The outstanding aspect is that it enhances accountability of IT team. Each of the planned procedures has a definite owner and a recorded history, which lessens the confusion between shifts changes. The features allow the role based access and approval actions prior to the execution of key jobs. It has moulded our internal discipline because we use it so often. One of the challenges was the effort required during implementation. It required time to harmonize the various departments in terms of naming conventions and job ownership. It has a powerful range of features, although it occasionally introduces additional configuration procedures. With the frequent use we get the slightest setup errors to show up.
