**What do you like best about Digital Air Strike?**

Quick response time to reviews though the notifications for reviews are a little slow. Some of the responses feel a bit "canned" or " robotic," I suppose you could say. It would be nice if they'd loosen up a bit and try to feel more human.

**What do you dislike about Digital Air Strike?**

No real "rep," It feels like we get shuffled around a bit, and there's no real point of contact. Some additional features are included with your subscription, but it's nothing special, and it feels more like filler to encourage you to use them over another vendor.

**Recommendations to others considering Digital Air Strike:**

Just be sure you understand your package and what you're getting. Other packages offer more, but we did not feel they are competitively priced with other vendors that we use for some of our different locations.

**What problems is Digital Air Strike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to get reviews managed quickly and efficiently across multiple platforms without having to manage them ourselves and for a low price. Review responses are timely, and generally, we don't have any issues with the people responding.

We use DAS as a backup for reputation management at all of our stores.  Being one social media manager over 16 rooftops, the safety net they provide is invaluable.

**What do you like best about Digital Air Strike?**

It's not easy marketing to an audience and keeping everything juggled in this day and age. With different social media platforms, websites, and other storefronts it's sometimes overwhelming to keep it all straight. Digital Air Strike's teams give us the room to breathe and take care of the little things so that we can focus on our customers first and foremost.

**What do you dislike about Digital Air Strike?**

There isn't much to dislike, though with every company there is always ways that they can improve. At the moment if they could streamline their available packages, it can be a little daunting the number of packages that are available to use and what is offered, and how they overlap.

**What problems is Digital Air Strike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to digitally market to a larger audience, we are a business that has stuck with doing things the old-fashioned way for a while. With Digital Air STrike's help, we are starting to broaden our horizons, so to speak, into the digital airwaves where we can reach more people. It has given us the benefit of figuring out our place in digital marketing, while we supply them our needs and they help to develop and bring the goals to fruition. We are still learning ,but thus far problems and fires are put out everyday.

**What do you like best about Digital Air Strike?**

The idea of the products we used were good, just simple reputation management with some extra bonuses to increase review numbers. All good in theory. Affordable, too.

**What do you dislike about Digital Air Strike?**

They just didn't work for us, unfortunately. Reputation management was unnecessary as we were already getting review notifications and we respond to most reviews on our own already. The review surge thing didn't get us a substantial increase in reviews, either. Sometimes I'd get email notifications about new reviews using the surge link, but when I'd check the back end to see when a surge request was sent, things didn't line up at all.
the facebook posting did nothing us for on social media. just basic, boring, corporate looking stuff. maybe you want that, but maybe 30 people saw each post , and just didn't do anything.
Our account manager must've changed every month, don't know if people get reassigned there a lot or turnover, but each month I'd get emails from a different person and it was confusing. 
Their products didn't do anything for us, but maybe we were just the exception as a smaller dealer in a small town might not have worked for us.

We didn't really solve anything. We wanted to get more reviews and that went mostly unrealized.

**What do you like best about Digital Air Strike?**

Great Customer service, they are always available to help and went above and beyond during the pandemic.  Also they are always looking to stay on top of the latest technologies and keep us informed of new technologies that they hear of.  The tool has always been problem free for us and has a pretty simple integration and we have never been turned down for any customer changes we wanted to make. The dashboards are easy to operate for me and my team.  The price point is helpful as well, they didnt price themselves out of the market.  Their sales department is persistent, but i can appreciate that.  In our positions it's easy to push off another vendor trying to sell us something but i really did and continue to find value in the products they offer.

**What do you dislike about Digital Air Strike?**

There is a ton of great competitors out there who all offer some different features in their products. To start the reputation management is an easy choice the value is absolutely there.  We weigh our options regularly and for the value we keep choosing Digital Airstrike in the end.

It's always best to do you due diligence and see what is offered in the market, for us Digital Airstrike has continued to fit the bill.

Managed Chat, gives us the ability to handle and direct many chats at the same time weather it be for the sales department or the service department.  The Reputation Management part is allowing us to respond Quickly to reviews and alert us of any potential issues they may arise, and allows us to leave responses to all of our reviews.

Ability to get our salespeople more reviews with the least amount of effort.  Reviews matter to customers.  Your reviews are more important than screaming at the top of your lungs you have great deals.  People want to be treated well and if you have your fans telling others how well you treated them you will see more customers.

The access on my phone is simple. The tool keeps the information flowing between customer and dealership, and the ability to work with the DAS team is great. I do appreciate the readiness and easy access for support. DAS has about every option possible, its affordable, and its useful! Highly recommend DAS to other dealerships.

At times I can't immediately resolve an issue, but I understand why the delay. We appreciate the transparency, and again easy access to a support person. Not a voice mail. Very responsive, just can't always fix a problem because there are steps involved.

Yes I recommend DAS.

Communicating with customers is key. Resolving complaints and access to Google, and other internet companies that you would have to have a direct number for. DAS does handle it.

The no hands on, set it and forget it, approach made possible by the DAS team and their producsts. Obviously we need to keep an eye on things but compared to previous vendors, our involvment is minimal which is extremely benefical for busy dealers. We are now demoing their Response Logix and price quoting tool, hoping for the same results.

The bundling of packages, I would prefer if they allowed more a la carte options

If you're using multiple third-party providers to manage 10+ websites and social accounts you'll see the difference instantly! They have our national branding covered so now I'm free to produce quality local content that adds to our message within the community.

From Chat Response to review management I am able to walk away from the computer and not worry about what's happening online. DAS has the dealership covered 24/7 so I don't have to!

Fast and informationally robust responses to online inquiries. As we all know - he who answers "first" wins. With Digital Airstrike, "first" also happens to be "best". Getting the right information and opening a dialogue with online shoppers is key an Digital Airstrike checks every box.

The team at DAS is friendly, helpful and personable.  But most importantly, they are quick to respond to our positive reviews and follow the rules I have in place for negative reviews.  I started using them back in 2013 and think of them as my digital watchdog, patrolling the internet to safeguard my company's reputation.

**What do you dislike about Digital Air Strike?**

They have a 3-day review response rule, to me that seems too long.  I've been fortunate and more often than not our reps will answer sooner.  Nowadays it seems a 24-hour response requirement is more fitting.

No problems at the moment and truly can't think of anything major in the seven years we've all been working together! :D

The daily updates on positive and negative survey's is very helpful.  In the case of negative survey's, it gives me an opportunity to make things right with the customer.  I also appreciate the open communication from all the team members at Digital Air Strike.
