I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

The whole sales team can keep track of their prospects and leads in one place. I can check in and see in real time what they are doing. Notes can be left on each prospect.
