"Effortlessly Streamlines Reporting with Excel"

What do you like best about Velixo?

I find Velixo very flexible and yet easy to use and familiar. It's built on the flexibility of Excel, which is great because I'm already very comfortable in building what I or my users want to see within the framework of Excel. What do you dislike about Velixo?

The biggest area for improvement would be some way to better understand how fields are related and mapped and how to access such. It's not always simple to search for a specific field because sometimes there are other pieces of information that need to be known or filtered on. "Real-Time Financial Insights, Needs Better Multi-Spreadsheet Support"

What do you like best about Velixo?

I appreciate Velixo's ability to run a report and provide a snapshot of the financials in real time within Excel. It helps me get values quickly, unlike having to run a report in Sage Intacct and then adding it to an Excel spreadsheet. I also find Velixo very easy to set up, though finding videos and instructions took some time. The feature where I can simply refresh a spreadsheet at any given moment to check on the financials during the close process is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velixo?

I have tried to refresh multiple spreadsheets at once, and it seems to cause errors, so I have to refresh spreadsheets one at a time to avoid that problem. It took more time trying to find videos and instructions on how to use Velixo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Financial Reporting, Minor Setup Hiccups"

What do you like best about Velixo?

I like that Velixo is seamless and the Excel formula structure makes it an intuitive tool to use. The learning curve is easy to climb, and it only took me 90 minutes to get functional with the platform. I'm able to yield time savings almost immediately, and I appreciate how it reduces lead time in our financial reporting because the links automatically update our financials throughout the close. What do you dislike about Velixo?

I don't like the "File Name" reference in the formula. This is essentially a hard code in the formula. This needs to go. That was hard. Wish I would have known Acumatica has a link that will provide a blank and linked spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That is excel based and offers more flexibility in report creation than the accounting system we are currently using. This process was easy to implement. "Efficient Reporting, Seamless Excel Integration"

What do you like best about Velixo?

I use Velixo for live data reporting with Acumatica, and it really allows us to create reports way more efficiently. I like how interactive it is and how quickly you can retrieve data, which lets me spend more time thinking of creative solutions. I also like how integrated it is with Excel. "This product has increased productivity"

What do you like best about Velixo?

Velixo has reduced the time it takes to carry out several tasks. We purchased it because of the ability to create financial statements and stats with the click of a button but we found that it does much more with the ability to writeback journal entries, bills, invoices, and more directly to Acumatica ERP. We also use it to create budget files for managers to complete including YTD actual data, forecast data, budget data and then we write back the budgets and modified forecasts to ERP. This process has saved a minimum of 80 hours in the budgeting process.

What do you dislike about Velixo?

We found it challenging initially when a password was memorized and then the Acumatica password expired which caused the Acumatica account to be locked if a user went into a Velixo-enabled file. We have overcome that challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to paste our month-end closing information into an Excel file to produce charts, stats, and analysis. This process is now complete but we continue to add to it.

Our budget process used to be a nightmare but with the help of Velixo it is smooth sailing. We are able to bring YTD figures, current/prior year actual, and prior year budget data on a period-by-period basis into Excel, produce the new budgets and forecast, and then push the data into Acumatica. "Great add-on to our ERP System - makes my life so much easier!!!"

What do you like best about Velixo?

Ability to quickly pull information into an excel format for additional analysis and better reporting. We have built customized templates for financial reporting and other summary reports that previously took ours to develop each month. What do you dislike about Velixo?

We have not found a single downside yet. It is a matter of knowing your ERP system and where to get the information. Velixo is very easy to use. You don't need to know how to program or code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Besides financial reporting, Velixo is key in our forecasting responsibilities. We have built the template, it pulls in actual and budgeted information and because it is in excel, we can make adjustments on the fly. It is the back bone for our budget process as well. Sometime's it is as easy as applying a percentage increase over last years number and other times it requires a little more thought but Velixo makes the information right there at your fingertips. "I love Velixo"

What do you like best about Velixo?

It's completely integrated with Acumatica and I get to use my Excel skills. Reports are professional looking, easy to keep updated saves me HOURS every month so I don't have to export data, reformat it and then analyze. If I need some quick information Velixo is the first place I look to get it, I go to Velixo daily, maybe even more often than Acumatica. And the distribution feature is the best - saves so much time and automatically changes the parameters on my reports to distribute to the correct department.

What do you dislike about Velixo?
