"It significantly reduces manual workload across systems"
What do you like best about ActiveBatch?

The best aspect of ActiveBatch is that it makes all the workflows centralized so that it can be controlled easily. I apply it in my day to day life to automate monotonous tasks and keep track of the progress in a single dashboard. Cross platform automation is made seamless by integration with SQL server, SAP and cloud services. It could be implemented easily and the feature set is capable of supporting both simple and complex processes and this has helped my team save a lot of manual work. What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?

Its disadvantage is that the interface might be overloaded, particularly when several workflows are operating at the same time. There are integrations that need additional configuration affecting deployment. In peak seasons, it is a little cumbersome to monitor jobs. These problems make the learning curve to be steep among new members of the team and at times slow down rapid adaptation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It helped a lot in an organized approach to managing scheduled business processes"
What do you like best about ActiveBatch?

The most significant benefit to me is the ability to be in control of the routine operational jobs. I depend on it in managing data flows within our online store as it helps me send out such tasks as order files generation and periodic database maintenance scripts. The number of times I use it is very high because they are processes that are performed daily. The site has some robust features that ensure that I can specify job requirements and time constraints. What do you dislike about ActiveBatch?

The only disadvantage that I have observed in the use of ActiveBatch Workload Automation is that sometimes it may be inconvenient to maintain older workflows. Our company created numerous job sequences in the first implementation and when it comes to reviewing them after several months, it is important to carefully check them as there are several steps intertwined.
