Overall, the UI in JIRA is good, and for us developers it’s awesome. We connected it with Google Chat, which has been really helpful because we can view JIRA tickets directly from Google Chat. Performance has also been good so far. I can’t really comment on the pricing, since we just use it. Onboading process was also good with proper support and AI Intelligence. It helps organize projects of all kinds, from marketing work to the admin side. There are a few features that aren’t included in the subscription we currently have, and I wish I could try them out to get the full experience of what Asana has to offer. The automation rules are useful because you don’t have to keep manually changing statuses; alternatively, when you do change a status, it can automatically move tasks to the right place. Overall, it feels like it has more potential than how we’re currently using it, and I’d like to explore more of what it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smartsheet makes it easy to gather information in forms and automate it as well. I really like the ability to create dashboards to curate information visually. I like using ClickUp for data tracking and project tracking. It's useful for managing my video editing work with different phases, and I use it to maintain and manage the progress of tasks and to assign team members. The activity panel is especially helpful because it lets us comment on what's happening, providing updates that everyone can check. Also, connecting Google Drive to ClickUp is handy for searching files and photos. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy, as it prompted me to input data about my work and goals, and overall, it was a good experience. Compared to Notion, I find ClickUp much better for use and organizing things. The ability to give a default view and pin it to show entire sections is a nice touch. Airtable has become our new savior in handling the insanely complicated content priority lists, providing our marketing department with a concise and well-structured overview of the campaigns, timeline, and asset position in a single platform. The linked record feature has been the strongest one and we are able to relate the similar data in different tables and the resultant duplication that led to errors in our reporting is avoided. There is also the capacity to provide filtered views to external stakeholders without providing a full-blown database access, which has also proven to be a feature that helps in collaboration with customers in a client-based scenario. Ravetree is an Agile Work Management platform designed for project-driven teams that need to track projects, capacity, and time.
Also listed in Professional Services Automation, Project and Portfolio Management, Project Management
The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also listed in Project Management, Subscription Management

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.
The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:
• Client onboarding flows straight into projects
• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly
• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase
• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience
The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.
On top of that:
• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate
• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)
• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively
• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)
• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable
And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Trello is simple, visual, and flexible, making it easy to see what's going on without sifting through spreadsheets or calendars. We've been using a digital Trello board in our office for nearly a decade, and it's super easy for everyone. We organize tasks by assigning them to buckets, create lists and due dates, all within each tag. Being able to assign work to staff by simply dragging a client's tag under their name is very convenient. The integration with Google Docs is useful because we include critical dates and links within the tags, which makes it easy to access needed information. Transitioning from a physical whiteboard to a digital Trello board was smooth, and setting it up was much easier than I expected. Overall, Trello handles our day-to-day planning well, especially as our team works remotely and it helps us keep track of what everyone is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to get started with and intuitive to learn — our team picked it up right away. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and everyone knows what they're working on. Visually it's nicely designed and easy to see what you need and get to what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
