Excellent Support and Value, Could Improve Automation
I like how the customer service with eZCom Software EDI has been very quick, responsive, and helpful. The setup was easy, which was great since I was initially unaware of how to use EDI software. The team walked me through the entire setup process, making it easier to learn how to use EDI with our vendors. Additionally, the fees were very low compared to other EDI options I reviewed, and they offer flexible contract terms, which made them an easy choice.
