I like that ONLYOFFICE Workspace is very intuitive and encompasses all sorts of documents, helping me stay much more organized by having everything in one central place. I also love that there is a free tier, which means it doesn't cost me anything to use it. The initial setup wasn't challenging at all and was quite intuitive. The integration of different kinds of documents like PDFs, spreadsheets, and word processing docs is much easier compared to Google Workspace, which I formerly used. I was disappointed at its inability to handle very large documents, and there really isn't much customer service. It's kind of self-help, which is disappointing. We are 8 professionals, and through the simplicity and solidity of Onlyoffice, we manage to share all the necessary information to interact between the various levels and the various managed infrastructures. It also offers excellent backup solutions and HA solutions that are hard to find even in much more renowned products. One of the things I like most about OnlyOffice is its wide range of features and tools that allow me to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently and effectively. There are some aspects I would like to see improved. One of them is the integration with other applications outside the cloud, such as email programs, which would be very useful for more effectively managing the documents that are sent and received by email. The offline desktop was the most helpful for me specifically. My wi-fi can be poor at times and having an offline version of the onlyoffice suite saved so much time for me when it came to abiding by deadlines and making the most out of my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked the user interace which was a bit unwieldy to manage as a first-timer in the beginning. It came off as intimidating so I would've liked if the UI was more beginnner friendly and less daunting. Maybe have some more engaging designs to make it more appealing. Onlyoffice integration with alfresco is awesome. With onlyoffice, you can easily edit documents online without downloading it. It is also compatible with microsoft word and so documents created word ms word can easily be edited online with onlyoffice. The speed of setting up. We started a non-profit last year and needed a full suite of applications to do our work. OnlyOffice has it all, and the rollout was very fast. First the fact that this is an open source solution. Second is the fact that I don't need to install anything else on my machine to make use of it.
