What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I use Hootsuite in my role as a Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing Specialist at Barcode Entertainment, where we handle multiple brand accounts at the same time. On a normal day, I’m scheduling posts for different clients, checking comments, and keeping an eye on performance. The biggest downside for me is that there’s no free plan anymore. We sometimes suggest tools to clients so they can test them before fully committing, especially smaller brands or founders managing their own social. Without a trial or free option, it’s harder to say, “Try this out and see if it fits your workflow.” I understand it’s a business decision, but it does make referrals a bit more difficult. What do you like best about SOCi?

I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times. What do you like best about Birdeye?

What I like best about Birdeye is how simple it makes something that could easily feel overwhelming. Having one login where I can see and respond to all of our reviews in one place is a game changer. I don’t have to bounce between platforms or worry that I missed a Google or Facebook review. Everything is centralized, organized, and easy to manage, which saves me a ton of time.

I also really love the AI response feature. It helps me craft thoughtful, professional responses quickly without sounding robotic. It gives me a strong starting point that I can personalize, which is especially helpful on busy days when I still want to make sure every client feels acknowledged.

The built in prompts are another huge bonus. They take the guesswork out of responding and help ensure consistency across all of our replies. It makes it easy to stay on brand and make sure every review, whether it’s glowing or constructive, gets a timely and polished response.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like using HubSpot to place social media posts each week. I use it for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter to place all the messages for a week. I use this tool because I can schedule the entire week of posts at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I don't like that if I sort my blogs and open one the go back, I have to resort the list all over again. It doesn't remember that I only wanted to see published posts or whatever. Super annoying and time consuming.

I also wish it was easier to upload social media images directly into a defined folder not just a general open folder with every other image that is uploaded.

I don't know coding. I wish it was easier to create/build the webpages. Things like rounded corner boxes are extremely difficult. What do you like best about Vista Social?

Top factor that made me switch to Vista Social is the affordability and range of features that they offer. They have features that other platforms only offer for "premium" members that most SMMs cannot afford, they make it accessible for us and makes our work more efficient.

Their inbox feature also helps a lot with handling accounts across multiple platforms, I am able to see messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads all consolidated in one inbox making it very easy to use. Being able to have automated DM responses is also a huge plus! Making my work less tedious with FAQs and other easily manages questions and responses.

I check in daily to schedule posts and check messages from potential clients and customers. Posting across multiple platforms with this one tool helps in integration. Once I get my team to try scheduling via this platform, they can see how easy we can implement.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I use Zoho Social to plan and post clinic updates and health education content in a more organized way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health content, so I share simple nutrition tips, diet guidance, and health awareness posts for patients and followers. Earlier, I used to post whenever I found time and sometimes missed days. Now I prepare posts in advance and they go out on time.

Getting started was simple. I connected my pages and professional profiles and started scheduling posts the same day. When I get some free time, I schedule a few posts for the week, and then I can focus on clinic work without worrying about daily posting.

I also like that I can see comments and messages in one place and reply without opening each app separately. For my work, I don’t need complex tools. Scheduling posts, checking basic performance, and managing replies is enough. It helps me stay consistent with my health content without adding extra workload. First of all, the product is a great product. The very best I have found for this type of program. As well as having a great product, the customer service is second to none. I purchase several years ago and for some unknown reason I deleted the account. I must have been on drugs, but I never used drugs. When I got in touch with Story Chief support and gave them a copy of my receipt, they immediately sent me a link to register again. What I like most about Planable is how easy it feels to use from day one. Of course, the ability to get regular reviews from our clients is equally important. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. The only thing that we dislike about NiceJob is the difficulty uploading clients to the database.
