"Effortless Cross-Device Testing with User-Friendly Features"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack provides various features which helps in testing a software efficiently, it becomes easy to test on different devices even to integrate and test on local, it reduces time of checking in physical device also the availability os device reduces. This is being used in daily tasks, also it helps to work from remotely. It provides location change, resolutions, latest versions and many more features. It is user friendly to use, to implement just add the link on which to test and select device which reduces time of understanding. It has a good customer support, ready to help at anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes it has perfomance issue, it lags while using different devices which reduces the real device experience and becomes difficult to undertsand. In some places it is high cost with respect to small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable and reliable with comperhensive features"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It's a fully fledged platform that I can find almost any feature that I need for different types of testing. Looking at smaller competitors, each of them provides some of the features, and I will need to learn different ecosystems, set them up differently, and it will make the system more complex as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I would like to have an easy process to activate free trials for features that have not yet activated by our organization. Many times, developers need to just use the features as a POC to see how it works and to present that POC to their peers and managers, and then decide if it's worth paying for activating that new feature. In my experience, it wasn't a smooth process and needed back-and-forth meetings with BrowseerStack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Testing Platform That Saves Time"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What stands out to me is how useful the entire testing platform is, especially with its advanced use of AI to reduce the amount of time testers need to spend. This combination makes the platform particularly effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The speed of device cloud applications can be a concern. When running manual tests on multiple devices, the process of clearing the device, installing the application, and launching the app—or even just opening a website—can sometimes take twice as long as performing the same tests on a local device. "Effortless Accessibility Testing with Actionable Reports"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

App accessibility scans are easy to run on real Android and iOS devices, not just emulators. It helps catch common accessibility issues early - missing labels, low contrast, improper focus order, and touch target problems. I like that accessibility checks can be combined with regular functional testing instead of being a separate activity. The reports are clear and actionable, which makes discussions with developers easier. Running accessibility checks as part of regular app QA builds awareness instead of treating accessibility as a last-minute task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1. Automated checks don’t cover all real-world accessibility scenarios, manual validation is still needed.

2. Some custom UI components get flagged in a generic way, requiring interpretation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Testing with Clear, Actionable Reports"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The automatic scans give quick feedback on common accessibility issues like missing labels, color contrast problems, and ARIA misuse. I like that accessibility checks can be run directly on real browsers and devices instead of just static pages or local tools. The issue reports are easy to understand, they clearly explain what’s wrong and why it matters, which helps during discussions with developers.

Being able to combine accessibility checks with manual testing in BrowserStack Live is extremely useful. I can inspect screen reader behavior and keyboard navigation in the same session. It fits well into our CI flow, allowing us to catch accessibility regressions early Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1. Automated scans don’t catch everything, some issues still require careful manual validation.

2. Reports can get repetitive if the same issue appears across multiple pages.

3. Custom components sometimes need manual interpretation because the tool flags them generically.

4. Deeper guidance on fixing complex ARIA issues would make the reports even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Platform for Reliable Cross-Browser Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack is surprising platform for cross-browser and cross-device testing. It offers real devices and browsers, ensuring accurate results that match real-world conditions. The interface is intuitive, integrations with frameworks like Selenium and Appium are seamless, and the customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. It has significantly reduced our testing time while improving coverage and quality. Highly recommended for project seeking for reliable, scalable testing solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Connectivity problems: Occasional disconnections during live testing.

Performance issues: Sessions can lag, freeze, or load slowly, especially on iOS and automation tests.

High pricing: Expensive plans with limited flexibility; no pay-as-you-go options.

Connectivity problems: Occasional disconnections during live testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Cross browser testing and Consistent Platform with access to real world devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The UI and UX of browser stack is super clean. It has a wide range of real devices and browsers which are ready to use in one click. The customer support is top notch. The dashboard is user friendly and doesn't require any training. It offers cross browser automation and live testing which is a must.. Also browserstack offers great debugging capabilities including screenshots and logs hence offering a huge add on when reporting UI bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I deal with frequent session terminate issues specially when switching tabs even for a short period if time. It doesn't offer concurrent live sessions could be restriction with lower subscription account. Sometimes observes lagging issues when switching between real devices. "Browserstack - A must for Testers"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack enables me to deliver tests more efficiently thanks to its user-friendly interface and the essential features it offers. I use it nearly every week as part of my job to test web applications across various devices. My favorite aspect is the ability to run tests simultaneously on multiple devices, which makes multi-device checks much faster. The platform is very straightforward to use, and our organization has relied on BrowserStack since the very beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

One area that could be improved is the occasional issue where certain devices fail to boot correctly or become unresponsive. Additionally, network or hardware-level problems can be difficult to replicate, and in these situations, physical devices sometimes reveal bugs that are not detected on BrowserStack devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Scalable Solution for Cross-Device Automation Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The platform is highly user-friendly, which makes both navigation and test execution simple and efficient. Integration with frameworks such as Selenium and Appium is smooth, significantly cutting down on setup time. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, consistently resolving any issues quickly. We use BrowserStack every day for regression and compatibility testing across a wide range of devices and operating system versions. Features like Live Testing, Automate, and App Live provide the flexibility needed for both manual and automated testing. The debugging tools, including logs, screenshots, and video recordings, are especially useful. Integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions works seamlessly, allowing us to automate our processes at scale without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The pricing can be somewhat steep for small teams or startups, particularly as you increase the number of parallel sessions. Occasionally, tests may encounter some latency, especially when running several sessions at once. Additionally, popular devices or operating system versions are not always instantly accessible during peak times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Cross-Browser Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really like that BrowserStack provides instant access to real devices with various OS and browser versions, which makes cross-browser testing easy. We don't need to set up any virtual machines, saving us cost, time, and effort. It's fantastic that we can do both live and automation tests in the same place using BrowserStack. Access is instant through the cloud, and we can quickly replicate the desired OS and browser to test and share results. The BrowserStack dashboard is user-friendly and doesn't require any specific training. It ensures backward compatibility and helps validate UX consistency. Plus, BrowserStack doesn't require any hardware setup, and it works from any machine since it's cloud-based, so the initial setup didn't take more than 15 minutes. In the current market, BrowserStack outstands in performance and features, and I would recommend it on a scale of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack has performance issues. Since we access the device/OS/browsers from the cloud, we find latency very often, and UI elements are not quickly clickable or accessible. Even logging into the application takes a delay most of the time. BrowserStack local tunneling is tricky for new users. A frequent issue faced was lag in screen updates after triggering actions. Also, sometimes button clicks and their response take delay. Form input sometimes registers keystrokes slowly. Automated test suites with more than 70+ test cases take more time to complete execution. Slower test execution due to extra network hops. Need a single command setup that handles firewall conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
