What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I think the biggest benefit I get out of this application is the publishing and content calendar. It has been the primary reason I continue to use this service. As many of you know, it can be very LOUD in these spaces and while I will always say that the scheduling portion of this service is just solid (no issues), the posts go out when they should. The ability to send ONE piece of content to multiple platforms at the same time is a huge time savings as I was spending hours sending the same content to different platforms prior to using this service. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

The only issue I have with publishing is that on occasion, content is rejected due to size restrictions when the files appear to be fine. Also, not every platform has full tracking capabilities, therefore I often need to pull native data from the applications themselves which sort of defeats the purpose of using a service like Sprout Social. This makes me need to go in and correct it manually. My small pet peeve: There isn’t an option to tag organic content created outside of the service AFTER IT HAS BEEN POSTED. What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, I was individually accessing each platform in order to manage social media – it was chaotic, inconsistent, slow and easy to miss important items. Sprout Social allows me to manage ALL aspects of social media in one location – including scheduling, monitoring, reporting and engaging. Reporting used to take me a significant amount of time to put together, however now it’s largely automated giving me actual time back to focus on developing strategies vs simply collecting numbers. While I don’t spend hours making presentations, the reports provided are clean enough that I am comfortable dropping them directly into a client presentation without having to make adjustments. I particularly like the possibilities that HubSpot Marketing Hub offers, especially how easy it is to click things together, combined with the workflows. These features save a lot of time when creating workflows as well as in everyday business. For example, in our agency case, I am allowed to rewrite the automated follow-up emails for each customer in fulfillment. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Yes, as is generally the case with HubSpot, the combination with other hubs becomes very expensive very quickly. And even if you don't need any additional features, you still have to buy everything. And it doesn't work in the agency case because only one signature is possible. This means that if I want to use automated emails for nurture campaigns, it doesn't work because our signature is included in the emails to customers, even though you can change the email addresses. What I liked most about Semrush was the ability to quickly identify useful keywords, competitor rankings, and visibility gaps without manually checking multiple tools.

For example, while working on online promotion and branding-related activities, I used Keyword Overview, Competitor Analysis, and Position Tracking to identify better-performing search terms and monitor ranking movement more efficiently. The Site Audit feature also helped detect technical SEO issues during website review activities.

The integration with Google Search Console reduced manual analysis effort by combining ranking and traffic insights in one workflow.

From a performance perspective, the platform handled audits, reporting, and tracking smoothly even while managing multiple keywords simultaneously. The onboarding process was manageable because setup guides and templates simplified the initial learning phase.

First of all, the product is a great product. The very best I have found for this type of program. As well as having a great product, the customer service is second to none. I purchase several years ago and for some unknown reason I deleted the account. I must have been on drugs, but I never used drugs. When I got in touch with Story Chief support and gave them a copy of my receipt, they immediately sent me a link to register again. I use NiceJob as a marketing agency for our local service clients. My favorite part about NiceJob is the scalability of the tool in review generation solutions for our clients. We don't need to purchase multiple licenses at one time and then hope to sell the review generation services to clients. I wish there were more integrations. There seems to be a lot of that for other service industries. We're in the landscaping and lawn care industry and the only two real native integrations we have are with Jobber and Quickbooks. We can use Zapier to connect it to whatever we need, but most lawn care and landscaping CRMs don't even have webhook capabilities which makes NiceJob harder to use in this industry if Quickbooks or Jobber isn't being used. NiceJob helps us productize and deliver an local SEO service that is usually left up to the client which is getting reviews.
