"Reliable Testing with Intuitive UI, but Live Sessions Could Improve"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack for native app testing and a test case repository. It allows me to quickly test native apps with different simulators seamlessly. Testing on devices with BrowserStack makes the results more reliable because multiple devices are available, and the UI is very friendly and intuitive. Speed is another feature that makes it stand out; the speed is very fast. Plus, there are multiple operating systems available along with different versions, so I can choose whatever I wish to test with. The initial setup of BrowserStack was very simple and easy, just a simple signup and login without any hassles of installing heavy setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes the live sessions get disconnected and everything has to be started from the beginning. The live sessions should not get freezed or disconnected, and there should be a pre-instruction set like after how many minutes of inactivity the session will stop. "Effortless Cross-Platform Testing with Reliable Performance"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack provides an extremely reliable and diverse set of real device and browser combinations that make cross-platform testing straightforward and predictable. The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and requires almost no setup time, which helps teams move quickly. Its cloud-based approach eliminates the need to maintain physical devices or local infrastructure. Performance is consistently strong, and the ability to run tests in parallel significantly speeds up our QA cycles. Overall, it removes friction and helps ensure higher confidence in releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Some test sessions can occasionally feel slower than expected, especially when launching certain devices or browser versions. Test videos and logs, while useful, can take time to generate during heavy usage periods. Pricing can also become a challenge for teams that need access to wider concurrency or multiple products. More built-in analytics or debugging enhancements would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I mainly use BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing, which helps me validate our web applications on different browsers, OS versions, and real devices without needing to maintain all of that locally. It allows me to test on actual mobile devices, not just emulators, which makes a big difference, especially for validating UI behavior and performance-related issues. The integration with CI tools works smoothly, making it easy to plug automated runs into our pipelines with minimal maintenance. I also like the parallel execution feature, as it really helps during regression when timelines are tight. The overall stability of the platform and access to real devices are significant advantages. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and the UI is intuitive, allowing the team to start using it almost immediately for manual testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

There are few areas that could be better. At times, some devices or browser sessions feel a bit slow to start, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating when you are in the middle of testing. I have also seen occasional session disconnects that require restarting the test. Another area is cost. For smaller teams, the pricing can feel on the higher side, especially if you need more parallel sessions running. Also, while most features are easy to use, a few advanced configurations take some trial and error to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Testing with Real Devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really appreciate BrowserStack for offering a full range of real devices, which is essential for us as a service company with customers who are very particular about application compatibility. The ease of use when it comes to installing APK or IPA files is a big plus, especially when I want to upgrade the APK with new features or test a web app on multiple browsers. I'm also starting to like the AI features. The initial setup is easy, and it fits well with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I find the iOS app installation slower than I'd like. When installing an app after selecting the device, it takes a good amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best tool to make plain checks on web app on multiple devices in a short period of time"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Good range of available devices and solid developer options. The app is easy to use, with an intuitive UX, and it’s straightforward to implement. Customer support is quite decent as well. I also found it easy to integrate locally for FE development, which made it practical for my workflow. I was using it on a daily basis, and overall the app offers a big list of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Quite short free trial period

The performance of the web app is not on the high level from time to time, especially in scrolling of web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines QA with Real Device Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack for real device testing, which eliminates the need to manage our own testing infrastructure. It's incredibly valuable for validating browser compatibility issues quickly and reliably without maintaining local device labs or test environments. The platform is very feature-rich and delivers strong technical value. Specific features allow our teams to confirm issues reported in specific browsers or configurations and support engineering validation in a scalable way. Importantly, the initial setup was good with no challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Documentation exists, but translating features into day-to-day QA workflows requires additional guidance. Adopt can be challenging if the tool is handed down from engineering without structured onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Testing with Smooth Workflows and Real-Device Coverage"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The build upload -> run -> debug cycle is extremely smooth. I don’t have to think twice; it just works.

Parallel execution actually saves my day during regression sprints. Instead of waiting hours, I wrap things up much faster.

Real-device coverage is impressive. Half of the issues we catch now come from devices we’d never be able to afford or maintain in-house.

The session recordings and live logs feel like someone recorded the entire investigation trail for me, super helpful when collaborating with devs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes older devices take too long to boot, and that slows down fast feedback.

When the dashboard gets busy, the UI feels a bit sluggish. Not a blocker, but noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Testing Across Devices and Browsers"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really appreciate how BrowserStack solves the problem of collecting multiple browsers and multiple devices all in one place without the hassle of arranging for each one separately. The variety of devices and browser versions available is fantastic, allowing me to test on the latest devices and versions which aren't always available with real devices. The automation feature is a big help, especially since it integrates seamlessly with popular frameworks like Selenium and Playwright. Setting up BrowserStack was quite easy with clearly mentioned steps, and the user experience is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Getting access to BrowserStack took some time at the organizational level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
