“A Game-Changer: Seamless AI Integration That Boosts Monday.com Productivity”
What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

What I like best about the Monday AI Work Platform is how it seamlessly integrates AI capabilities into my existing workflows on Monday.com. As someone who has been using Monday.com for client management and process automation at Buk, the addition of AI features has been a game-changer.

With the AI Work Platform, I can now connect various AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot directly to my Monday.com workspaces. This means that these AI assistants can access real-time data from my boards, provide instant responses in context, and even take actions like creating tasks and updating statuses. It's incredibly powerful to have everything centralized in one place.

For example, I can ask Claude to analyze the data in my sales pipeline board and provide insights or recommendations. Or I can have ChatGPT help draft personalized emails to clients using information from their account records in Monday.com. The possibilities are endless, and it greatly enhances my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

I couldn't find any significant errors in your question. It's a straightforward and valid question asking about any aspects of the Monday.com AI Work Platform that you dislike or find challenging.

Here's a potential response highlighting some areas for improvement:

While I've had a largely positive experience with the Monday AI Work Platform, there are a few things I dislike or find challenging:

Steep learning curve: Integrating AI into workflows can be complex, especially for those new to AI concepts and tools. Monday.com provides documentation and tutorials, but it still requires a significant time investment to fully understand and implement the AI capabilities effectively. Some more user-friendly onboarding or setup wizards could help ease this process.

Limited customization: Although Monday.com allows bringing your own AI models, the options for customizing and fine-tuning the built-in AI integrations like Claude or ChatGPT are somewhat limited. Having more control over prompts, training data, and model parameters would enable even greater tailoring of the AI to specific business needs.

Cost: The advanced AI features are incredibly powerful but are mostly limited to the higher-tier Enterprise plans. For smaller businesses or teams, the cost can be a barrier to entry for leveraging the full potential of the AI Work Platform. More flexible pricing options or graduated feature access could make it more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining repetitive tasks: One of the biggest challenges in my role is managing numerous repetitive tasks, such as updating client records, generating reports, and drafting emails. With the AI Work Platform, I can automate many of these activities using AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. For example, I can ask Claude to update client statuses based on predefined rules or have ChatGPT generate personalized email drafts using data from Monday.com boards. This frees up my time to focus on higher-value work.

Providing real-time data analysis: Another problem I face is making sense of the vast amount of data across my Monday.com boards, such as sales pipelines, project progress, and client interactions. The AI Work Platform allows me to instantly analyze this data and gain actionable insights. I can ask the AI to identify trends, make predictions, or recommend next steps based on real-time information. This empowers me to make data-driven decisions quickly without spending hours manually crunching numbers.

Enhancing collaboration with AI: Effective collaboration is crucial in my team, but aligning everyone's knowledge and ensuring consistent communication can be challenging. The Monday AI Work Platform solves this by enabling AI assistants to act as knowledgeable team members. They can provide instant answers to questions, offer guidance based on best practices, and even take on tasks to support the team's work. This improves our overall collaboration and ensures everyone has access to the information they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

as a sales and marketing intern , Jira solves the challenge of keeping tasks, campaigns activities and team communication organized in one place . it allows me to track my assignments, monitor progress and collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams without relying on long email conversation, clear deadlines , tasks ownership and real time updates helps to ensure that nothing is missed, this has improved my productivity , helped me to complete work on time, and given me better visibility into how project are managed from start to finish. i can see my assigned work, deadlines, priorities and project updates in one place instead of depending on emails or message, it also makes it easier to work with different team members and follow the progress of campaign, this helps me stay organized, avoid missing tasks, complete work on time and communicate better with the team. “Asana Fits Our Team’s Needs with Strong Project Management Features”
What do you like best about Asana?

Asana's project management features work well enough for our team's needs. I like how tasks can be assigned to specific people and due dates can be set. The calendar view is also pretty solid. We've found it's taken a bit to figure out how to use some of the more advanced features, but overall, it's a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Asana's user interface is pretty solid, but I find the default task assignment feature a bit annoying. It took a bit to figure out how to disable it, and I wish there was a more prominent warning about it. It's not a huge deal, but it's something that's bugged me over time. “Clean, Flexible Notion That Makes Organizing Work Feel Effortless”
What do you like best about Notion?

Notion has a clean, flexible UI that makes organizing notes, projects, and tasks feel natural. I like the range of integrations and how quickly pages and databases load. The pricing offers good value for the amount of functionality included, and onboarding is straightforward with plenty of templates and resources. Its AI features are also useful for summarizing, organizing, and finding information without disrupting the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion can feel a little overwhelming when you first start because there are so many customization options. Some integrations could be smoother, and larger workspaces can occasionally feel less responsive. The AI features are useful but can add to the overall cost, and I’d like to see more hands-on onboarding and support for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Flexible, Reliable Project Management with Strong Automation and Visibility”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet’s biggest strength is its flexible, spreadsheet-style interface combined with strong project and workflow management. It makes it easy to organize work, track progress, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate across teams. The integrations with Microsoft 365 and other business tools are helpful, while dashboards and reports provide clear visibility. Performance is generally reliable, and the AI features can speed up routine tasks and summarize information. The onboarding process is straightforward, and the available support resources make it easier to get started and resolve questions when needed. Overall, Smartsheet offers good ROI for teams that need more structure and automation than a traditional spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet is powerful, but some advanced features can take time to learn, especially when setting up complex workflows, reports, and automations. The interface can feel a little overwhelming for new users, and larger sheets may require careful organization to stay easy to manage. Some integrations and advanced capabilities may also require higher-tier plans, which can affect the overall cost. AI features are useful, but their value can vary depending on the type of work. Support resources are helpful, although getting familiar with all the available options can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of keeping projects, tasks, deadlines, and team information organized in one place. It reduces the need for scattered spreadsheets and manual status updates by providing shared dashboards, automated workflows, and real-time visibility. “A project management tool that drives measurable marketing results”
What do you like best about morningmate?

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

I just wish more marketers knew about this tool, since it’s still not as widely recognized as it deserves to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is morningmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. Real-time KPI tracking helped us identify underperforming campaigns quickly and optimize budgets more effectively. Collaboration with external partners also became smoother, since everyone could work in the same workspace without constant email back-and-forth. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates and easy-to-use tools make it simple to explain ideas visually, even when working with people who are not familiar with collaboration tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conceptboard?

What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Airtable Enterprise Has Gone Downhill and Alienated Longtime Customers”
What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable is a great free use tool - it helps regual people get launched forward with database structures and organizing their business pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Airtable Enterprise has gone downhill. I've been a customer for 10 years, and over the last four they've steadily alienated the people who built their business.

Our price per user has more than doubled. Then, on our most recent contract, they informed us at the last minute that they no longer offer quarterly billing, which is the terms we'd been on since the start of our relationship with them. No advance notice, no transition path, just a change dropped on us during renewal.

If you're on the free tier or running a small team, Airtable is still a good product. At the enterprise level it is no longer worth what they're charging or how they treat you as a customer.

We've moved to Supabase. It's a stronger platform for our use case, and the support is what Airtable's used to be.

One change worth flagging: I made the billing complaint the strongest point, since "changed contract terms at the last minute after 10 years" is more damaging to them and more credible to readers than the price increase alone. If you have the exact renewal date or the price delta, adding one specific number will make it land harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trello’s AI capabilities also make it easier to summarize information, organize work, and save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Trello is easy to use, but the UI/UX can feel crowded when managing large projects with many cards and boards. Some integrations require extra setup, and performance can slow slightly with very complex boards. The pricing can become expensive when advanced features are needed. Onboarding is simple, but support could be more responsive for complex issues. AI features are useful, but I would like more advanced automation and intelligence. “Great Project Management & Collaboration Software”
What do you like best about Astravue?

Astravue is simple yet very powerful project management tool and also a client management tool. It has most of the features that any PM tool would have. The newwly released Project Chat and 1-on-1 chat feature is the game changer.

The best part about this tool is that the founders listen to the feedback and is actively being supported and new features being added each month.

Any good software is definitely about features it offers but even great when you see the founders directly engaging with users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Astravue?

Nothing to dislike: The promoter are actively engaged with the community. I wish if they are able to ship features faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Astravue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The life time value of product is a great ROI for the features it offers. It solve the major issue of organizing and collobrating with the team. Ability to create tasks / assign / and govern along with task comments is a great way to keep things rolling. Since the introduction of Project Chat and 1-on-1 feature, it is now a comprehensive Project Management and Client Interaction tool. So it like MS Proejct and Microsoft Teams collaboration like tool in a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“I've found something much more useful than just a project management tool”
What do you like best about Backlog?

One of the first things I appreciated was having tasks, bugs, and code connected in the same place. Being able to link commits, pull requests, and issues without constantly jumping between different tools ended up being more valuable than I expected. There were plenty of times when I needed to understand why a change had been made weeks earlier, and I could go from the task straight to the related code in just a few clicks. The Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards, and Burndown Charts also surprised me in a good way. Not because they're the most advanced features on the market, but because they fit naturally into the workflow. Another thing I discovered recently is the new Backlog AI Assistant. I originally tried it out of curiosity, assuming it would be just another AI feature added because everyone is doing AI now, but I ended up using it to summarize activity, organize scattered information, and get a quick overview of project status without manually digging through the entire history. What do you dislike about Backlog?

The mobile app is perfectly fine for checking updates or replying to comments, but when I tried managing more complex tasks from my phone, I quickly found myself wishing I was back at my desk. It gets the job done, but it's clearly not where Backlog shows off its best side. That said, one thing I have to give it credit for is reliability. I've never run into any major stability issues or had one of those moments where the platform made me question whether I could trust it. It may not be perfect everywhere, but it's always been dependable when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

A moment when a customer reported that a function was no longer behaving as expected; the fun part was that technically the system was functioning exactly as it had been programmed but the real problem was that nobody could remember when that behavior had changed. We started the usual round of questions: "Did you make that change?" " This came from a meeting? " Was it a client request or an internal decision?" No one really knew. The interesting thing is that every response ended up inside Backlog. We found a task that had been created months before, the change discussion, customer feedback, final approval and even related commits. There was no conjecture. Since then, I’ve started to look at the Backlog differently. I stopped seeing it as a simple task manager and started treating it more like a living story of the project. In fact, more than once I’ve gone back over old decisions before starting a new feature, just to understand what problems we had tried to solve in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
