I’d like Synthesia to generate link codes that can be used with SharePoint. Right now, this feature is missing, and I’d really like a SharePoint integration. I think its awesome they provide 1 Terabyte of cloud space but I personally am not a fan of having to pay for more storage space. I think that's ridiculous especially when its paired to something like outlook and can hinder your email receiving if you run out of storage. Also, the quota endpoint seems broken, making it hard to monitor spending programmatically. Support is fragmented and unresponsive; multiple agents handle tickets with poor coordination and long wait times with no resolution. I couldn't get a sales call despite repeatedly asking until told I didn’t qualify because I wasn't spending enough. Their service capacity is lacking, and this makes scaling with them impossible.
