
We’ve been using AvidXchange for nearly 10 years, and it has become an integral part of our daily operations. The initial implementation process was smooth, and the system has remained consistently reliable ever since.
One of the things we appreciate most is how easy it is to process vendor payments—it’s straightforward, efficient, and integrates seamlessly with our core HOA management software, Vantaca. The ability to quickly void checks or issue stop payments when necessary is also a major plus, helping us stay responsive and in control when issues arise.

While AvidXchange has been a reliable solution overall, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The user interface—particularly the interchange—could benefit from updates to make navigation and check searches more intuitive and efficient. It can feel a bit clunky, though we’ve adapted to it over time.
Additionally, some of our experiences with customer support have been less than ideal. In certain instances, support representatives have attempted to shift responsibilities back to us, even when the issue clearly falls within their scope.
