I'm not completely satisfied with the way Teampay handles multiple receipt uploads and the transaction matching. It seems like it doesn't match my transactions well. Also, we've started using Teampay cards in-store through Apple Wallet, but integrating with Amazon requires me to request multiple uses instead of single ones, and sometimes, payments get declined when shipments are billed in stages. There's also an issue with my admin team closing a card before I use the funds, which I think needs to stay open longer. This can slow down procurement because I have to make requests again. Sometimes, if there's a feature that doesn't work with NetSuite, it can take ages for them to address it with an enhancement because not a lot of customers may want it. There is nothing I truly dislike about Novi. I would say a challenge of ours that has to do with our own capacity, is staying abreast of the features from releases. I've never opened Novi and felt 'lost,' but there have been times when we've realized that a feature that has already been released could improve our own workflow. Novi publishes easy-to-read release notes, hosts webinars on big releases, has a plethora of helpful support articles, and is incredibly easy to get ahold of for questions. Novi has streamlined so many processes for us. The integration with QBO reduces administrative burden, the committee management helps us keep track of volunteers and their meeting attendance (automatically!), collects NPS scores, helps us identify which of our members may be at risk for non-renewal, offers pre-built and custom reports to create any report you could possibly need, and serves as an integral part of our business operations. The richness of the product requires more serious support from Acumatica that we seem to have difficulty accessing, at times. We currently use Acumatica as our VAR, and they have structural issues that have led to a negative experience. The transition from Sage 100 was initially painful, taking 3 years to convert. the ability to have everything in one place, prior to that, in order to pull all the correct "fees" from Amazon, that required a a A2X integration and subscription between Amazon and QB online. That was so much work and so many things went wrong all the time, and no one wants to waste time in marlaky. Although FreshBooks does a great job with ease of use, the reporting features could be more advanced for those who want deeper insights into financial trends. I’d also like a bit more flexibility when customizing invoices and dashboards. Additionally, the cost may feel high for freelancers or very small businesses on a tight budget.
