It doesn’t seem to have a central place where I can configure everything. I have one agent in one workspace and another agent in a different workspace, and as an admin I have to dig through the settings just to see which agents exist. What I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. There are many fields, statuses, filters, and configurations, and it can take extra time to find the exact information I need. Another issue is that when there are a lot of tickets and notifications, Jira can feel a bit overwhelming. Jira is helping solve the problem of keeping work organized, visible, and easy to track across different teams. For me as a UI/UX Designer, it gives me one place to manage design tasks, bug tickets, requirements, feedback, and progress.

This benefits me because I can clearly see what is assigned to me, what is in progress, what is blocked, and what has been completed. It also makes collaboration with Product, Frontend, Backend, and QA much easier because everyone can refer to the same ticket, requirements, comments, and updates. I think the biggest bottleneck is that the AI feature is not ready yet. The internal brain AI has a lot of hallucinations, giving answers with a low level of certainty and is often wrong. Although it helps solve problems, you need a strong and ongoing interaction to reach the problem's root. Also, the limitation that agents cannot activate other agents is very restrictive. Some AI features cannot access others, like automations that can't reach automations in other locations or other agents, which limits the possibilities with AI a lot. ClickUp lets me manage all information in one place, integrating with SharePoint and OneDrive. It tracks project and personal tasks, providing full transparency and understanding of project status, which helps analyze progress, identify delays, and improve planning. Staff without smartphones or comfortable using an app still needed a printed version anyway, so we're not fully paperless in the kitchen despite trying to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reprinting prep sheets constantly whenever a menu shifted was a small but real waste of time and paper. Having tasks that update instead of needing a reprint fixed that specifically, and subtask breakdowns have cut down duplicate work on big orders where two people used to unknowingly start the same thing. Some staff still need paper regardless, so it's not a complete kitchen transformation, but for coordinating who's doing what on a busy prep day it's helped a lot. The primary downside is the steep initial learning curve for new team members. Because Notion is essentially a blank canvas, setting up effective permissions, databases, and page architecture requires a lot of initial planning. Notion solves the pain point of tool sprawl by consolidating project management, internal documentation, and task tracking into a single workspace. Previously, vital information was scattered across docs, chat threads, and separate project boards. By acting as our single source of truth, Notion dramatically improves cross-departmental alignment, saves team members hours spent hunting down files, and ensures onboarding materials are always up to date. I wish Smartsheet allowed multiple tabs within a single document, similar to an Excel workbook, rather than requiring each sheet to be created separately within a workspace. Although this structure can feel less organized when working with several related sheets, the workspace navigation is straightforward enough that it has not created a significant issue. Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities across a team. My favorite feature is the ability to automate email notifications based on specific conditions, such as approaching or past-due dates. These reminders make it easier for staff to stay on top of time-sensitive responsibilities, reduce the likelihood of missed deadlines, and provide greater consistency and accountability across our workflows. This system worked so well for my original team that, when I took over management of a different program, I introduced Smartsheet there as well to help automate processes and prevent missed deadlines. Some of the newest features including the AI Navigator has reduced the time that it takes me to support by members, committees, and board by using this technology really well within Novi.

Novi made my everyday work more efficient and effective by offering things like the QuickBooks Online integration and making it possible to do edits on the website from the frontend. I spend more time now on thought work and less on administrative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

actiTIME helps us accurately track the time we spend on projects and campaigns, which improves planning and gives us a clearer view of the real effort behind our product marketing activities. It has been sometimes difficult when creating tickets, it is not so much about the support itself, but it is just as usual in the workforce some situations or wishes are difficult to explain by writing, I honestly support the idea that sometimes a quick meeting could be saving time for us all and avoid misunderstandings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use to spend hours on solving payment issues with our old providers: lots of issues for payment by credit card from India for example, which required for us to send bankk details and monitor the bank transfers received. Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. The advanced marketing module doesn't allow a preset time to send bulk emails. Someone physically has to push a button to send an email at a certain time.

iMIS online support is great but there should be a phone option for when someone wants to actually talk an issue through quickly. Going backward and forwards via email slows down the help when things go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iMIS has allows us to bring all elements of member experience into the one platform including our member video library, article library, event registration and website. This was the largest improvement to our system. It also has improved our member journey through the ability to set up automated communications at join date, six weeks and six months which we could not do automatically in our older system. We can also place personalised alerts against member profiles for ease of meaningful communication when a member calls. Conceptboard helps solve the challenge of explaining ideas and collaborating remotely. Instead of managing multiple files and scattered feedback, I can keep notes, visuals, and discussions together on one board. In reality, the problem for me is the mobile functionality when the signal strength is low. The offline functionality also lacks strength in that I continue to have a notebook to record the updates when I am offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

Probably the biggest complication, though it's getting better, is in record count limits and how well Airtable serves "line item" processes. It's possible, it's just maybe not the best space for it often, as it can require extra fields and less intuitive arrangements. It would be nice if Airtable built a native "archive" function for archiving records in a table so that they weren't deleted but transcribed to a different space for reporting purposes later. The setup of Airtable took a bit of time, and since it's a custom solution, we needed to rethink how the process worked to integrate it better into other processes. Airtable lets me create custom solutions with flexibility and guardrails, offering clients a no-code platform they can self-edit. It saves costs by replacing systems like Salesforce and integrates with existing tools, enhancing our process efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I dislike about Celoxis is that it can take a while to learn and get comfortable with, especially for new users. Some features and settings feel a bit complex, and the interface could be more intuitive and modern. Even so, these are fairly minor drawbacks compared with the functionality it provides overall. Celoxis helps me address challenges with project planning, task tracking, resource management, and keeping all project information organized in one place. It gives me clearer visibility into project progress, deadlines, workloads, and overall performance, making it easier to stay on top of priorities and spot potential issues early. I use Whimsical to turn rough ideas into visual diagrams before moving to design or development. Instead of long explanations, I can map workflows, user journeys, or page structures that everyone understands quickly. Before Quickbase, we relied heavily on Excel for tracking client information, and it wasn’t working well. Staff ran into issues with multiple people editing the same file, which led to errors and inefficiencies. Quickbase eliminated those problems by providing a centralized platform where everyone can access and update information without conflicts. It’s also helped us explore ways to streamline processes, like maintenance tracking and capturing signatures, though those are still in the early stages. Overall, Quickbase has made managing data easier and more reliable for the department that uses it. We would like to see more features related to signature capturing that is integrated into QuickBase and not a third party attachment. The life time value of product is a great ROI for the features it offers. It solve the major issue of organizing and collobrating with the team. Ability to create tasks / assign / and govern along with task comments is a great way to keep things rolling. Since the introduction of Project Chat and 1-on-1 feature, it is now a comprehensive Project Management and Client Interaction tool.
