Their support staff has been vary available and helpful. They are pleasant to work with and have guided me through each step of the process. I can reach out to them any time without concern. I don't have to stress over being able to be effective with the product.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I really appreciate how easy it is to manage a large number of orders at once with their batch processing tools - it saves me so much time. Whenever I need help, their support team is quick to respond and actually solves the issue without hassle. Having U.S.-based support available when I call is a huge plus for me. "Intuitive EDI Solution with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like that eZCom Software EDI is intuitive. After learning how to use it, everything functions as it should, and I can figure out a lot of things on my own. Whenever there is an error with one of my documents, eZCom software makes it easy for me to see where the problem is, and it's usually a quick fix because the system explains it clearly. If there's anything I need extra support with, the excellent eZCom customer service team is there. It also allows for smooth order management and transmission of documents without needing to use email. The system saves us time by making it easy to manage multiple orders at once. Additionally, the initial setup of eZCom Software EDI was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Sometimes I have to print out labels or paperwork for 30+ shipments at a time and they all need to be separate PDF documents. I would love an option to print paperwork for multiple orders that doesn't put everything into one attachment/file. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I appreciate eZCom Software EDI for its quick and seamless document transmission, which really helps with managing our national wholesale accounts. I find it easy to set up and use, and I like that it has lots of trading partners. It's a one-stop solution for EDI management that's very quick and easy, with a low learning curve and is quite intuitive. Overall, it feels easier to use than the previous software we were using. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I find eZCom Software EDI simple to navigate and the support team is great. Setting up a new QBO instance and switching the sync over was smooth, thanks to the excellent help from the eZCom team. Invoicing is a big priority for us, so having a quick and seamless process is very important. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; the support walked us through the entire process on the call and helped to set the entire thing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I have been a daily user of eZCom EDI since December 2023. This was driven by one of my main customers moving to EDI for many of the depots that we supported. I can say, with no shadow of a doubt, that my entire time with eZCom has been professional, productive, and for once in my career, easy. Everyone that I have worked with at eZCom from implementation to post-live support has been knowledgeable and obviously invested in our common interest to be successful. I especially want to do a shout-out to the post-live support team! Every single time that I have contacted them because I needed either a simple clarification or some solid direction, I have always been put in contact with support members that seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. This has been a real game changer for me, as it has not only made my time spent with support more enjoyable, it has the added bonus of making the time more effective. I've been using eZCom Software EDI for over ten years, and it's been a great experience. The company has nice, responsive people who care about their users. They treat every call and everyone like family, making the whole experience very pleasant and supportive. The system is easy to understand and work with, so you don't have to be the smartest person in the world to use it effectively. I love that it automates a lot of tasks, saving us time and reducing data entry work. This integration with our regular software is also seamless, allowing us to click a few buttons and have everything populate automatically. I'm very happy with the quick response times and highly recommend it to anyone who needs EDI services. The pricing is competitive too, which is a great bonus. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like that eZCom Software EDI works every day, twenty-four seven, seven days a week. It helps us reconcile incoming orders with our website and the backend of invoicing and billing. The QuickBooks and Deposco order integrations are also really helpful. Setting up eZCom was very easy.
