I love the ability to title my invoices with specific details, which I find is unavailable in other systems. The reporting in Intacct is easy and searching for information is easy. There are plenty of filters to use and creating your own views make it easy for each individual user. Setting up recurring invoices is quick and easy. Prorating invoice amounts is a cinch with the proration button. Reporting issues is easy through the "Help & Support" tab. The customer support is quick to answer any questions or concerns. We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.
