iMIS has allows us to bring all elements of member experience into the one platform including our member video library, article library, event registration and website. This was the largest improvement to our system. It also has improved our member journey through the ability to set up automated communications at join date, six weeks and six months which we could not do automatically in our older system. We can also place personalised alerts against member profiles for ease of meaningful communication when a member calls.
