What do you like best about monday Work Management?

The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. It keeps all the information I need at a glance in a simple dashboard that is customizable for our industry and our specific needs. I like that more than one person can be logged in at a time and that everything updates in real time. It was easy to implement and it's a true benefit to know that it can integrate with other platforms down the road. We would prioritize other programs that could most easily integrate with monday over other platforms. We've only needed to reach out to Customer Support one time for something minor, but it was a seamless experience. We use this on a daily basis and it meets our needs well! There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. Day-to-day tracking of our production projects so that we can stay on top of our timelines. It also has columns that we can customize, which helps us know where our contracts are in our review process. This allows us to ensure we have the documentation needed before releasing a job into production. What do you like best about ClickUp?

Moved to ClickUp after using Trello, and the difference is HUGE. Trello is ok but it breaks as soon as you start to scale and your team size grows.

The AI inside tasks are quite useful helps with summaries, reassigning, finding tasks, and saving time in general for small things. Automations are powerful aswell can help in reducing a lot of repetitive tasks for assigning priorities, etc., and you can replace that with AI agents, which is basically automations on Steroids lol

I like having both list and board views (unlike asana with only list and Trello for only board).

The chat channels feel Slack-like, which is great, as I don't have to pay for another software + the ability to create documents within a task is so useful, no need to go to drive, create a Google Doc, and then link that inside a task. Helps to keep you sane.

Also, the ability to create a clip (Loom) is super cool, my most used feature till now.

It's a bit overwhelming at first, but I feel ClickUp University explains everything quite easily, and you can be up and running in a few hours.

ClickUp kind of does everything, and somehow, everything just works we now use it daily for everything agency-related, and the customer support is also good! 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Particular issue, but the fact that I can't delete a channel if I created it from within a location-bound place like a space/folder or list, and the fact that even though I can make a clip, I can't turn on the camera! What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion for organizing my notes, keeping trackers, and utilizing the inbuilt AI feature. One of the best things about Notion is that the data syncs across all the apps I'm logged into, so if I take notes on my laptop, the same reflects on my mobile version. The rich editor, highlighter features, and pages make Notion a great organizer. Being a programmer, I appreciate that I can copy and store the code in code blocks, which are formatted according to the language. I can also create beautiful notes using headings, subheadings, colored text, and various other formatting features. Notion's huge template library, which I can add to my workspace, offers rich features that were lacking in Evernote. Additionally, I found the initial setup super easy. What do you dislike about Notion?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. What do you like best about Freedcamp?

I like the visualization of each project using the Kanban layout as it gives me a very quick indication of how my task list is looking for each project. I also really appreciate the alarm badge which shows how many tasks have been updated and are awaiting my contribution. This helps me avoid keeping clients waiting for a response during busy periods as I can home in on urgent tasks.

There are many other features to like such as the notes, discussions, and widgets however my use case I don't have to dip into those very much.

I also like that my clients find the system very easy to use. I have totally replaced by ticketing system with Freedcamp as my client appreciates the ease of use.

Finally, with a product that has so many features it is important to have good support online to guide me through any areas I am unfamiliar with and Freedcamp is also strong in this area.

I researched many project planners before settling on Freedcamp and I quickly came to realize that I made the right choice. I even upgraded my package, but if you are on a budget, the cost to entry is extremely low so I highly recommend anyone tries Freedcamp first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freedcamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freedcamp lets me manage many web projects in one clear and efficient workspace. I genuinely do not know how I would manage with it.

I use it for two things, project management and support tickets.

For project management, I can clearly lay out tasks for many projects, and even group them into different areas (for example clients or web properties) and visualize progress. For client support tickets I can have simple efficient conversations with clients in the same layout as project management tasks so there is no learning required for different use cases.
