Why switch from the horse to the car?
Why switch from a typewriter to a computer?
Why switch from leeches to medicine?

Not trying to be flippant, but the advancement over old school methods of tracking your recruiting efforts are 10 fold. Not only will it save you time, automate your process, and organize your applicants, but the thing I like most about JazzHR, is that I can retain all information about every candidate who applies for any position in our company. I can make notes about candidates, I can see all email correspondence, I can set standard interview questions. It is such a powerful recruiting tool which I cannot recommend highly enough.

JazzHR saves time and money. Our ATS is a centralized location where you can store all important job and candidate information. You can automate time consuming and redundant tasks and easily review recruiting tactics that may or may not be working. It integrates with other HRIS tools you may be relying on and improves the job efficiency of you and your department.
