The team at Construction AP Automation (BeiingHuman) made implementation and integration very easy. The approval process was incredibly easy for our project mangers to learn and it has helped us catch more issues with vendor invoices. There is more visibility, easier invoice lookup, and time savings across the board. It has been very effective for our company and the support team is incredibly responsive. The only marginally negative thing I can say about this product is that it is still early in its evolution, so there are occasional growing pains. However, because of how responsive their support team is. that continuing evolution is pretty easy to deal with. Even "mature" technology like Quickbooks Online has kinks and quirks on occasion. Implementation was fast and easy. What few hiccups we faced along the way were addressed in real time and the transition was surprisingly painless. The feature that has been the biggest bonus is being able to use the document search function in BeiingHuman instead of in our accounting software if we need to download copies for any reason. There remain a couple minor oddities here and there such as coding defaults not populating for a couple specific vendors, but the few seconds of manual data entry on an occasional invoice is worth the time savings across the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being Humans (BH) IDP software enables me to upload my invoices, verify the information quickly, and then BH sends it to my Quickbooks Online account with just a push of a button. I love it!
