What I like most about JSCAPE MFT Server is how it takes the stress out of file transfers. Once everything is set up, files move automatically and securely, without anyone needing to manually upload or download them, or constantly check whether something failed. I also appreciate that everything is in one place, so I can quickly see what was sent, what didn’t go through, and the reason why. There’s quite a learning curve to JSCAPE. It took us several months to get it fully up and running, but once everything is configured, the platform is easy to maintain. Some features are not very intuitive, so there are times when reaching out to support becomes necessary — but their assistance has been helpful when navigating those areas. Load balancing features is one of the best unique tools of JSCAPE MFT Server, it can upgrade the transfer speed to add more speed for important files, or lowering the speed for a common files transfer. Setting it up is easy, just select which files to configure, and slide the speed for bigger number to use more resource for the file transfer. Helpful features by JSCAPE is customizable transfer speed rate that can be set to use more resource to make the transfer speed faster, or lowering transfer speed for files that is not important. JSCAPE user interface is welcoming, easy to view, and to find tools that I need for FTP file tansfer.
