The best aspect of ActiveBatch is that it makes all the workflows centralized so that it can be controlled easily. I apply it in my day to day life to automate monotonous tasks and keep track of the progress in a single dashboard. Cross platform automation is made seamless by integration with SQL server, SAP and cloud services. It could be implemented easily and the feature set is capable of supporting both simple and complex processes and this has helped my team save a lot of manual work. Its disadvantage is that the interface might be overloaded, particularly when several workflows are operating at the same time. There are integrations that need additional configuration affecting deployment. In peak seasons, it is a little cumbersome to monitor jobs. These problems make the learning curve to be steep among new members of the team and at times slow down rapid adaptation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
