My other favorite feature is the hashtag library! You can keep all of your hashtags organized and right there when you need them! Every time I mess up on scheduling a post and have to change the date, it is a frustration to go through the whole process of changing the date/time and re-scheduling the post again. The other thing I don't love, and this is nitpicky, is that when you go to click to enter the business suite, it brings up an entire unnecessary browser window that I then have to close out of to get to the actual Business Suite. I dislike the content approval process for sending to CLIENTS specifically, in that, you (the content creator) are unable to get approval through the user interface (online) and expectedly receive comments about the reason or issue the content is rejected- IF- you DO NOT specifically choose to send that post (content) for approval by ticking the send email check box. My point is that most clients are NOT going to log into Agorapulse daily, learn the user interface, and check notifications or alerts for new content assigned to them. This is fundamentally flawed and the workflow is designed for social media content creators to communiate with social media managers NOT clients.
Additionally, you are unable to respond directly to those rejection comments for clairification (if needed) UNLESS you edit the content and then resend for apporval. This created a disconnect when clairfication is needed first before a revision and also creates an additonal email you must send outside of Agorapulse. This inadvertinely may make the client uncomfortable in being dragged into a content creation conversation and overwhelmed with emails rather than a simple notification email from Agorpulse. My biggest issue is the mobile implementation. I have a Galaxy Note 10+ on AT&T with latest Android version. When I'm on the mobile dashboard and I tap "reviews" at the bottom of the page, I get "An error occurred. Please try again later." This is very, very annoying to me. 2nd, my notifications will populate 4 instances of the same review, so when I have, say, 12 new notifications for reviews, it's really only 3 reviews. I will pull down my notification bar and see see, for example, 4 from Google, 4 from DealerRater, and 4 from Facebook or I might just see 12 from Goolge, but nevertheless, it only equates to 3 separate reviews. This is very frustrating. :( Last, it seems there is not an aggregated standard for each site; this has however gotten better over time. A cars.com review or dealerrater.com review might be done from one of our guests, but not post on reputation.com for 2 or 3 days where as a Google and Facebook review seems to post almost instantly. I find Onlypult very useful, it's easy to use, once you've logged in you just have to add all the media you want to post on your socialmedia, add the description (if you want) and choose when your post has to be published (even now).
I use Onlypult for my Instagram and Facebook pages, I usually schedule post for a month and I haven't had any problems so far, you can post every media (photos, stories, videos) within 3 minutes of each other. I used to use other apps and there this time was even longer (the minimum was 15 minutes) and I didn't like it.
You can see the preview in a dedicated area and replace everything there, for example you can change the place of a photo with another one you've already planned to post, or change the description, the time and even add more media to the post (or replace the media with another one).
