I have an IT background and I really like exploring products that will make your life easier. Recently I got the opportunity to start a new franchise business in the UK and I was looking for a tool to manage social media with ease as I understand the importance of social presence. I wanted to make sure that I can make it easy enough for my franchisees as well but still be able to protect my brand. I tried various software which has been well established and easy to use however I came across Esemdee and it was like I have finally found a solution that can read my mind as a business owner. Most platforms give us the ability to manage and schedule social media post however with Esemdee you can go far beyond. You can manage a multi-tiered organization structure for all your social pages and you can approve the artwork/post created by other franchise. These approved post and artwork can then be made available to the entire network. This not only strengthens your brand but also shows consistency in messaging templates. A small business owner is busy with multiple tasks in day to day life and the last thing you have in mind is to be creative while creating social media post. Esemdee resolves this issue by having pre-created post templates and images to choose from no matter what the announcement is about. Its am amazing too. I think a demo with the team is a must-have. Talking about the team, I think the team at Esemdee is great with tremendous knowledge of Social media platforms and extremely helpful to share this with customers like us. They also helped us created amazing social media adverts and managed our social calender including creating artwork and write up that can be used by any of my franchises in the future. We can even set up pre-approved hashtags for ease of use, I could go on but as I started I cannot recommend Esemdee enough... **What do you dislike about Esemdee?** I do not think there was any feature that I disliked about Esemdee. **Recommendations to others considering Esemdee:** I think once you see this platform I am sure you will leave all competitors aside and move from any other provider to them without a doubt. I am confident that I will be working with Esemdee for a very long time. **What problems is Esemdee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistent branding, ease of management, role-based access, structured management of many unstructured social media platforms are some of the key issues that Esemdee solved for me with ease. The thought of staying on top of my social media on a regular basis, to ensure it is effective, has always felt like a mammoth never-ending task, and at times filled me with dread. The platform enables me to create a scheduled content plan (in some instances for a number of months in advance), and I'm on track in having all of my social media scheduled in in one hit each month, with nothing more to worry about except audience engagement (which I will now have the please of responding to now that I have regular content posted through the software), and the odd additional post about events I’m attending. I’m now genuinely excited about my social media! From the autocue function allowing me to recycle brand promotional posts to the RSS feeds allowing me to keep my customers and followers up to date with the latest industry news; Esemdee has my needs covered. Esemdee has ensured that I have the necessary tools and knowledge to grow my brand on social media. I would have no hesitation in recommending the platform to anyone looking to take the next step in their social media journey. **What do you dislike about Esemdee?** It's not so much a dislike, as much as there is one function I personally miss from a platform I have used in the past, and that is the ability to quickly share an article I come across whilst browsing directly from my browser, rather than solely relying on RSS feeds or manually copying the link into the software. This is, however, far outweighed by all the ways in which Esemdee saves me time and headspace! **Recommendations to others considering Esemdee:** Just have a chat with the team! They are super friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They are constantly working on bringing updates, new features, new templates, and improving the overall user experience. They also provided great in-person training (well, on Zoom, but as good as in person, if not better with the ability to screen share) when getting me set up on the software. **What problems is Esemdee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Esemdee quite simply saves me time and headspace when it comes to planning and posting my social media content. It enables me to ensure that I am sharing a wide variety of content across days, weeks and different platforms. This helps me to ensure that my brand is communicating with followers and potential clients in a balanced, engaging way. Another feature that is fantastic about Esemdee is the continually updated library of templates that can be used for inspiration and the basis for posts that I create for my brand. This saves me additional time when creating content. As a business owner with a small team it is all about processes to help make us efficient, and Esemdee helps us do that. Instead of manually posting to different platforms, we can automate it easily with great selection of creative templates. I can view the campaign easily over a long time period and make changes before I post. It personifies simplification! I also really like the RSS feed function. It allows me to continue feeding relevant information to followers and helps build my profile as a thought leader. **What do you dislike about Esemdee?** Before Twitter integration it was difficult to give it 10 stars, because I had to complete that part manually. But now that has been implemented (and quickly too!) I don't have any part which I really dislike. If there is one thing which I feel could be improved over time is the UI and UX, which could be a little bit more intuitive, but it really is only a very small point and only needs a minor tweak to be perfect. **Recommendations to others considering Esemdee:** There are one or two competitors out there, but as I've said previously, the team at Esemdee go above and beyond to implement benefits to the customer that we have requested. We are always kept in the loop. The price range is excellent too and should be an easy purchase for most businesses. **What problems is Esemdee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time issues are a thing of the past. I can set aside social media time and implement, and then get on with working on other things. It's so much easier now Twitter has been integrated. It's important to note that support is excellent and the team at Esemdee continually ask their customers how they might improve their software. We at M923 Consulting are in the HR business and have used ESEMDEE for almost a year now and some of the benefits experienced so far are: -Numerous Facebook post templates: They make content creation very easy. -The post scheduler: This really helps with time management. -RSS Feeds: Bringing all our content sources to one platform is awesome. -Best of all, as a organisation, we can set up posts approval process keeping our messaging consistent and compliant. I continue to observe continued development with the solution as driven by user. **What do you dislike about Esemdee?** As mentioned above, being able to manage a social media presence on a vast variety of social media platforms will be helpful for our business to engage with a wide variety of demographics.
