Our company uses eZCom has a 3rd party EDI provider for all of our US business, we receive orders and changes through the platform and send order acknowledgments, ASNs and Invoices. We use the portal every day and it smoothly integrates our orders into our ERP system and receives ASNs form our warehouse WMS.
Once you understand the system it is so easy to know what to adjust where needed. Set ups for accounts, new skus or anything else have very detailed instructions so you know you aren't missing anything.
The team is so helpful, any issue that pops up is resolved quickly and efficiently, it is easy to understand what went wrong/what is missing with the popups. If the representative you are speaking with doesn't know an immediate resolve they will reach out to their colleges for assistance and will escalate to a senior member of their team. I only have positive things to say about my interactions with the eZCom team, they have a "no dumb questions attitude". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little hard to get a grasp of it if you haven't had previous experience with a similar system and aren't familiar with the interrogation lingo, but once you get an understanding of it is is extremely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
