The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy.
