One of the things I like best so far is the quick response we receive from Madison Simon and Carina Whaley. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GetAccept? The one thing we are currently disliking is how long it is taking for identified issues to be resolved. This has delayed our full implementation of the system which is not helpful. I recommend the development team log into accounts to see first hand what the issues are rather than trying to recreate the problem on their end. Another downside to GetAccept from our limited experience at this time is having to constantly refresh the page for it to work accurately or as close as possible to working accurately. Recommendations to others considering GetAccept: If you are considering using this system, I advise you to assess the documents you plan to use, and the number of fields you expect to add to your templates; adding fields with commands is the most time-consuming part of the start-up process. If all you plan to add are signature fields, then I highly recommend it. However, if you plan to use it as an electronic form and have extensive records, be aware that it will take you some time to add fields to each line item and document. If you have a team that can focus on this task alone for a couple of days, it might be worth it to you. Also, keep in mind that there are glitches, and the use of so many fields in one or various templates may lead to additional issues with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have identified a few issues with the system; 1. when uploading multiple templates in one message, only the first template uploads with the added fields while the rest upload without any text and signature fields; 2. the templates and titles do not match, confusing the recipient; and 3. the recipient is unable to zoom into templates from android phones; and 4. the system requires a lot of refreshing from the start of a message until it is finally sent to the recipient. There isn't enough options and it isn't very user friendly. There needs to be ways to edit more than is avialable- for example when adding text it would be super helpful to be able to bold, change color, etc. We came from Docusign and the options were just so much more advanced.
