We use Ready Membership for the CMS, CRM, Events, Payments and Email Centre. Each of these provides a solution. The CMS is great - very intuitive and allows us to easily update our website and provide our members with diverse and highly customisable content. The CRM allows us to track membership, follow individual members and categorise different groups of members. The Events function is wonderful, as it allows us to create a range of events with details and communications. We are able to charge various amounts for different types of registrations and include sub-events (which is how we are creating the event page for our conference). Payments are effective and there is a flexibility for the members and our staff. The Email Centre is great for communicating with members as a whole, and groups of members. I maybe have some reservations about how the reports are currently being presented.
