"Effortless Cross-Browser Testing with BrowserStack"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I think just how easy BrowserStack is to use and the breadth of devices it offers stand out to me. We've never struggled to test something because the right device or operating system wasn't there, so we have everything we need. The setup is very easy, actually there's not really any setup. It's all cloud-based so we just log in and the devices are just there, which makes it very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Nothing I can think of, it does the job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation Testing with Intuitive Interface"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I find BrowserStack incredibly user-friendly with its interface that allows easy access to devices and user permissions, as well as single-click reporting. It's great that I can manage costs and licenses with ease using the RBAC feature. The single-window reporting of automation is efficient and saves me from the hassle of installing multiple software. I also appreciate how smooth the self-learning curve is with BrowserStack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

We can introduce self-heal approaches to make AI flavored software. Like automate the pipeline and analyze results. Then some agents run and fix those bugs and notify it is working to save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Low-Code Automation for Multi-Device Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It allows us to test across multiple devices using the low-code automation features. This also enables our manual team to automate key flows and gain insights, helping us execute automation quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The new enhanced UI is missing the Logs and API responses that were easy to access in the older versions. While the new UI looks good, it isn’t very user-friendly because I now have to navigate more and click so many buttons compared to the old UI version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cross-Browser Testing Solution"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love how BrowserStack allows me to test our websites across different browsers and operating systems without needing a physical test lab. It's all in a simple window, making it practical and efficient. The best thing is the simplicity; with one click, I can switch between browsers, operating systems, versions, and devices. It really doesn't get any easier than that. Setting up BrowserStack was super easy, just sign up and start testing. Switching from a physical device testing lab to BrowserStack was a great decision for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes I need to test uploading files, which I can't do as it can't access my local file system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to get started, covers amazing breadth of mobile devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The ease at which device testing is possible, across a multitude of devices. The product supports a wide variety of testing frameworks and has great documentation to get you going in the language of your choice. The team continually innovates to add new features like visual testing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The only downside is the not being able to easily test features like Apple Pay which should be available across all paid tiers of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One tab open, every device covered"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Honestly the thing that got me was how little effort it takes. I open BrowserStack, pick a browser, pick a device and I am testing within 30 seconds. There is no installation, no virtual machine, no borrowing someone's phone. Everything is just there.

The real device accuracy is what keeps me coming back. I once spent two hours trying to figure out why a layout looked fine locally but weird on a clint's iPad. Now that kind of mystery does not happen anymore because I check on actual devices before anything goes live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I don't have strong dislikes. Occasionally I wish the session stayed active a little longer without needing to refresh. Small thing but noticeable when you are deep in debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserStack testing used to be my last headache - BrowserStack fixed that"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Most of my work is backend heavy but the frontend still needs to work perfectly across different browsers and devices. That part always used to stress me out before delivery. A client would open the website on Safari or an older Android browser and something would look broken that I never saw on my own machine.

Browserstack made that problem go away. I can quickly jump into a real browser session, check how the UI renders, catch any CSS or layout issue and fix it before the client ever sees it. No extra device needed, no complicated setup. The simplicity is exactly what works. It does not require you to be a testing expert to get value out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Honestly I don’t have major dislikes. The only minor thing is that certain older browser versions are sometimes unavailable when you specifically need them for testing a legacy project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Real-Device Testing with Powerful Analytics and AI Test Case Generation"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It’s very easy to test on real devices without having to manage any hardware myself. The test management and analytics tools, along with the AI test case generation features, really help speed up testing and improve coverage. It also integrates well with Selenium, which makes automation smoother and the overall workflow more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Initially, I faced some issues integrating BrowserStack with my GitHub repo. It took about 2-3 days to resolve, but their support team was helpful and guided me through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
