I only use it to write invoices, but it makes it very easy to enter in information and see what the invoice would look like to the client. It is also nice that Xero easily tracks costing of every individual SKU.
Editable invoice are nice because sometimes we have to omit or add information to clients. It's great to have templates too to not overwrite previous versions.
I use Xero multiple times a week and it's nice to be able to use a software that makes this task super easy.

Novi is more than just software; it is a community of associations who are all welcoming, collaborative, and willing to share their insights. What has stood out to us since the beginning, including during onboarding (2019), is the level of customer support they provide and how responsive and supportive the team is. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to jump in and make sure things get resolved. I also really appreciate the community of other associations using Novi; it’s welcoming, collaborative, and a great place to learn from peers.
The software itself is reliable, with strong features and robust reporting that make our work easier. We can configure a multitude of features to fit the specific needs of our association, rather than feeling boxed into a one-size-fits-all model. All features and updates are included in the price with no upselling or "nickel and dime"-ing. We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.
A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.

Solves a lot of ecom specific challenges with bookkeeping. Specifically, I appreciate how it manages our pre-orders by using deferred revenue for pre-orders that are unfulfilled.
