Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. We have a few hundred entities globally so OneStream is used to capture all the Actuals data from across a number of ERP systems in a unified way. This enables us to close our books quicker then before and has saved us 3 days in closing our books. We can also complete our forecast and budget and proforma data in the application at the same level of granularity. WIth a high volume of data we are leveraging the Vertical and Horizontal extensibility which gives us details at the right level and performance in consolidation.
