What I like best about the Monday AI Work Platform is how it seamlessly integrates AI capabilities into my existing workflows on Monday.com. As someone who has been using Monday.com for client management and process automation at Buk, the addition of AI features has been a game-changer.
With the AI Work Platform, I can now connect various AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot directly to my Monday.com workspaces. This means that these AI assistants can access real-time data from my boards, provide instant responses in context, and even take actions like creating tasks and updating statuses. It's incredibly powerful to have everything centralized in one place.
For example, I can ask Claude to analyze the data in my sales pipeline board and provide insights or recommendations. Or I can have ChatGPT help draft personalized emails to clients using information from their account records in Monday.com. The possibilities are endless, and it greatly enhances my productivity. Ravetree is an Agile Work Management platform designed for project-driven teams that need to track projects, capacity, and time.
Also listed in Professional Services Automation, Project and Portfolio Management, Project Management
The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.
The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:
• Client onboarding flows straight into projects
• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly
• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase
• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience
The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.
On top of that:
• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate
• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)
• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively
• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)
• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable
And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Backlog is a project management and collaboration tool for teams designed do enable higher productivity, greater visibility, and simple project tracking.

One of the first things I appreciated was having tasks, bugs, and code connected in the same place. Being able to link commits, pull requests, and issues without constantly jumping between different tools ended up being more valuable than I expected. There were plenty of times when I needed to understand why a change had been made weeks earlier, and I could go from the task straight to the related code in just a few clicks. The Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards, and Burndown Charts also surprised me in a good way. Not because they're the most advanced features on the market, but because they fit naturally into the workflow. Another thing I discovered recently is the new Backlog AI Assistant. I originally tried it out of curiosity, assuming it would be just another AI feature added because everyone is doing AI now, but I ended up using it to summarize activity, organize scattered information, and get a quick overview of project status without manually digging through the entire history.
