What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings tasks, docs, and communication together in one flexible workspace. I can quickly set up different views (list, board, calendar) to match how various team members prefer to work, without having to change the underlying data. The option to create custom fields, templates, and automations also means we can adapt ClickUp to our existing processes, rather than being forced into a single way of working.
It’s the smaller details—like assigning comments, using checklists within tasks, and linking related tasks and docs—that have made collaboration noticeably smoother and helped reduce context switching between tools. Overall, ClickUp has become our central source of truth for planning, execution, and tracking work across the team. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
The main thing I dislike about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming and slow at times, especially as workspaces grow more complex. There are many configuration options, views, and settings, which is powerful but also creates a learning curve for new users and can make the interface feel cluttered.
Performance can occasionally lag when loading large spaces or switching between views. Streamlining the UI, simplifying defaults for common use cases, and further optimizing performance for big workspaces would make the experience much smoother. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
