The system’s performance is top-notch, and it does everything we need it to do, even though the integration can be a bit complicated. I like eZCom Software EDI because it provides an easy-to-navigate platform that simplifies processing incoming orders, making it quick to do. It's user-friendly compared to other options, and I appreciate how easy everything is to use. I also really like that if there are problems, reaching a representative is quick and easy, and they always resolve issues quickly. The initial setup of the software was very easy too, which was a huge plus.
