"Streamlined Testing Across Devices and Browsers"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really appreciate how BrowserStack solves the problem of collecting multiple browsers and multiple devices all in one place without the hassle of arranging for each one separately. The variety of devices and browser versions available is fantastic, allowing me to test on the latest devices and versions which aren't always available with real devices. The automation feature is a big help, especially since it integrates seamlessly with popular frameworks like Selenium and Playwright. Setting up BrowserStack was quite easy with clearly mentioned steps, and the user experience is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Getting access to BrowserStack took some time at the organizational level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Cross-Browser and Device Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack to test our application on different browsers and real devices to find bugs that are specific to certain devices or browser versions. I especially enjoy the broad variety of devices and browsers that are available to select. In cases where bugs occur or when I want to test our product on common devices or browsers that I don't have access to, BrowserStack comes in handy. The initial setup was quite straightforward, making it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cross-Device Testing with Powerful Debugging Tools"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The ease of testing across so many real devices and browsers without managing any infrastructure, plus how quickly you can spin up sessions and debug issues with built‑in tools like logs and screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I dislike that it can sometimes feel slow or laggy on certain devices

or networks, and that debugging complex issues (like performance or

network flakiness) can be harder than on a fully local setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightning-Fast Parallel Testing with Seamless CI Integration"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Parallelism that keeps pipelines lean. Our Appium tests fan out to ~40 real Android and iOS devices simultaneously, Pixel, Samsung, iPhone, iPad - cutting validation time from 60 min to 15 min.

Artifacts that tell the full story. Each session link bundles video, network/HAR, console, logcat/syslog, and device metadata, so debugging feels like being on the phone itself.

Stable CI integrations. With GitHub Actions and Jenkins triggers, every PR posts a pass/fail matrix to Slack and links back to the exact failing session, instant triage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1. App resigning quirks (push/universal-link entitlements) sometimes add setup friction.

2. Tunnel drops on long tests under corporate proxies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices and Easy Automation"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack’s biggest strength is access to a wide range of real browsers and real devices, which makes cross-browser and cross-device testing much more reliable than emulators. It’s easy to start manual testing, and the platform supports popular automation frameworks, helping QA teams validate UI and functionality across environments with minimal setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Performance can be inconsistent at times, especially during peak usage, with noticeable lag on some devices. Automation debugging could be improved, as logs and error details are not always sufficient to quickly identify failures. Pricing is also relatively high, which may be challenging for smaller QA teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cross-Browser Testing with Seamless Automation Integration"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It saves a lot of time because everything runs online and setup is easy. The interface is simple, and it works well with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines. It’s very helpful for teams that need cross-browser testing. However, it can feel expensive, sometimes the sessions are slow or laggy, and device availability can be an issue during busy times. Overall, BrowserStack is a good and reliable testing platform, but the price and performance issues may not suit everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

well nothing as of now but sometime session disconnects alot but its not usual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real Device Testing Feel with BrowserStack"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack for testing on different devices like iOS and Android. It helps me inspect and identify if a solution is working on different devices or not. I like how it gives me the feeling as if I am working on a real device. The ability to use different versions of browsers and different versions of devices with such an advanced testing toolkit is really valuable. Also, the initial setup of BrowserStack was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes, the result that I get on BrowserStack is different than what I see on a real device. This should be improved because it creates confusion for people trying to test their changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable cross-browser testing made easy"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack makes it incredibly easy to test across a wide variety of browsers and devices without needing to maintain a physical device lab. The UI is intuitive, and the real-time testing is smooth and responsive. It saves a lot of time during cross-platform QA, and their support for automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Playwright is a huge plus. Integration with CI/CD pipelines is also straightforward and helps streamline testing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Pricing can be on the higher side, especially for small teams or startups. Occasionally, real devices may take a bit longer to load, and there are rare instances of session timeouts. The speed of automated test execution can sometimes be slower compared to local environments. Additionally, limited concurrent sessions on lower-tier plans can be restrictive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Testing Across Devices, Minor Pricing Clarity Needed"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack to test Android applications on different devices and Android versions. I appreciate that it helps me test applications across a wide range of Android versions, including older and newer releases, without needing physical devices. I really like the ease of uploading local Android applications, testing apps directly from the app store, and accessing detailed logs, which helps a lot with debugging and troubleshooting. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be pretty easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The pricing plans could be clearer. Clearly outlining what is included in each plan, specifying the available devices, and clearly explaining the differences between app testing and web testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
