Matrixcare considers all aspects of the senior living industry and understands how sales teams function and benefit from a CRM. On occasion, there are a few extra clicks needed to get to where you want to be in the system. These extra clicks certainly aren't something that should prevent use. The custom report tool is very robust but can be difficult for someone without a data background. However, the pre-built reports are handy for the average user.
