What do you like best about SOCi?

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. In my routine work, I regularly share women’s health awareness and pregnancy related posts on LinkedIn and Twitter. What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially when I plan weekly health topics like antenatal care, menstrual health, and patient awareness updates. Managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard saves time, as I don’t need to log in separately to each platform. One small point I noticed is that when managing multiple scheduled posts, the dashboard can take a few seconds to load at times. I like that Sprout Social allows me to put all of our clients in one platform, which is much more convenient than using multiple platforms. My favorite part of Sprout Social is the smart inbox, which makes it easy to access mentions, comments, reviews, and similar things. What do you like best about Vista Social?

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything.

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. I like that I can schedule posts ahead of time easily, and it also includes a Smart scheduler that suggests the best times to post. I wish it had more features per platform for customization. I'm guessing due to the platforms themselves (meta business suite struggles with this) things like location aren't always something you can add to the post. Being able to add location definitely helps target the posts more, but I'm still seeing good results. What do you like best about StoryChief?

First of all, the product is a great product. The very best I have found for this type of program. As well as having a great product, the customer service is second to none. I purchase several years ago and for some unknown reason I deleted the account. I must have been on drugs, but I never used drugs. When I got in touch with Story Chief support and gave them a copy of my receipt, they immediately sent me a link to register again. Of course, the ability to get regular reviews from our clients is equally important. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. The only thing that we dislike about NiceJob is the difficulty uploading clients to the database. It would be much easier to insert them one by one, rather than collecting them overtime on a spreadsheet, which must then be manually uploaded to their system.
