“Customizable Boards and Time-Saving Automations Make Work Effortless”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

You can customize the boards and groups to fit exactly what you need, and the automations really help save time by instantly updating everyone in the group about any changes. The implementation process was straightforward; when I first set it up, even people who were completely unfamiliar with the platform and not very tech-savvy were able to get onboarded with minimal assistance. The customer support is excellent, with an almost immediate response time that resolves issues nearly every time. I use it daily to manage all finance, accounting, and administrative processes. As for integrations, once you get used to them, they become easier to set up. However, the new 'help me build with AI' feature can sometimes alter your intended workflow, requiring you to redo things manually, but overall, it's manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Setting up dashboard views can occasionally be quite challenging. While Vibe offers all the necessary features for app creation, I found that the beta version was plagued with numerous bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows me to track the entire back office process, from creating invoices and monitoring their status changes to managing payment terms. It also provides access to all accounting and administrative information, including insurance policies and employee documents. Everything is visible, always up to date, and available in real time. “Great visibility and workflow tracking for sales onboarding, but room to improve”
What do you like best about Jira?

for my workflow, Jira has been a valuable tool for managing customer onboarding project , implementation request , sales operations initiative and collaboration with technical teams, while Jira is traditionally associated with software development , it has also helped our sales organization improved project tracking, accountability and communication across department, the biggest advantage of Jira is visibility it provides into task , project status and owenership, it allows sales, implementation , support and engineering teams to work from a shared system.. ensuring that customer related project and request are tracked effectively,. i regularly use Jira for customer onboarding tracking, implementation project coordination, feature request management, sales operations initiative, cross functional project collaboration , escalation tracking .the platform provides provides a structured and organized way to manage project, kanban boards, dashboards, and workfow tracking make it easy to understand project status and identify bottlenecks, feature i find useful include customer workflows, kanban and agile boards, tasks ownership tracking , project dashboards and automated notification, advanced search and filtering,. Jira integration effectively with tools used across sales and business operations . the platform performs reliably for project tracking , collaboration and reporting , even when managing multiple project and teams, Jira provides strong visibility into progress and tasks owenership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

sometimes it can feel overly complex for business users who are not involved in technical project management on a daily basis, the platform offers extensive customization and functionality, which is powerful but it can also makes navigation and adoption more challenging for sales teams, i have also found that highly customized workflows can sometimes create additional administrative overhead, when multiple department use Jira differently, maintaining consistency across project and reports and become difficult, another challenge is that generating executive level reports often requires additional configuration or dashboards customization to present information in a way that is most useful for business clients, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira helps me to solve several challenges related to project visibility cross functional collaboration, tasks tracking and customer implementation mangement, before using Jira, coordinating activities between sales, implementations, support and engineering teams often relied on emails, spreadsheets and manual follow ups making it difficult to tracking progress and accountability,.it solves problems such as lack of visibility into project status and customer request, difficulty tracking tasks ownership and deadlines, communication gaps between sales and technical teams, delatys in customer onboarding and implementation projects. it has improves communication between sales, customer sales, customer success, support and engineering teams by providing a share workspace where updates discussions, and project status are accessible to all clients. “Asana powers our workday success”
What do you like best about Asana?

I love being able to build quick project plans from templates and assign my teammates so everyone knows what they're responsible for.

Celebrations in Asana make you excited to check things off and keep pushing for the finish line.

Rules help automate the project management so I can spend more time finishing tasks and less time managing the project settings. The addition of AI logic within rules has supercharged our projects and workflows and enabled automated features that were previously manual saving our staff a considerable amount of time.

The rollout of Work Week so tasks don't assign on the weekends have been great. Asana is constantly improving, not staying stagnant, and listening to it's user base.

Asana's Academy and recent certifications have made onboarding new staff a breeze and those badges look great on LinkedIn :)

When we create a task, a project, a rule in Asana, it's high speed, we don't have to worry about frequent outages like other tools. And when there was a recent outage of another outside tool that impacted Asana, the Asana app works on a computer without a wifi signal, so we could all keep working and when it was reconnected, boom, we were all set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

We moved to an Enterprise plan a couple of years ago and not long after, they added another Enterprise plan and some of the items we'd joined for moved up into that higher bracket. I wish there was more availability in our legacy Enterprise plan for some security settings and app settings.

Aside from that, I LOVE everything about Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Asana:

Asana has made it simple and easy for us to be on the same page and move our work and organization forward. I've been in a lot of project management tools over my working career and hands down, Asana has been the best to work with. I've used it in almost every use case imaginable and it's always more than met our needs. The Asana team is also committed to continuously making the tool better and better and listen to their community of users as they implement new solutions and enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Asana for everything from planning our annual 5K to planning out our IT infrastructure projects. Our marketing plans are moving forward as a result of all our projects and nested portfolios. We even plan our meeting agendas in Asana. Maintenance, HR, and Volunteer Services are all now onboarded into Asana as well, enabling automation and less manual work for those teams.

Our donation revenue has grown increasingly over the last few years and Asana has played a big role in that through powering our productivity.

The integration with Zapier enables us to create even more complex workflows across our tech stack while still enabling our staff to remain in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Notion: all-in-one to organize, save time, and find everything quickly”
What do you like best about Notion?

It is a very useful tool for organizing day-to-day information, planning activities, and keeping workspaces separate, both for personal use and for work. I like that it allows you to combine several functions in a single application: managing tasks, taking notes, creating Excel-type sheets to keep track of information, and centralizing different areas of knowledge on a single page.

The browser extensions that allow me to insert information into Notion are fantastic. Additionally, it is very fast and allows you to easily find the information you are looking for when you need it. Even in its free plan, it generates a great return because it saves a lot of time.

Its artificial intelligence tool is also very useful because it allows you to draft information and make inquiries quickly without leaving the tool.

Its team is very generous in sending you information by email that helps you learn to use it in a very short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

At first, it may seem intimidating to have to learn how to use the tool, but thanks to the wide variety of resources available and a whole community where you can find help, the process becomes very simple in no time.

The only disadvantage of using Notion, really, is not using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to collect information while I do research, sort and organize data, and plan tasks from your Canvas panel. I can also insert calendars and convert the same table into different views, whether in list or calendar format. Overall, it helps me a lot to keep my day-to-day more organized. “Essential Tool for Project Management”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I use Smartsheet daily as the main tool for project management and control, and my experience has been extremely positive. The platform offers an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, allowing teams from different areas to track activities, deadlines, and responsibilities in an organized and transparent manner. The flexibility in creating and customizing spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports is excellent, as I can adapt the tool to the specific needs of each project. The automation features significantly contribute to reducing manual activities, increasing productivity, and minimizing operational errors. I also love the real-time visibility of project progress, which facilitates the monitoring of indicators, the identification of deviations, and making quicker and more assertive decisions. Additionally, the ability to centralize information, documents, approvals, and controls in a single environment is very valuable to me. The initial setup process was excellent, super fast, and easy to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Centralize the organization of my projects in a single application.”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp allowed me to combine different tools I used before, like Trello, a shared calendar, Teamgantt, and another application for managing projects or ideas, into a single application. Now, instead of having work on different platforms, I have it all in one place. I was also surprised at how easy the initial setup was, especially when importing all the projects and boards I had from Trello, as it was super easy. This made the onboarding process much easier for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I like least about ClickUp is that it keeps getting bigger and adds a lot of functionality. There is no option to customize it to fit what I need; of all its functionalities, I only use 20%, and the remaining 80% is unnecessary and even bothersome to me. It also bothers me that they try to include artificial intelligence in everything, even when it's not necessary. It's a hassle to constantly see a message inviting you to use AI when I neither want nor need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp helps me organize tasks by projects, prioritize, and maintain team feedback within each context. “Airtable as a Single Source of Truth for Complex Pipelines”
What do you like best about Airtable?

As a Technical Producer, what I value most about Airtable is its unique ability to bridge the gap between a rigid relational database and a flexible project management tool. It serves as our team’s "single source of truth," allowing us to manage complex technical pipelines, and cross-functional roadmaps all in one place.

Instead of forcing our workflow into a pre-baked software structure, Airtable lets us build the exact schema we need. The ability to link records across different tables means we can connect high-level feature epics directly to granular sprint tasks, code repositories without duplicating data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

While Airtable’s flexibility is its greatest strength, it can also become its biggest operational liability if not heavily governed. Because the platform makes it so easy to grant creation privileges to different parties, a workspace can very quickly suffer from "base and field bloat."

Without strict administrative guardrails, teams inevitably spin up completely new bases, redundant tables, or ad-hoc columns for minor workflows instead of looking for existing alternatives. After a certain stage of growth, managing this massive web of fragmented data becomes highly distracting, cluttered, and incredibly difficult to oversee from a producer's perspective.

Airtable needs better native tools to encourage users to "search before they build." Right now, it is far too easy for a database to grow exponentially in size and complexity, turning what should be a streamlined tool into a chaotic ecosystem that requires constant, manual cleanup to keep manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable solves the massive problem of data fragmentation across our technical and production pipelines. Before adopting it, our team’s data was scattered across disparate platforms, Jira for engineering, GitHub for code deployments, Google Sheets for tracking, and Slack for communication.

Airtable essentially acts as our central reporting hub. It allows me to pull in and consolidate data from all of these different sources into a single, unified ecosystem.

How this benefits me as a Technical Producer:

Centralized Visualization & Control: I can instantly build high-level executive dashboards, timeline views, and cross-functional roadmaps using the exact same live data. It gives me total control over how information is filtered and presented to different audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless AMS Integration, Flexible Platform and Phenomenal Pixl8 Support”
What do you like best about ReadyMembership?

I love how well the website integrates with the AMS, making it seamless to properly market benefits and services to our members. The platform is easy to use and does not require a technical background to comprehend or manage. We have found numerous ways to create efficiencies thanks to the platform's flexibility, and I also appreciate that we have been able to add enhancements that were previously been cost-prohibitive with our previous platform. As an added bonus, Pixl8's support staff is phenomenal and friendly, and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go to ensure everything is always working smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?

I just wish I could spend every day working with their team. I love them all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pixl8 has solved so many pain points for us. Here are a few of the most noteworthy problems they’ve helped us address.

Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Thanks to the Pixl8 team, our exam has now been digitized — they were able to figure out a way to make it happen!

Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. It involved downloading and manually completing PDF affidavits, waiting for sponsors to download the PDFs and write comments, and tracking where applicants were in the process through spreadsheets. Now the entire workflow has been converted into a 100% digital application and approval process, which has cut down a significant amount of staff time and our applicants can now obtain their certifications in a timelier manner. I like actiTIME, especially for its time tracking features. It's really helped us manage our project timings across multiple teams, which was quite difficult before. The timestamp tracking feature specifically makes it easier to track the projects and tasks we've done, and it really simplifies knowing how much time we're putting into particular tasks. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. In our live online trainings and hybrid workshops, Conceptboard is an integral part, so we use Conceptboard almost daily. The board is our central workspace: content, links, work areas, and interactions – all on one surface, accessible to everyone in the browser. Conceptboard is intuitive and quick to learn, making it ideal for participants without prior experience with virtual whiteboards. After a brief introduction, everyone can get started right away, especially with the sticky notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conceptboard?

My wish: To be able to share boards in dedicated instances. Unfortunately, in May 2026, Conceptboard changed the "sections" in such a way that I lost many hours of work; and objects were automatically defined as "sections" where it makes no sense. Incomprehensible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

“Simple, Fast Diagramming for Clear Flowcharts and System Diagrams”
What do you like best about Whimsical?

I like how fast and simple it is. You can open it and start making a flowchart or wireframe in seconds. No setup, no confusion. The interface is clean and doesn’t feel heavy.

It’s really good for process flows. I use it when I need to explain how something works step by step. The diagrams look neat without putting in too much effort. Alignment and connectors are easy, so things don’t look messy.

Also, sharing with others is simple. Just send a link and people can view or edit. For quick collaboration, it works well.

For straightforward diagrams, it does exactly what you need without distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

Basically great for simple visuals, but not ideal for large cross-team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps turn discussions into visuals quickly. When we talk about processes or system flows, people often understand differently. Drawing it out in Whimsical clears things up fast.

I use it during planning talks to map steps and decisions. It helps the team see the full picture instead of just hearing it.

It’s also helpful for sharing knowledge. A diagram is easier for someone new to understand than reading long notes.

So the main benefit is clarity and saving time on explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Freedcamp for Small Nonprofit Teams”
What do you like best about Freedcamp?

Very easy to get started with and intuitive to learn — our team picked it up right away. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and everyone knows what they're working on. We like being able to comment and attach files directly to tasks, and having separate boards for each area keeps everything from getting mixed together. Visually it's nicely designed and easy to see what you need and get to what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freedcamp?

Hard to think of any cons for a small team with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freedcamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our nonprofit's communications committee uses this to manage social campaigns, newsletter production, design tasks, and email marketing. We tried Trello but switched to Freedcamp — it felt like a better fit. Before this we relied on email threads and Google Docs, which made it hard to stay organized. Good option for any small team that needs to stay on top of tasks without a lot of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable Task Management with Powerful Gantt Scheduling and Reporting”
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Task management is the strongest part related to dependencies, time logging, and Gantt scheduling all work reliably without things breaking when the project gets complicated. Team collaboration happens naturally inside the tool through task comments, file attachments, and tagging, so you're not jumping between five different apps to stay in sync. Templates were a big time saver once I figured them out, we cut project setup time significantly for recurring work. Multiple views like Gantt, board, and calendar mean different teammates can work in whatever format suits them. Reporting is flexible enough that my manager now gets automated weekly summaries without anyone manually pulling data together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Navigation is the biggest frustration features are buried, the menu structure isn't intuitive, and new users will spend weeks just finding their footing. I had to write an internal guide for my team, which shouldn't have been necessary. Templates are useful but discovering and customizing them is harder than it should be with no real guided setup to help first-timers. The overall design feels dated compared to modern tools, and colleagues coming from Notion or Monday.com were visibly put off by it, which hurt early adoption. Customer support quality is fine but the response time isn't waiting a full day during a time-sensitive issue is stressful when your work depends on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celoxis rewards patience over instinct. The task management, collaboration, security, and reporting are genuinely strong once you're past the learning curve. But navigation, onboarding, and the mobile experience hold it back from being an easy recommendation. If your team runs multiple complex projects and is willing to put in the setup time, the value is there. Just don't expect it to feel effortless on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
