There's so much about the platform that we love at our agency. From the influencer research (that we were doing manually), to creating and building massively successful campaigns with the right influencers from our initial research to the metrics reports and outputs, there's so much to love about Klear. Our rep is immensely helpful and always answers our emails quickly. If there's a feature that hasn't been developed, he takes it to the product team to help implement. This is a tricky question for me to answer because I have enjoyed so much about Klear. I guess the only downside is not being able to add in creators who aren't 'creator or business' profiles. I understand this is an algorithm and connection issue, but that would be my only qualm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? Klear has solved all of our influencer marketing problems. Before Klear we were manually researching influencers. We were manually managing influencers through email and spreadsheets. We were compiling all submissions in a Word doc and sending them to clients for review. Our metrics were based on what we were able to receive from the influencer or from tagged sponsorships or Brand Collabs manager. None of those were super beneficial and were honestly very time consuming to execute. Klear has streamlined our influencer management process and makes it really simple on both the influencer's side and the brand side. Having all communication right within the platform makes it easy to transition the campaigns to others within the agency for a seamless transition. The metrics are phenomenal! We're getting much better metrics and insights than we ever were before, encouraging clients to sign on for longer influencer camaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
