The platform is feature-rich, but the UI can feel a bit overwhelming for new users, especially when setting up advanced journeys. At times, the reporting dashboards load slowly for large datasets. - The support team is very responsive and helpful — they’re always available whenever we need assistance, without charging extra support fees beyond a certain limit (unlike Insider which caps free support hours per month).

- Pricing is more competitive than others.

- The platform provides flexibility in tracking user behavior through events, and it’s convenient that almost every user action on the platform can be tracked as an event.

What do you dislike about MoEngage?

Event setup and data mapping can be unclear, requiring detailed definitions from the start. MAU-based billing may overcount users switching browsers.
