# What is the best way to integrate whatsapp and workflows in Zoho CRM?

There are few tools to integrate WA and Zoho, there are working through third parties, but I think there are more ways to use it and make it succesful.

To integrate Zoho CRM & Whatsapp, You can refer: https://marketplace.zoho.com/gsearch?searchTerm=whatsapp

At the moment, We only have third party developer apps in our Marketplace that would help with the integration.
