“Easy Integrations, Custom Workflows, and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

“Engineering projects, simplified our experience with jira”
What do you like best about Jira?

I like Jira for its ability to bring complete structure and clarity to complex workflows, especially in engineering and mechanical design. It's highly customizable, allowing each stage from concept design validation to approval to be mapped precisely, ensuring nothing skips a step. This level of control makes the process more disciplined and reduces errors. I also find Jira's dashboard and reporting features beneficial, as they provide a real-time view of project status, pending tasks, and bottlenecks, making it easier to stay on top of deadlines and quickly address issues before they escalate. I appreciate how well Jira supports collaboration, allowing team members to commit, tag others, attach design files, and maintain all communication within the task, which avoids scattered conversations. Additionally, its issue tracking capability is extremely effective for logging, prioritizing, and tracking resolutions for design flaws, change requests, or manufacturing concerns, improving accountability and overall quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

Jira can be complex for new users, especially those not from a software background. The interface and configuration options can initially feel overwhelming and often require training to fully utilize its capabilities. Performance can be an issue when dealing with large projects and multiple attachments, as it can feel slow and impact productivity. Handling large design files isn't ideal since Jira isn't naturally optimized for CAD drawings, necessitating integration with external tools. Customization, while powerful, can be a drawback as setting up workflows, permissions, and dashboards requires admin expertise, making quick adjustments less flexible. Lastly, reporting can feel limited without additional configuration or plugins and generating detailed reports can require extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is our central hub for project management, helping organize workflows, manage tasks, and track changes. It ensures transparency, reduces confusion around version control, and enhances cross-functional collaboration. We identify critical issues in real-time, improving decision-making and meeting tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Versatile and Easy-to-Use with Powerful AI Tools”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like ClickUp's versatility and its innovative tools. It's easy to use and integrates well with other applications, which is great for communication. The mobile app is a handy feature. I am particularly in love with the AI Agents and what they can do—they're easy to create and help a lot. Automations that trigger communication to customer emails are another strong point. Overall, the high capabilities allow us to free up human time to focus on other activities. The initial setup of ClickUp was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I believe that the dashboards could be improved. We would like to see more options of graphics like control charts, histograms, and other process improvement related graphics. The line charts are a bit limited when comparing different data sets of data from different lists and spaces. I believe that the Forms could also use some improvements. There are some documents like bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices that have a standard format and we cannot replicate them using ClickUp because we can only add the text and number fields in maximum 2 columns. It would help to have more flexibility on the form design. Also, the possibility of printing them as documents or images to be uploaded as documents to a particular field, not only as a task creation trigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ClickUp to manage supply chains, keep information updated, and handle customer communications. Its AI and automations save time by triggering emails, among other things, and freeing my team for other tasks. I appreciate its ease of use, versatility, and integration with other applications. “Essential for Transparent Project Tracking”
What do you like best about Asana?

I use Asana for tracking projects for individuals and teams, and I find it really useful for easier and more transparent tracking. I like how it makes audits simpler and helps with showcasing and demonstrating for ELT. The ability to add screenshots, end dates, and expected dates to tasks is great. It makes tracking time spent on projects straightforward. Simple reporting and easy tracking of team goals are features I enjoy. These features save time, reduce confusion, and keep work moving smoothly. The screenshots add clarity, and end dates contribute to accountability. The initial setup was pretty easy because their documentation is almost perfect. Their customer support has been consistently reliable and they provided clear guidance and constant support during integration, as we use Asana on daily basis to help us in tracking day to day tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Honestly I have had a great experience overall. If I had to point out a couple of downsides, it can occasionally feel a bit slow with larger projects, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Asana to track project which makes the entire process much more organized, transparent and easy to follow. It allows us to clearly monitor progress across different tasks and teams, making collaboration more efficient. This level of visibility is especially helpful during audits and when showcasing updates or results to the ELT, as all relevant information is centralized and easy to access. Additionally, Asana helps us keep track of the time spent on projects, giving better insight into resource allocation and productivity. Features like adding screenshots, setting due dates, and leaving detailed comments significantly reduce back-and-forth communication, save time, and minimize confusion. Overall, it helps streamline workflows, improve accountability, and ensures that work continues moving forward smoothly and on schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion primarily as a personal knowledge management system, using a second brain template. It’s been amazing for that, and I especially like the new Notion AI features. The fact that it can take action inside Notion is a big deal for me. “Customer Support No Longer Exists and No Longer Small-Business Friendly”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Nothing anymore. They used to appreciate small businesses and curtail their services to companies of any size, but that is no longer the case. They do not care about a company that pays for fewer than 15 paid members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Their SEVERE lack of customer service, and blatantly ignoring support that a customer needs because the problem has become too difficult or because it's no longer worth their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

They were TRYING to help my company move from an annual paid business membership to a monthly paid membership. Doing this would have resulted in more money for them in the long run. But once they figured out that EVENTUALLY (6+ months), we were going to move away from SmartSheets altogether, they stopped helping and just ignored all emails asking for help. This process should have been extremely simple. We've had virtual meetings, exchanged emails for 3.5 MONTHS, and have had the issue (supposedly) 'upgraded' to a higher-up individual on 3 separate occasions -- and yet, still no resolution. Apparently, if you want any meaningful help with your account (technical or administrative) while already being an established Smartsheets customer, you have to pay MORE for any level of 'technical support'. “Flexible, Scalable, and Actually Useful for Real Work”
What do you like best about Airtable?

It sits in that sweet spot between a database and an app builder, so you can model real operational workflows, not just track data. We’ve used it to power things like partner onboarding, network applications, and API-driven processes, and it holds up well if you structure it properly.

The ability to layer automations, interfaces, and integrations on top of the same data model is huge. It lets you connect ops, product, and GTM without forcing everything into one rigid system or needing engineering for every change.

From a day-to-day UI and UX standpoint, it’s pretty intuitive once you understand how it’s structured. People can get up and running quickly, but there is a learning curve when you start building more complex workflows. It can also feel a bit fragmented across bases and interfaces if things aren’t well organized.

On onboarding and support, there’s a lot of helpful documentation and a strong community. You can usually find what you need, but getting to best practices takes some experience, especially if you’re thinking about it as a system and not just a spreadsheet.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it’s been worth it for us. We’ve been able to replace multiple tools and reduce manual work, which adds up quickly. Costs can increase as you scale, so you need some guardrails, but if you use it intentionally, the value is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Like with any platform, performance really comes down to how you build. Airtable works well out of the box, but as your data grows and you add more automations, you start to benefit from being more thoughtful about structure and design.

Overall, it’s incredibly powerful, but getting the most out of it comes down to being intentional upfront. With a bit of structure, it stays scalable and avoids turning into a collection of disconnected solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable helps solve the problem of work being spread across too many tools and not actually connected.

It gives us a way to centralize workflows that would normally live in spreadsheets, email threads, and different systems, and turn them into something structured and trackable.

The biggest benefit is speed and visibility. We can build and adjust processes quickly, keep everything in one place, and give teams a clear view of what’s going on without a lot of manual coordination. It also helps standardize how work gets done, which cuts down on confusion and rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about morningmate?

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. Real-time KPI tracking helped us identify underperforming campaigns quickly and optimize budgets more effectively. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. “Intuitive, Reliable Trello That Makes Project Organization Effortless”
What do you like best about Trello?

I’ve been using Trello for a while now, and I must say, it's incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to understand how everything works right from the start. I’ve also been impressed by how reliable it is, even when managing many tasks and a heavy workload. It handles everything smoothly without any issues. Definitely a great tool for organizing projects and staying on top of tasks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

For one, while the basic features are fantastic, the more advanced options often require upgrading to a paid plan, which can be frustrating if you're on a tight budget. The lack of built-in time tracking or detailed reporting also means I have to rely on third-party integrations, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the board view can get cluttered when managing a large number of tasks or teams, making it harder to navigate. Some improvements in these areas would make Trello even more powerful. “Streamlined Project Management and Team Collaboration with Wrike”
What do you like best about Wrike?

One of the newer things I really appreciate about Wrike is how much more intuitive and polished the interface feels. Navigation is smoother, dashboards are more customizable, and it’s much easier to tailor views to what different team members actually need to see. The improved dashboards and reporting capabilities have made it simple to track KPIs and project health in real time without having to export data elsewhere.

I’ve also been impressed with the continued enhancements to automation and workflow management. Setting up rules to automatically assign tasks, update statuses, or trigger notifications has significantly reduced manual work for our team. It helps standardize processes and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.

Additionally, the collaboration features keep getting better. The ability to comment directly within tasks, tag teammates, and share files in context really cuts down on long email threads and keeps communication centralized. Overall, the recent updates have made Wrike feel more streamlined, smarter, and more aligned with how modern teams work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I’d say the onboarding experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform is extremely powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve especially when you start working with complex automations, custom fields, and advanced workflows. It takes time (and sometimes trial and error) to fully understand how everything connects.

Another area for improvement is the mobile app. It works well for basic task management and quick updates, but it doesn’t yet offer the full depth of features available on the desktop version. For teams that rely heavily on mobile access, having more parity between desktop and mobile would make a big difference.

That said, once you get past the initial setup phase, Wrike becomes a very robust and flexible project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrike has helped our team centralize project planning, timelines, and communication. Before Wrike, tracking tasks and deadlines across departments was chaotic. Now, we can assign clear responsibilities, monitor progress, and deliver projects on time with fewer miscommunications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Backlog: Easy, Affordable Project Management with Strong Collaboration & Visibility”
What do you like best about Backlog?

Backlog is most helpful to me as a simple, centralized way to manage projects, tasks, and team communication in one place. Its main upsides are ease of use, clear task tracking, and strong collaboration features like comments, notifications, and shared wikis. Visual tools such as Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and burndown charts help teams plan work and monitor progress. For software teams, built-in Git integration improves traceability between code and tasks. Overall, Backlog increases transparency, accountability, and productivity while remaining affordable and easy to adopt for small to mid-sized teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backlog?

The least helpful aspects of Backlog i have experienced are its limited advanced features and customization compared to more powerful tools like Jira. It may feel restrictive for large or complex projects that require detailed workflows, automation, or advanced reporting. Backlog’s integrations with third-party apps are also relatively limited, which can be a drawback for teams using many external tools. Its user interface, while simple, can feel basic and less flexible for power users. Additionally, Backlog is less suited for organizations needing highly scalable enterprise-level project management or deep analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

A backlog solves the problem of unclear priorities and forgotten work for me by organizing tasks in one visible, ranked list. It reduces chaos, prevents overcommitment, and makes trade-offs explicit. This benefits me by improving focus, decision-making, and efficiency, while building trust with stakeholders and creating a clear sense of progress and direction in daily work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intuitive Gantt charts make it simple to adjust timelines and immediately see the downstream impact of any change. Because planning, tracking, and reporting are all brought together in one platform, it replaces several separate tools and noticeably improves overall efficiency. What do you dislike about Celoxis?

One challenge with Celoxis is that setting up complex project templates initially can be time-consuming. With many available options, it’s easy to overconfigure without proper guidance, leading to confusion. A more guided setup experience that focuses on essential steps would make onboarding smoother and more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celoxis has significantly helped me tackle one of my biggest challenges: measuring team productivity effectively. Before, it was hard to identify the real reasons behind delays, but with its time insights I can quickly pinpoint bottlenecks and see where work is getting stuck. As a result, I’m able to balance workloads more evenly and plan projects more realistically, which has improved overall team efficiency and delivery outcomes. “Great Project Management & Collaboration Software”
What do you like best about Astravue?

Astravue is simple yet very powerful project management tool and also a client management tool. It has most of the features that any PM tool would have. The newwly released Project Chat and 1-on-1 chat feature is the game changer.

The best part about this tool is that the founders listen to the feedback and is actively being supported and new features being added each month.

Any good software is definitely about features it offers but even great when you see the founders directly engaging with users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike: The promoter are actively engaged with the community. I wish if they are able to ship features faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The life time value of product is a great ROI for the features it offers. It solve the major issue of organizing and collobrating with the team.
