One thing I dislike about Xero is that some advanced features are limited compared to full ERP systems. For larger or more complex businesses, customization options and detailed inventory management could be improved.

Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. The problems Teampay is solving for our business is providing use with a great financial/accounting tool. By having the ability to request digital company cards to purchase supplies for our company or to cater to our business needs Teampay resolves this problem. We have run into some things we have put in for improvement such as the ability to create invoices from sales orders, which is what our customers would like to see. Our customers only see invoices paid, but a sales order can be processed with several invoices, so they would like to know which invoices are created from which sales orders. There's a lot of things that would be great to have, without having to purchase extra services or integrations. Another thing that stands out, would be to be able to delete questions from events, that way if your copying an event from a prior year, you can just delete the questiosn that you don't need, and leave the ones that you do. They should extend the customization of the invoices, bills and other financial documents to meet every customers expectations. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. We use Ready Membership for the CMS, CRM, Events, Payments and Email Centre. Each of these provides a solution. The CMS is great - very intuitive and allows us to easily update our website and provide our members with diverse and highly customisable content. The CRM allows us to track membership, follow individual members and categorise different groups of members. The Events function is wonderful, as it allows us to create a range of events with details and communications. We are able to charge various amounts for different types of registrations and include sub-events (which is how we are creating the event page for our conference). Payments are effective and there is a flexibility for the members and our staff. The Email Centre is great for communicating with members as a whole, and groups of members. I maybe have some reservations about how the reports are currently being presented. It would be beneficial if there were improvements in the presentation of reports, particularly with the inclusion of tutorials or features that cater to specific needs such as manufacturing accounts.
