I love how professional and standardized our proposals and request forms are with GetAccept. We appear ahead of the curve to customers and even to other departments internally because of how robust our implementation of it has been. I also love the Salesforce integration. It's an absolute game changer and our forms that used to be cumbersome pdfs sent via email now essentially fill themselves out based on case info and can be easily sent. Even beyond just the forms themselves, we have configured salesforce to automatically fill certain case fields and change case statuses based on the sending and receipt of GetAccept forms. I am not sure how we could have effectively automated so much of our processes without GetAccept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have encountered a few issues with the SF integration regarding outgoing forms getting stuck in the draft status. There is an effective workaround, but it's caused us to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and we have had one or two problems when we didn't notice this occurred. Nothing too crazy though. We are now able to directly send a quote from our CRM (HubSpot), with just a few clicks. We've been able to configure it to pull in Product Line Items from a HubSpot deal AND have those items mapped to specific areas of the quote, which is very handy.
We also have been able to integrate GetAccept directly with our ChargeBee instance, so once a prospect or customer signs, we're able to have their subscription correctly set up automatically - saving our Finance Operations team countless hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we originally rolled this out, we needed our Sales Reps to make changes directly in the quote template itself which was a little clunky; the layout of the Quoting tool can perhaps be a little complex looking to a Sales user if they're having to make edits or build from scratch - however we address this by creating templates which require as few clicks as possible for a rep.

GetAccept has been a great tool for streamlining our document process. It’s easy to set up and update templates, which saves a lot of time, and I really like the additional features it offers compared to traditional e-sign platforms. The ability to monitor when and how customers are viewing documents gives valuable insight and helps us stay more engaged throughout the process. Overall, it’s user-friendly and highly effective.
Working with Kiera has been an excellent experience. She is always responsive and easy to reach, making communication smooth and efficient. Her accessibility and willingness to help have made the process much easier, and it’s clear she truly cares about providing great support. While GetAccept is a powerful and user-friendly tool overall, I did find that the platform can be a little difficult to navigate at first. Some of the features take a bit of time to get used to, but with a little training and practice, it becomes much smoother to work with. I really appreciate having a dedicated support rep to help me get everything up and running. They were even able to help me to build the integration and automations with our CRM, making it easy to maintain accurate data. The software us super easy to use and I am able to figure much of it out on my own. Other products we reviewed seemed way too complicated to manage on our own. The best thing is that the tools are actually being used by AEs. They use it all the time wether if its for proposal or signing a contract, or to share deal rooms or look at the engagement analytics to identify if the deals are trending up or not, GetAccept is a must have for our tool stack at Simployer. Our reps can work entirely within Salesforce without jumping between systems, as GetAccept has seamless integration with Salesforce. With automated workflows that save time and reduce errors, we're able to move opportunity stages based on different stages in GetAccept documents, and also send out documents from GetAccept automatically.
Another awesome feature in GetAccept is the real-time engagement tracking that gives our sales team visibility into when and how customers interact with proposals. The synchronization with Salesforce is a huge advantage—it makes the tool extremely simple to use for every team member and allows for very fast contract creation, which is essential for our workflow. It’s also user-friendly, with a clean UX that encourages quick adoption across teams.
Another key strength is the support: the team is very available and attentive, especially during onboarding and training. Our account manager is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations.

We’ve occasionally experienced overly aggressive upselling from the GetAccept sales team, to the point where they reached out to higher-level managers who were not the right stakeholders. This created some internal frustration and can damage the tool’s reputation internally.
