What I appreciate the most is the combination between electronic signature and Deal Rooms. You can centralize the candidate's file, documents, tracking, and content in one place, then automate the entire process with HubSpot and n8n. The most frustrating part appears as soon as one wants to automate or finely customize the Deal Rooms. The public documentation does not always cover advanced possibilities, and some technical identifiers change from one room to another, which makes integrations more fragile and requires real maintenance. Previously, the registration process relied on several tools and a lot of manual actions. GetAccept allows us to generate the file to be signed, create a personalized candidate space, add the right content according to the campus, and track everything in one place. With our automations, data flows between HubSpot, n8n, Drive, Sheets, and Tool4Staffing, and then the back office updates after the signature. I like all the options our clients get with the proposal, everything from adding other people to it, to downloading it and more. I find the best feature of GetAccept is how easy it is to create an offer. All the price charts are saved, so I can create an offer in under 5 minutes, which really saves me time, especially because we used Microsoft Word before. I also really like the new feature that allows me to change a product easily by just typing the first letter of another product. For example, if I want to change coffee to lunch, I can just type the letter 'L' and lunch pops up, allowing me to quickly make the change. This feature saves me plenty of time. Now it’s bigger and goes downwards on the web browser, and you have to press 'delete product'. It was easier to just press - or + before. It would be nicer if the layout went horizontal instead. I highly value the agreement templates, particularly liking the option to record video in the document, as it allows for better structure and personalization. It is very limited in how many folds you can have, how big they should be, etc. I dislike that. I like that GetAccept is easy to use. It's straightforward to send files without any problems, whether through email or SMS, and you can sign documents using SMS or bank ID, which offers flexibility. I find it convenient that I can send everything online, and people can check and review the documents in real-time. We can even chat with customers online, which makes the process very nice and easy to use. The initial setup was also easy, taking only five to ten minutes, and after that, it was simple to use. I like the ease of being able to make adjustments and edits, especially being able to chat with my team and with clients, which is a big plus. It's helpful that clients can view and add comments. I find it beneficial to see how often they're visiting the room, which helps us maintain a different level of connection when we're not emailing or on client calls with them. Previously, not having multiple deal room owners was difficult because it meant if someone was out of office, we couldn't publish a room with any updates. Another issue is that making adjustments in the platform can sometimes be tough; it's not always easy to go back and make changes. As a sales representative, you're always on the run and need to have easy access to follow up on sales, remind customers, or see where the customer is stuck. I feel like the mobile app could be improved in the point of 'easy'. More like the website where you can see in real-time what page the customer is on, and see individually which customers have spent the most time on specific pages.
