I find Sage Intacct user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like how we can customize reports by handling categories, trends, by department, classes, and in all dimensions, which helps us view balance sheets. I also appreciate features like bank reconciliations and consolidation modules, which assist in consolidating multiple currencies and multi-entities. The recurring entries aspect of Sage Intacct is a bit frustrating for me. It's not possible to post these entries on a daily basis, which limits flexibility. - it is 'as a service' procurement team - smaller organisations don't need a full-fledged procurement team, and having a service like this is a great way to receive benefits of experience negotiatiors

- Vertice look at full picture and take overal company strategy, rather than only looking at individual contracts

- the workflow is customisable hence any information we need can be sistematically collected about any new contract / renewal, and approval flows are transparent and robust

- if the company imports all the contracts, the platform allows for the entire supplier stack to be in one place

If you have the understanding of basic HTML and/or SQL it is also easy to manipulate the data on the website or within the database saving a lot of time. The advanced marketing module doesn't allow a preset time to send bulk emails. Someone physically has to push a button to send an email at a certain time.

iMIS has allows us to bring all elements of member experience into the one platform including our member video library, article library, event registration and website. This was the largest improvement to our system. It also has improved our member journey through the ability to set up automated communications at join date, six weeks and six months which we could not do automatically in our older system. We can also place personalised alerts against member profiles for ease of meaningful communication when a member calls. QB online is superior to desktop, because it is easy to work from anywhere. As long you know your login info, you don't have to be stuck on a desktop in an office somewhere. A couple of the downsides are that they no longer work with Melio because they have their own payment processing. I have three vendors that each month cannot be paid via QB online and I have to login to Melio separetley and process the payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that QB online does is they have a really good payroll processing platform. All of the taxes are handled and I recently discovered that we can also use the same program for employee time tracking. What do you like best about DualEntry?

What I like most about DualEntry is how much smoother it makes my workflow. OrderCo has centralized our purchasing process throughout our company. The platform has allowed our employees to purchased the items they need without with great confidence. Plus our management team has the ability to see, review and approve all purchases in one platform.

There is a 2nd step verification process is till a problem. Plus, for new projects that require CAD files and Drawings for vendors needs to be setup for a smoother transition.
