Configuring Reportportal into automation test framework is very easy we just need to add project details and api key and all set. Reportportal is compatible with all types of automation framework which allows us the choice to choose our framework in order to use reportportal. **What do you dislike about ReportPortal?** There should be a feature when we mark any case as "To Investigate" it should notify the owner of the test script. **What problems is ReportPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Reportportal in our org to analyse our test runs daily. So, we can make our reporting of API, UI or Load testing in the single dashboard in real time. Unlike other reporting tool we dont have to wait for the report, as ReportPortal works in real-time and quick. No need to migrate things or installs any kind of other tool to use this. It gives us wide overview of our automation tests running for each and every products. We can create as many Projects we want. Here we get the option to customize dashboard of each type of test scripts. **What do you dislike about ReportPortal?** As of now I dont have any dislike for ReportPortal **What problems is ReportPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using reportal portal to visualize our automation test runs for our products. We are using this for both API and UI automation tests. It is very convenient to use. Reportportal customizable dahboard option is effective in analysing test report. We can here add many type of in built report category analytics. It has intelligent feature which identifies product bugs and assign tag to the test cases which fails because of product bugs not the script. **What do you dislike about ReportPortal?** For running devices or browser we cant use browserstack due to which we need to integrate this with other testing tools **What problems is ReportPortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are analysing our test run report in one place by creating different different in single project.
