It is very easy to use. As we can get all the all the browsers and most of the devices to test. As I use browserstack daily for my analysis purpose. I am using browser stack local also to work on my local device code so the implementation and intergration is beging easy. BrowserStack is a really good shortcut to test webapps or mobile apps on different tech-stacks and platforms. It's certainly efficient to run scans on a simulated environment with various platforms than having to set up indivdual test-setups with physical hardware or even virtual machines too replicated the various OS and frameworks. Since it is simulated, I sometimes would love to have deeper access to debug a problem. BrowserStack does help you find problems, but you can't get to the root of it. Since this IS your environment to test, the consequence is often that you either have to "guess" (via research) what the problem was and trial-and-error a solution or you do have to set up a "real" environment to replicate the issue and get closer to it.
