Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to jump in and make sure things get resolved. I also really appreciate the community of other associations using Novi; it’s welcoming, collaborative, and a great place to learn from peers.
The software itself is reliable, with strong features and robust reporting that make our work easier. We can configure a multitude of features to fit the specific needs of our association, rather than feeling boxed into a one-size-fits-all model. All features and updates are included in the price with no upselling or "nickel and dime"-ing.
