The line charts are a bit limited when comparing different data sets of data from different lists and spaces. I believe that the Forms could also use some improvements. There are some documents like bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices that have a standard format and we cannot replicate them using ClickUp because we can only add the text and number fields in maximum 2 columns. It would help to have more flexibility on the form design. They were TRYING to help my company move from an annual paid business membership to a monthly paid membership. Doing this would have resulted in more money for them in the long run. But once they figured out that EVENTUALLY (6+ months), we were going to move away from SmartSheets altogether, they stopped helping and just ignored all emails asking for help. This process should have been extremely simple. We've had virtual meetings, exchanged emails for 3.5 MONTHS, and have had the issue (supposedly) 'upgraded' to a higher-up individual on 3 separate occasions -- and yet, still no resolution. Apparently, if you want any meaningful help with your account (technical or administrative) while already being an established Smartsheets customer, you have to pay MORE for any level of 'technical support'.
