Instead of manually checking why the login test failed many number of times, it grouped them all under "network timeout". The failure pattern detection caught that our payment tests always fail on Mondays which was a deployment schedule issue. Real-time dashboards during our regression runs let me spot problems before the full suite finishes. **What do you dislike about Report Portal?** Crashes when importing massive Cucumber reports. Setting up custom widgets took me multiple days and multiple Slack messages to their support. **What problems is Report Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Report Portal solves the major problem of analyzing and managing vast amounts of test data by automatically categorizing failures, identifying recurring issues, and providing real-time analytics. This saves our team significant effort spent manually reviewing test results. It also accelerates issue detection and resolution, ultimately improving the speed and reliability of our software releases. ### 2. Easy to integrate into testing frameworks for java, javascript and python. Dashboards are handy in providing visualizations to the test results. **What do you dislike about Report Portal?** Executions can not be clubbed under a single instance/parent. Each run is it's own instance and requires extensive filtering to see history of a executions that are far apart. **What problems is Report Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives insights into overall product quality by intermingling results from multiple tests runs. Also give insights into the test quality, persistent failures and recurrence of issues. ### 4. Open sourceTest Reporting tool **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021 **What do you like best about Report Portal?** where you i start: - user interface is super intuitive - the reporting it is very easy to read - user experience and navigation is very good - easy to debug if you send the logs to the report portal - ready to use - they keep releasing and upgrading the product **What do you dislike about Report Portal?** Nothing breaking - the AI feature doesn't really work in my experience - it consumes some resources, CPU, memory and DB so despite it is free it can get expensive to run **What problems is Report Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** a centralized place to have multiple reports from multiple environments of multiple levels of testing, with no custom code development.
