**What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

Our company manages several social media profiles across various platforms, and ZoomSphere has been an invaluable tool for us. One of the standout features is its intuitive and user-friendly UI and usability, even when handling multiple profiles on different platforms. The Workspace module is particularly impressive, providing us with a clear overview of everything happening. This ensures that we are always on top of our tasks. The company also has great customer support with very kind and responsible people. We use the app on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

The automatic posting feature occasionally malfunctions, though it usually works without any issues on the second attempt. Overall we are very satisfied with the tool.

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoomsphere helps me with my daily tasks, with long term delivery of our marketing plan and also with cooperation with my colleagues and our main social media agency. It makes our work much easier, it is innovative, simple, yet thoughtout solution.

I have been using ZoomSphere for two years now, and it has become an essential tool for my work as a content creator in an agency. The only thing I dislike is that ZoomSphere doesn’t currently support posting on Threads. Hopefully, that’s something they’ll add in the future.

I have been using ZoomSphere to manage social media content for my clients and it has been a game-changer for my workflow. **What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

ZoomSphere has been my main web application used to oversee different clients’ accounts. 

Setting up is very easy and the reporting ability is superb; I can easily fine tune campaigns with the information given. 

I also like the possibilities to send reports to the clients – no watermarks, half-done interfaces and heavy difficult to comprehend texts.

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

Nothing, everything is great! It is a super helpful tool!

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZoomSphere has addressed the problem of working with numerous client accounts successfully. Its scheduling is easy to understand and use, and an analysis helps to optimise campaigns more quickly. The reports are effortless in sharing with clients and are professionally formatted to improve client relationship and efficiency.

Social media management can be so overwhelming, but ZoomSphere keeps me sane. I love that I can track everything – from campaign performance to team tasks – without switching between tools. The competitor analysis is a huge bonus too. One suggestion? A bit more customization for reports would be great. But even as it is, I’m super happy with it. It’s made my job so much easier!

**What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

What I like most about this application is that I can manage various social networks, see the behavior of the content on the networks. This, in particular, seems quite interesting to me since through here I can see how receptive the content has been.

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

What I don't like is that I can't automatically see my content on my dashboard, because for that you have to buy an app in the store. I'm not saying that everything should be free, but there should at least be a trial app, that would generate more enthusiasm to use it.

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The truth is, at the moment I am not aware of what problems they are solving, however, I am waiting for the trial applications to recommend it to my contacts. That would be a way to see how it works and explain to people how useful it is.

**What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

The most important thing for me is how easy my cooperation with clients is since we started to use ZS in our team. I really like that ZS support is always here to reply to your messages and they really want to improve the tool with you. I really love the fact that I can plan my post for LinkedIn - not every tool is able to do that (and ZS is doing it really well).

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

Sometimes ZoomSpheer needs to be improved at the things like tagging accounts on Twitter or LinkedIn. Sometimes tool can switch the order of your photos on gallery or carousel but the support team is always there to help you (and they are really helping!).

**Recommendations to others considering ZoomSphere:**

Try it - it is free for 14 days. You will want to stay for longer :)

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all - the communication with clients is so much better. The tool allows you to schedule all the posts to different types of social media profiles and provides the possibility to be in touch with the client - in real-time.

Great for building teamwork in a quick and always moving environment. I would recommend it to people who want to use one convenient platform to manage their team members.

There is somewhat of a learning curve when it comes to using ZoonSphere. You don't necessarily have to be tech savvy but you do have to be willing to do something new. This can be improved by making the interface more user friendly.

ZoomSphere is solving the problem of having to use multiple platforms to schedule and manage a team. I would rather myself and all my teammates use this one platform than 4 or 5 others,

This is the best software to use, and we can easily handle and manage all the social media platforms with this single software. We can easily share and present multiple data and documents through this software.

There are some lags and some connection failures while using this software. This software is not easy to use on mobile phones. They should add some extra features to this software. The price for using this software is quite high.

**What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

The best thing which I find about this software is that I can add and manage all my social media accounts like Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, google accounts from this single platform. I can easily schedule my post and assign it to approved status for my Instagram then I get a push notification at the scheduled time and then i can check and edit my post before posting.

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

It is a complete app and easy to use. I have nothing to dislike about it.

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me in  building social media communication as I have connected my social media profiles. It saves a lot time as i check all the post, comments, likes, replies etc on Zoomsphere and i dont have to check these things on the individual social media apps. I can filter specific content in which i am interested, like I can select one connected page and do keyword search to get all the contect related to that keyword on that social media page.

It is fantastic tool for managing different stages of social media content. I like how content is an easy to understand calendar format and colour coding post help me indentify which approval stage each post is in.

**What do you like best about ZoomSphere?**

Most of the time we use Zoomsphere for post planning, editing of already planned posts, comparison with competitors, looking for statistics for both monthly reports and annual overall evaluations and last but not least for communication with Facebook users including cooperation with the client. 

Mostly we use the Publisher module which we work with on a daily basis. It makes communication with the client and the whole approval process much easier. We also use the Analytics module for regular reporting as well as the Customer Care or Comparisons module in terms of preparation for tenders.

We see the greatest added value in making communication with the client much easier and the ability to have all profiles under our management in one place.

**What do you dislike about ZoomSphere?**

In Zoomsphere, we also see small imperfections or rather say opportunities for improvement, such as automatic Instagram publication. Furthermore, we would certainly appreciate some Influencer module that would help us find influencers. Possibly we would appreciate the evaluation of the already published post and the subsequent recommendations for promotion.

**Recommendations to others considering ZoomSphere:**

We need for example multi-language posts etc.

**What problems is ZoomSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zoomsphere, we are able to schedule multiple posts per profile per day and handle nearly 60 private messages plus dozens of comments in one single day during the campaign. It also helps us in tenders, when we use comparisons with the competition.

I would find usefull more Instagram statistics and possibility to post Instagram Stories and Instagram posts directly.
