Effortless Navigation, Exceptional Support
I really appreciate eZCom Software EDI's user-friendly interface, which makes navigating through the system very intuitive and eliminates the complexities typically associated with EDI. I also love their great customer support team, who are fast, knowledgeable, and very helpful particularly when I was new to EDI. They were incredibly supportive during the onboarding process, patiently guiding me through all the steps. The initial setup was a breeze, and this simplicity has been consistent throughout my experience with them.

Essential for Efficient Order Processing
I like how user-friendly eZCom Software EDI is once you become knowledgeable on how to use the system. I definitely value anything having to do with bulk processing, as I have customers where I work on 200+ orders at a time, and I can only imagine the amount of time being saved on a daily basis.

Flexible, Quick Support with Some Service Disruptions
I find the service excellent and very easy to communicate with. I really like how flexible they are when you reach out with an issue—they will solve it in the blink of an eye. The flexibility of eZCom Software EDI is especially valuable in adapting to the varying requirements of our trading partners. It also helps with everything related to Purchase orders, from receiving a PO until we ship and invoice.
