“Streamlining workflows with Monday.com”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. Monday.com tools make project management and working between sales and operations a more efficient and smoother process. I use Monday.com every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a global company working across many time frames, Monday.com helps us communicate about projects, workflows and our accounts receivable system. It allows me to quickly see project updates, status and timeframes. I can easily communicate with our operations team about incoming projects - giving them visibily to the sales pipeline. “Awesome Developer-Friendly UI with Smooth Google Chat Integration”
What do you like best about Jira?

Overall, the UI in JIRA is good, and for us developers it’s awesome. We connected it with Google Chat, which has been really helpful because we can view JIRA tickets directly from Google Chat. Performance has also been good so far. I can’t really comment on the pricing, since we just use it. Onboading process was also good with proper support and AI Intelligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

i did not found any problem yet, everything is working good till now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is helping us streamline project tracking and team collaboration by keeping all tasks, bugs, and progress updates in one place. It improves visibility across teams, makes it easier to prioritize work, and helps ensure accountability through clear ownership and timelines.

The biggest benefit for me has been better organisation and transparency in day-to-day work. I can track task progress easily, manage priorities more effectively, and collaborate with team members without missing updates. It has also improved productivity by reducing manual follow-ups and making sprint planning and issue tracking much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great for Organizing Projects, but Task Moving and Google Sheets Alerts Need Work”
What do you like best about Asana?

It helps organize projects of all kinds, from marketing work to the admin side. There are a few features that aren’t included in the subscription we currently have, and I wish I could try them out to get the full experience of what Asana has to offer. The automation rules are useful because you don’t have to keep manually changing statuses; alternatively, when you do change a status, it can automatically move tasks to the right place. Overall, it feels like it has more potential than how we’re currently using it, and I’d like to explore more of what it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

There are a few limitations. For example, it can be hard to move tasks or subtasks around on different boards. I usually have to play around with it to figure it out, and it often feels quicker to delete the item and re-enter it in the right spot than to spend time working out how to move it properly. I also don’t like that it keeps adding a new message to a task when a Google Sheet is integrated and someone comments on that sheet. Most of the time the comment isn’t relevant to the task, but it still pings me as if it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping all projects in one place with clear deadlines—and being able to see other people’s tasks that are relevant to you without having to ask where they’re at—is very beneficial for saving time. It’s also helpful to have access to the files and images teams have uploaded without needing to check multiple different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Excellent Mind Mapping And Task management tool”
What do you like best about Notion?

- The new Custom AI Agents are a standout for me. i've automated a few of my recurring workflows, like task triaging & generating daily summaries from meeting notes, which saves a ton of time of mine. I also appreciate the Notion Mail Integration, it finally feels like my email and my docs are in the same place.

- Plus, the Timeline dependencies have made tracking our engineering sprints a lot more reliadble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The biggest area for improvement is still the offline functionality. Even in this year, only the first 50 rows of a database sync for offline use, which is a real pain when i'm trying to review a full sprint backlog without WIFI, Also while the mobile app has improved, it still feels sluggish when loading page with heavy database relations. Finally, I'd love to see more generous API rate limits for those of us building custom dev tool integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Notion helps me keep all my notes, mind-maps, tasks, and To-Dos in the same place.

- It allows me to search through all of my work and quickly find the information i need.

- It helps me to create collaborative workspaces with my team members so we can all be on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Versatile Tool with Easy Setup, Minor Customization Limits”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I use Smartsheet for a lot of things like project trackers, timelines, inventory management, asset management, content trackers, and even run of shows. It's easy to use in many cases and allows us to share sheets easily with people both within and outside of our organization. Smartsheet makes it easy to gather information in forms and automate it as well. I really like the ability to create dashboards to curate information visually. It's valuable for managing multiple projects simultaneously, grouping related sheets, and for presentations when we need to showcase data and information. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

It has some limitations for customization. Customization of the sheets toolbar is limited, you can only make certain changes to the whole row versus individual cells and vice versa. I think it lacks a little in the timeline aspect as well, in order to automize it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like using ClickUp for data tracking and project tracking. It's useful for managing my video editing work with different phases, and I use it to maintain and manage the progress of tasks and to assign team members. The activity panel is especially helpful because it lets us comment on what's happening, providing updates that everyone can check. Also, connecting Google Drive to ClickUp is handy for searching files and photos. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy, as it prompted me to input data about my work and goals, and overall, it was a good experience. Compared to Notion, I find ClickUp much better for use and organizing things. The ability to give a default view and pin it to show entire sections is a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I'm not able to use the timeline view. I wanted to try that and then purchase it if I need it. Maybe the timeline view can be given to a free trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Airtable Simplifies Complex Campaign Tracking with Linked Records and Shareable Views”
What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable has become our new savior in handling the insanely complicated content priority lists, providing our marketing department with a concise and well-structured overview of the campaigns, timeline, and asset position in a single platform. The linked record feature has been the strongest one and we are able to relate the similar data in different tables and the resultant duplication that led to errors in our reporting is avoided. There is also the capacity to provide filtered views to external stakeholders without providing a full-blown database access, which has also proven to be a feature that helps in collaboration with customers in a client-based scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Reporting and analytics are quite basic relative to the focused business intelligence tools, and you can hardly derive in-depth insights directly on your data. There is also poor functionality of the desktop experience on the mobile app, and handling and updating records on the go is more cumbersome than it is supposed to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable has addressed the issue of working with interconnected data which had been distributed across spreadsheets, emails and documents. This has enhanced accuracy in data and visibility of teams and we have been able to make decisions faster and more informed without having to waste time searching information in various sources. What problems is actiTIME solving and how is that benefiting you?

“A project management tool that drives measurable marketing results”
What do you like best about morningmate?

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

I just wish more marketers knew about this tool, since it’s still not as widely recognized as it deserves to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is morningmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. Real-time KPI tracking helped us identify underperforming campaigns quickly and optimize budgets more effectively. Collaboration with external partners also became smoother, since everyone could work in the same workspace without constant email back-and-forth. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration”
What do you like best about Trello?

I like that Trello is simple, visual, and flexible, making it easy to see what's going on without sifting through spreadsheets or calendars. We've been using a digital Trello board in our office for nearly a decade, and it's super easy for everyone. We organize tasks by assigning them to buckets, create lists and due dates, all within each tag. Being able to assign work to staff by simply dragging a client's tag under their name is very convenient. The integration with Google Docs is useful because we include critical dates and links within the tags, which makes it easy to access needed information. Transitioning from a physical whiteboard to a digital Trello board was smooth, and setting it up was much easier than I expected. Overall, Trello handles our day-to-day planning well, especially as our team works remotely and it helps us keep track of what everyone is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

When Trello goes down, I'm lost with my work organization. I also don't see much reason to pay for Trello unless necessary to keep the board active. It would be better if Trello integrated more with Google Meet because now we have to share screens during calls to view the board. I'd like a Figma add-on for Trello to allow previews directly in Trello. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Trello as our daily planning hub. It's simple, visual, and flexible, making it easy to track tasks remotely. We can organize tasks, set due dates, and link resources within tags efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Freedcamp?

Very easy to get started with and intuitive to learn — our team picked it up right away. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and everyone knows what they're working on. We like being able to comment and attach files directly to tasks, and having separate boards for each area keeps everything from getting mixed together. Visually it's nicely designed and easy to see what you need and get to what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freedcamp?

Hard to think of any cons for a small team with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freedcamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our nonprofit's communications committee uses this to manage social campaigns, newsletter production, design tasks, and email marketing. We tried Trello but switched to Freedcamp — it felt like a better fit. Before this we relied on email threads and Google Docs, which made it hard to stay organized. “Simple, Fast Diagramming for Clear Flowcharts and System Diagrams”
What do you like best about Whimsical?

I like how fast and simple it is. You can open it and start making a flowchart or wireframe in seconds. No setup, no confusion. The interface is clean and doesn’t feel heavy.

It’s really good for process flows. I use it when I need to explain how something works step by step. The diagrams look neat without putting in too much effort. Alignment and connectors are easy, so things don’t look messy.

Also, sharing with others is simple. Just send a link and people can view or edit. For quick collaboration, it works well.

For straightforward diagrams, it does exactly what you need without distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

Basically great for simple visuals, but not ideal for large cross-team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps turn discussions into visuals quickly. When we talk about processes or system flows, people often understand differently. Drawing it out in Whimsical clears things up fast.

I use it during planning talks to map steps and decisions. It helps the team see the full picture instead of just hearing it.

It’s also helpful for sharing knowledge. A diagram is easier for someone new to understand than reading long notes.

So the main benefit is clarity and saving time on explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Celoxis Streamlines Multi-Project Management with Intuitive Gantt Charts”
What do you like best about Celoxis?

WelI like most about Celoxis is how it streamlines managing multiple projects without feeling like I’m losing control. The intuitive Gantt charts make it simple to adjust timelines and immediately see the downstream impact of any change. Because planning, tracking, and reporting are all brought together in one platform, it replaces several separate tools and noticeably improves overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

One challenge with Celoxis is that setting up complex project templates initially can be time-consuming. With many available options, it’s easy to overconfigure without proper guidance, leading to confusion. A more guided setup experience that focuses on essential steps would make onboarding smoother and more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celoxis has significantly helped me tackle one of my biggest challenges: measuring team productivity effectively. Before, it was hard to identify the real reasons behind delays, but with its time insights I can quickly pinpoint bottlenecks and see where work is getting stuck. As a result, I’m able to balance workloads more evenly and plan projects more realistically, which has improved overall team efficiency and delivery outcomes. “Managing design work smoothly while keeping projects on track”
What do you like best about Wrike?

I use Wrike mainly for project and task management, especially for organizing design and coordinating with teammates. It's great for keeping deadlines, priorities, and feedback in one place, ensuring nothing gets lost. I find it very reliable with no downtime, which is essential for tracking progress and staying aligned across multiple projects. What I like most about Wrike is the custom workflows feature. Being able to tailor-fit task statuses to match how our team actually works makes progress tracking much clearer and more realistic. I also appreciate the task-level commenting and file versioning, which keeps feedback organized and tied directly to the work. The app's smooth performance on my Mac and its ability to prevent missed deadlines by providing better visibility into priorities and workload are really helpful. The initial setup was made easy by our IT team, and I find the UX intuitive, which makes navigation seamless. Support is always top-notch by being able to work with our IT team to resolve the issues. What do you dislike about Wrike?

The search functionality can be frustrating sometimes, especially when trying to find older tasks or specific comments in larger projects. Results are not always intuitive, and it often takes usage of advanced filters in order to locate what you needed. This can slow things down when you are working in a fast-paced environment. “Simple task management that keeps our team on track”
What do you like best about Backlog?

Backlog has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage tasks, bugs, and projects in one place. I especially like how issues, comments, and file attachments are organized clearly, which helps keep communication within the team efficient and transparent.

The task tracking system is simple but powerful, allowing me to quickly create, assign, and update tasks without confusion. Features like version control integration and progress tracking help improve workflow and keep everyone aligned.

Overall, Backlog improves productivity by reducing the need for multiple tools and making collaboration smoother on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backlog?

There are a few things that could be improved based on my experience using Backlog. While the interface is generally clean, it sometimes feels a bit outdated and not as smooth or intuitive as some newer tools. Certain actions, like updating tasks or navigating between sections, can take more clicks than expected.

I’ve also noticed that performance can slow down when working with larger projects or a high number of tasks. Loading times are occasionally longer than expected, especially when switching between tabs or viewing detailed issue lists.

Another limitation is the lack of deeper customization. For example, it would be helpful to have more flexible dashboard options or ways to better organize tasks based on specific workflows.

Overall, these issues are not deal-breakers, but improving speed, reducing friction in navigation, and adding more customization would significantly enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Backlog, we struggled with keeping tasks, bugs, and communication organized across multiple workflows. It was easy to lose track of updates, and we often had to switch between different tools to manage projects, which caused confusion and wasted time.

With Backlog, we can now manage tasks, bug tracking, and team communication in one place. This has made it much easier to stay organized and keep everyone aligned on project progress. Assigning tasks and tracking updates is more straightforward, which reduces miscommunication within the team.

As a result, we’ve been able to save time on coordination and improve overall workflow efficiency. It’s also easier to handle multiple projects at once without losing visibility, which is especially helpful when managing a large number of tasks or accounts.
