Hi John,

We use lever at my company and at first, during the implementation period, Reports felt like they would be really strong. After getting over my fear of using the Reports dashboard and watching some of the videos they have in their help articles, we've begun using reports to track things like "Time in Stage", Diversity, "Conversation Ratio" (which, for us, means how many of the candidates that we're putting on the phone with the hiring managers make it to later stages in the interview process). However, certain basic TA metrics like Time to Hire, Time to Find are not easily found in Lever. Therefore, to track those metrics, we had to Export the data to a spreadsheet and copy the relevant columns to a template that I created that would calculate these metrics for us. The relevant columns to use are: Candidate Name (Column B), Applied At (Column W), Stage - Offer (BH), Hired (AP), Filled (AQ), and then you can include other things like Posting Title and Posting Team just so you know what roles you're measuring for. Once you have this relevant data in a new spreadsheet you can go ahead and create calculations like =AQ2-W2 to get the amount of days from that candidate entering the interview process to starting in the position. I created 5 columns with calculations to track Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Candidate Experience Time to Hire, and Time to Find.

Hope this helps.
