Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GetAccept? 1. Focus only for Englisch (for the German Market we would need not Hi Paul,... We would need "Sehr geehrter Herr Berger, ...") 2. That there is a individalisation for the buttons (for the german market it is not working to send : Open Document - this feels for german clients like a fake Link in cyrilic - we get no conversation with this fields) 3. I really dislike to test everything in the demo version and get no information that this and that is not available then in the "normal" version. 4. the App version is good - the CRM not so (for example you can easy send a video via app an choose a video - thats not possible in the CRM) 5. Bugs in the CRM ( for example it is not possible to send video reminders via CRM - no possibility to write the text) 6. No search possibility in the App 7. We do provide the ability to update the language of the emails and sms that are being sent from the core application and those settings would apply when performing a send out from the CRM. We have additional items on our roadmap to further improve the localization settings that are available as well. I would also note that it is possible from the CRM to record videos, or to select a previously recorded video, when performing a send out. The ability to send a video reminder for a send out from the CRM is not yet available and is a feature we are planning to add in the future. We are heavily invested in taking our Pipedrive integration to the next level to ensure an even better experience for our customers. We have allocated additional resources and dedicated personnel to this initiative so please expect to see improvements soon! GetAccept as a whole has had a negative impact on work flow as we were not able to issue contracts for 3 days, the biggest issue above all is the Account Manager and dishonesty in relation to status of system errors and instead of fixing it blaming our staff, once the chat support actually admitted the issue but the chat was taken over my someone else and denied it ever existed.
