Exceptional Support Enhances Our Shipping Process
I like that eZCom Software EDI is very patient. They show us how to do things step by step. For example, when we were trying to pack shipments for a Boscov bulk shipment and didn't know how to do it, we called them. One time, they showed us how to pack it, and when we forgot, we called them again, and they showed us again. They're very patient and willing to help. Everyone knows what they're doing.
