What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Their support staff has been vary available and helpful. They are pleasant to work with and have guided me through each step of the process. I can reach out to them any time without concern. I don't have to stress over being able to be effective with the product.

I've reached out to customer support several times with various questions and they have been able to quickly and simply guide me through. They've made it very easy and quick to work my way through the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I appreciate eZCom Software EDI for its quick and seamless document transmission, which really helps with managing our national wholesale accounts. I find it easy to set up and use, and I like that it has lots of trading partners. It's a one-stop solution for EDI management that's very quick and easy, with a low learning curve and is quite intuitive. Overall, it feels easier to use than the previous software we were using.
