ZoomSphere has been my main web application used to oversee different clients’ accounts.

Setting up is very easy and the reporting ability is superb; I can easily fine tune campaigns with the information given.

Social media management can be so overwhelming, but ZoomSphere keeps me sane. I love that I can track everything – from campaign performance to team tasks – without switching between tools. The competitor analysis is a huge bonus too. One suggestion? A bit more customization for reports would be great. But even as it is, I’m super happy with it. It’s made my job so much easier! What do you like best about ZoomSphere?

What I like most about this application is that I can manage various social networks, see the behavior of the content on the networks. This, in particular, seems quite interesting to me since through here I can see how receptive the content has been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is that I can't automatically see my content on my dashboard, because for that you have to buy an app in the store. The most important thing for me is how easy my cooperation with clients is since we started to use ZS in our team. I really like that ZS support is always here to reply to your messages and they really want to improve the tool with you. Sometimes ZoomSpheer needs to be improved at the things like tagging accounts on Twitter or LinkedIn. Sometimes tool can switch the order of your photos on gallery or carousel but the support team is always there to help you (and they are really helping!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
