What do you like best about AvidXchange?

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

It is user friendly and easy to use. Works well with our core system. Haven't really had any issues to where we need to be calling customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

1. Note section for invoices would be nice. Per invoice and not on the Vendor level only as it is now. 2. To be able to void a payment without having to delete the original invoice. Leaving a zero balance on it would be great, just to have for record on notation. 3. When inserting lines within the invoice breakdown, it would be nice to be able to drag and move the lines around instead of having to recode some of the line items to get them to match up with an invoice breakdown for example. 4. When reviewing a report, it would be nice to be able to click on the invoice or detail from there, but then have it take you right back to the report to continue where you left off. 5. To be able to send an email notification by a push of a button once all invoices have been entered and approvals are ready to be made. A second "email reminder" by a push of a button would be nice too for when invoices have not been approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

Avid has giving me a great experience, while processing my invoices. It stays up to date and I am able to upload or remove invoices in a timely manner with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

The only down side about using Avid is it logs you out in the middle of working, if your not active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

Check-cutting service and ghost card management are great. We get revenue share with ghost card spending and VCC payments (also a minor share with FastPay Network). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

No real dislikes, but it would be helpful to get a live listing of payment decisioning of each vendor code (FP Check, FastPay Network, or VCC decisioning) prior to making payments, so that we can anticipate how each vendor invoice will be decisioned beforehand. What do you like best about AvidXchange?

The concept of Avid is great and i'm sure they do a great job once you are on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

i've been working with them to onboard for weeks maybe months now, and they have such an outdated and lenght process that it's litteraly painful to complete.

i'm a tech savvy person and i have figured out how to use many new software, and i have not yet came across an app that take it's customers on such a discouraging ride.
