"Great product - dishonest sales and billing"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The software is easy to use and configure. Voice quality is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

We had issues when we first switched to Dialpad, the sales team had flat out lied in order to get or business, and there was no attempt to honor their promises. We ended up building our own custom integration to make it work with Salesforce. But even substantially worse is the dishonesty and lack of integrity on how they run their business. They require an annual contract. Before the contract was due we were told we could not make any changes until the renewal time. And literally the day after it auto-renewed, we are told that you cannot make changes after renewal, we need to wait until the following year. So you can't believe anything your sales rep or support rep tells you. It turns out, our contract states we can request changes ONLY in the 45 day window prior to renewal. So review your contract, don't listen to your sales rep or your support rep! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Dialpad Connect is its seamless integration of voice, video, and messaging in one unified platform, which makes communication extremely efficient and straightforward. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing for quick adoption across teams. The call quality is consistently reliable, and the system works well with mobile and desktop devices, making remote collaboration effortless. Additionally, the AI-powered features like real-time transcription and call summaries significantly enhance productivity and follow-up accuracy, which is a big plus for busy professionals. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

While Dialpad Connect offers a robust and user-friendly communication platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, the mobile app can experience minor connectivity issues in low-bandwidth environments, which may affect call clarity or message delivery. Some advanced features, such as deep integrations with certain CRM or productivity tools, could be expanded to provide even more seamless workflows. Additionally, customization options for call routing and reporting might benefit from more granular controls to better suit complex organizational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dialpad Connect is powerful"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I really like how intuitive and easy to use Dialpad Connect is. The interface is clean and modern, and it integrates well with other tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce. The call quality is usually excellent, and the AI-powered features—like real-time transcription and voicemail-to-text—make communication more efficient. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

While Dialpad Connect is powerful, there are occasional connectivity or sync issues, especially with mobile apps. Some of the more advanced analytics and reporting features can feel limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. Also, the initial setup and user management can take some time to configure for larger teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Communication with Stellar Features"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I find Dialpad Connect incredibly valuable for my role as an administrative assistant due to its efficiency in handling both incoming and outbound calls with ease. One feature I particularly appreciate is the transcription capability—it automatically types out conversations, which is a lifesaver when callers speak quickly or when I need to refer back to specific details like addresses or ID numbers. The caller ID feature is also beneficial, allowing me to manage calls with customers and vendors more effectively. Call transferring is seamless, making it simple to redistribute calls within the office. Additionally, I love the flexibility provided by the mobile app, which allows me to answer calls from my cellphone if needed. Overall, these features help our business run more efficiently and ensure I can maintain high productivity levels. The initial setup of Dialpad Connect was super easy, which was a great start, and having used it for six months now, I rate it a solid 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others. "Next-Level VoIP Service with Dialpad!!!"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Number of Features: Dialpad packs a robust set of tools—voice, video, messaging, AI transcription, analytics, integrations, IVR—all under one roof.

Dialpad's customer service is top tier, I almost never sit on hold. They treat you like family, ask you right away what you need and my issue or question gets resolved straight away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Frequency of Use: We use Dialpad everyday and ever since there big update where they overhauled there application, it seems like it's not quiet polished yet. It seems like they're slowing fixing them but it's very glitchy at times.

Ease of Integration: I know in the past we tried using AD sync so our employees can sign in with e native Microsoft button but it last time it wouldn't work at all. We will give it another shot though. Since the Ease of Implementation seems straight forward.

I will say for our older staff they tend to not find the ease of use of the Dialpad application. Nothing a little training can't do though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
