I love how easy floqast is to use. It is extremely user-friendly and has an abundance of features. Each day that I use floqast, I am introduced to a feature I did not know. Floqast also sends email updates and trainings that I can take advantage of to learn more about their tools. The platform keeps everything organized, transparent, and easy to track and works so well with excel! Vena centers its functionality around Excel, but all your data is securely stored in the cloud rather than within the spreadsheets themselves. Together with excel flags, there is potential to build reports that does exactly what you intend to show. The ability to dynamically expand within models, reports, and templates greatly simplifies the work for those responsible for maintaining them. After using Vena for a few years, we have found that most of the challenges we face are related to template automation and ensuring that Mac users can effectively use the platform. We continue to discourage users to access Vena from Mac environment and strictly direct our users to access Vena from Windows environment. We began using Vena for our extensively detailed recurring revenue model. We have changed major stakeholders and Vena had kept up with the evolving changes requested by different managers. Some of the model changes are rather complex, so time and expert help is needed. The fact that the requested changes can be incorporated makes it a versatile tool. Excel alone cannot handle the complexity of our model. We have expanded our usage to Operating Expense planning and Workforce planning. Vena can handle vendor level forecasting and reporting, allowing insight and detail as to what the key drivers of spend are. Reports can be created with dynamic multidimensional mapping that expands effortlessly to show the slices of data you want to see. The cascade feature of reports allows for much time saved. What do you like best about Velixo?

Velixo has reduced the time it takes to carry out several tasks. We purchased it because of the ability to create financial statements and stats with the click of a button but we found that it does much more with the ability to writeback journal entries, bills, invoices, and more directly to Acumatica ERP. We also use it to create budget files for managers to complete including YTD actual data, forecast data, budget data and then we write back the budgets and modified forecasts to ERP. This process has saved a minimum of 80 hours in the budgeting process.

We used to paste our month-end closing information into an Excel file to produce charts, stats, and analysis. This process is now complete but we continue to add to it.

Our budget process used to be a nightmare but with the help of Velixo it is smooth sailing. We are able to bring YTD figures, current/prior year actual, and prior year budget data on a period-by-period basis into Excel, produce the new budgets and forecast, and then push the data into Acumatica. WIth a high volume of data we are leveraging the Vertical and Horizontal extensibility which gives us details at the right level and performance in consolidation. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like that Acumatica unifies and automates our core operations while offering great visibility into business operations for fast decision making.

Using Acumatica, we have integrated CRM, inventory, financials, and project management all in one platfrom which is not a single source of truth. With the platform, all employee work with same and accurate information.

We have realized increased efficiency as Acumatica automates most tasks including accounts payable, expense matching, bank reconciliation among others and this saves time while ensuring minimal human errors.

It has strong flexibility for mixing subscription and usage-based products, which is important for us. There are a few system quirks that can be quite troublesome, and I found that Intuit support was not very effective in resolving them. We experienced problems with our payroll not posting correctly, and no one seemed able to identify the cause. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field.
