"Great for responsive testing and regional content"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like most about BrowserStack is the ease of use. I typically use it for responsive testing - I like that we are able to test out so many different devices and versions of each device. I also use the country view to test out region-specific content on our website. This has been so useful to confirm that our dynamic content is working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack is great, but sometimes it takes a while to load for me. I also noticed that when I switch the country filter to test dynamic content, I usually need to refresh the page which took me some time to figure out. That is partially user error, but I assumed it would refresh automatically when the filter is applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Tool for Real-World Testing Across Devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a UX Engineer, one of the most valuable aspects of BrowserStack is its ability to let me test on real devices and operating systems remotely. This has been a game-changer for ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms without needing a physical device lab. The interface is intuitive, and spinning up a test environment takes just a few clicks. It’s especially helpful when debugging layout issues or performance quirks that only appear on specific device-browser combinations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While the platform is powerful, occasionally, the remote sessions can feel slightly laggy, especially when testing animations or transitions, which can make it harder to assess performance nuances. I’d also love to see deeper integrations with design tools or prototyping platforms in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable tool for cross-browser and device testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack makes it easy to test across a wide range of browsers and devices without having to manage an in-house device lab. It integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, which helps streamline automated testing. The variety of platforms available saves our QA team a lot of time and ensures better coverage for real user environments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

At times, there can be slight performance delays and lag during live testing sessions, especially when multiple users are on the system, especially on Android devices. Pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams, but overall, the value is strong for medium to large QA teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I've been using BrowserStack for almost an year primarily for cross-browser and cross-device testing, and overall, it's been a valuable part of our QA workflow.

The platform offers a wide range of real devices and browsers, which has helped us identify environment-specific issues early. The Live Testing, Automate, and App Live features are particularly useful.

Integration with frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, and CI/CD tools is smooth, and the documentation is mostly clear. Personally I have not tried with this integration however other team members of our organisation have used this.

1.Real device testing gives us confidence before production releases.

2.Parallel test runs really speed up regression testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1.Network log enabled Device performances are slower.

2.sometime it gets abruptly closed and we have to restart the device and install the builds again.

3.Occasionally, some devices are slow to load or disconnect during long sessions.

4.it should allow to use multiple sessions per user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserStack makes cross-platform testing seamless and reliable"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack provides instant access to a wide range of browsers, devices, and operating systems without the need to maintain a local device lab. The real device cloud is very reliable, tests execute quickly, and the integrations with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions make it easy to fit into an existing workflow. Their documentation is clear, and the customer support team is responsive whenever help is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The pricing can feel high for smaller teams or startups, especially when scaling up to include multiple users and devices. Test execution on certain older devices can be a bit slow at times, and occasionally there are minor lags when interacting with real devices in Live mode. While the platform is powerful, there is a learning curve to get the most out of advanced features like automated parallel testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4. Ease to use & quick setup.

5. Ease integration with other environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Support and Easy Setup, Needs Enhanced Mobile Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like that BrowserStack's support team responds very quickly and is willing to connect over call to solve our problems. The tool is also user-friendly, making it easy for any manual tester to adopt quickly. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the guidance from the BrowserStack team, who helped us set up and start our proof of concept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I find the support for native mobile app automation and performance testing lacking. Right now, BrowserStack only supports web responsive mobile apps. It should extend support to native mobile apps and include performance testing with load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Developer's Dream for Real Device Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love using BrowserStack due to its capability to provide real hardware for testing, which includes both websites and mobile applications, eliminating the need for simulated environments. This functionality allows me to develop and debug effectively without maintaining a collection of different physical devices. The seamless ability to switch between different browsers like Chrome and Edge within the same window is incredibly convenient and time-saving. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to change the location and IP address, which is essential for troubleshooting geo-restrictions and understanding how regulations like the Great Firewall of China might affect accessibility. BrowserStack’s instant device-switching feature is excellent, as it saves both my time and budget by negating the need to purchase various physical devices for testing. I can instantly switch from testing on something like an iPhone 17 Pro to an iPhone 15 to recognize any issues related to device specifications such as screen size or layout. The option to change IP and location greatly helps me in viewing the content the same way my target audience would, which includes accessing regional content and dealing with any geo-restricted material. Furthermore, the initial setup of BrowserStack was remarkably easy, with web development, iOS app debugging, and multiple devices functioning flawlessly and efficiently, akin to having a phone farm, which allows me to test on a range of real physical hardwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The pricing of BrowserStack is almost out of my budget, especially now that I am no longer a student and don't have access to the GitHub developer pack. There is a growing complexity of offerings on the site, which can feel overwhelming for newcomers and young tech students, even though it might be beneficial for seasoned developers. Additionally, the integrations can be hard to understand, as a student developer I had little interest in automation and integration with JIRA. My primary focus was on ensuring my apps work and look good across different devices and browsers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate BrowserStack for its user-friendly interface and the convenience it offers for cross-browser testing. It provides a wide range of features, such as live testing, mobile testing, and debugging, which I find very useful. Integrating it into our system was straightforward, and it also connects easily with CI/CD pipelines. The customer support is excellent, and I find myself using it frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I like most of the features, but there are a few common issues I haven't liked about BrowserStack. It is expensive, and the debugging capabilities are limited on some devices. Additionally, the performance feels slower compared to using a real device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mobile Test Automation"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I find BrowserStack incredibly easy to use and user-friendly, which makes my testing process much more efficient and pleasant. It's very straightforward and easy to integrate with our customized frameworks, particularly for running automation scripts on both iOS and Android. BrowserStack's flexibility is a game-changer for us, far surpassing our previous tool, Silk Mobile, by offering more adaptability. I also value the detailed reports it provides, which include insights into different aliases. Additionally, the integration capabilities, such as with Bitf AI and the seamless SDK integration, make the setup process very simple, presenting BrowserStack as a go-to solution that feels like a single-step tool. Furthermore, working with the BrowserStack team has been supportive, enhancing our overall experience with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Expecting BrowerStack to come with more integrated zero coding, no coding with the help of ai Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
