at a time which is hard for those who like to switch from month to month.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the system we use all day every day to handle all customer requests. It manages all accounts, all subscriptions, all shipments, all transactions, etc.

  ### 20. Get Up and Running Fast

  ### 21. Great All in One Platform

Crate joy is really is to use! No coding needed and it walks you through everything you need to get started

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Nothing really, support is really good, items are easily able to move.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Great product, easy to use, easy to see trends and great support

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a subscription box and this allowed me to get setup really quick. They have a proven platform for success

  ### 22. Great service, especially for launching your sub business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

CrateJoy does so much of the heavy lifting in terms of your site development and specifics. AS a frontend developer, I really appreciate not having to worry about the mechanisms of the shop and subscribe functions. Also their customer service is wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

There are limitations to the system, but they are constantly adding features and asking for feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

A great service for those looking to save time and are happy with a boxed solution.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save our own time by not having to deal with the intricacies of the backend system. We also get 2/3 of our customers from the Marketplace.

  ### 23. Easy for Box Startup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

The Cratejoy Specialist that went over details with me and followed up on my questions. They don’t just leave you’re questions unanswered. They follow through with what they say.
The website itself is so easy to follow and made it simple to start my website and listing.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The fee. Maybe if it was lowered to $30-$35 I would feel better about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

The fee might seem daunting but it’s worth it because of the work Cratejoy puts into it aka the less work you have to do.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Cratejoy I don’t need to worry about keeping track of customers, their addresses, their credit card information, emails, etc. I also like how Cratejoy uses Stripe so merchants get paid quickly.
That’s the benefit of Cratejoy. They’re like one big log book without you having to log anything.

  ### 24. Mom-made Business Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karli H. | CEO, Apparel & Fashion, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

User-friendly interface, and the customer service representatives are very helpful! Allows me to run a multi-faceted business

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

The only thing I would change is the ability to put items on sale!

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

Would definitely recommend! Especially for small
Businesses

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cratejoy has allowed me to sell my handmade baby items and start a subscription box company within my company.

  ### 25. Cratejoy is a great tool and team to work with

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

I like the ease with the platform that allows customers to have a secure place to put their credit card info plus the analysis of how Im doing and how easily I can download shipping labels.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Some of the website abilities are limited. Like how hard it is to use html code on a few things like instagram integration. Also there really is no category for religious boxes

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

I recommed cratejoy to all who want to start a subscription box company

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy payment with stripe. I can change subscribers account info easily.

  ### 26. Great Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

All in one software for starting a subscription box business. Great for less tech-savvy people.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Support can take a bit of time. Once your business grows, there’s a lot of limitations or issues you can run into with larger volumes of subscribers.

**Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:**

If you’re an established, large scale subscription product, you’ll be annoyed. If you’re starting out - you’ll be happy.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to run a successful subscription box without stressing over the tech side of things. I don’t need an expansive software department to run it for me.

I haven’t had to do much promoting. Cratejoy marketplace has brought me a lot of subscribers

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

That there is no app for cratejoy and there are a few site glitches

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The marketplace gets a ton of activity and I get most of my subscribers from there

  ### 29. Cratejoy is great!

It really is a great platform and I am so happy it exists! Really helped us build a successful subscription box

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Some things can’t be changed (like a subscriber’s email) without contacting customer service. Also wish Cratejoy had an app

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love the subscriber portals! So easy

We like the ease of set up and the ability to adjust add/subtract items to our website. It is nice knowing we didn't need a background in web design to start this up.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

Cratejoy does not automatically calculate international shipping. Would like to have forms thru Cratejoy instead of coding thru Mailchimp for newsletter, etc.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CJ provides the ease of running a business website and all of the tools to adjust your own site. The problems we are solving is not needing a background in website design. Plus having Taylor from CrateJoy help coach us and set us up was a huge help. Taylor was awesome!

  ### 33. Perfect for any new subscription business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2018

**What do you like best about Cratejoy?**

Everything is set up to run a subscription base model so you don't have to worry about any of the logistics. The integrations with MailChimp and ShipStation are nice as well so you have all the software you need.

**What do you dislike about Cratejoy?**

At first the website design wasn't fully customizable so I had to spend thousands on a new design through another company. I think that has gotten better now though. I wish the marketplace didn't take 10% of sales, that really cuts into our margin a lot.

**What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recurring payments, integration with ShipStation so all the shipments and gift messages are coordinated.
