I find eZCom Software EDI easy to use, helpful, and fast, and the customer service is very good. I appreciate its versatility and the many options for solving EDI problems. POs are easy to put together, I can easily enter labeling information, and automatic invoicing helps speed up sending invoices to vendors. The way I navigate the system has stayed consistent for years, so I know what to expect when running EDI for labels. Customer service also made setup extremely easy; the initial setup worked just fine, and I only had to do it once. I stuck with eZCom because of its reliability and the help from customer service, and it is the best system I know among the competitors.
