What i dislike about Google Workspace is Storage Management

Multilogin makes privacy-based browsing possible because it masks your IP and fingerprint and allows you access to sites that would normally geo-restrict you. It's solving my issue of being abroad and being able to get jobs or accounts from other countries simply because of my IP. The antidetect mechanism ensures my visibility is consistent in showing my specified location. One area where I think MS 365 could improve is the integration and support of Copilot across the different applications. Sometimes it works really well and helps me get things done quickly, but other times it fails. I used HeyGen and its free HyperFrames for faceless YouTube creation. It is supposed to be simple to use with an agent, but the UI changes constantly and the avatar results add unnecessary gestures. I lost count of how many times I had to reconnect HyperFrames, and it took hours to generate a simple motion graphic. The output often had crooked line charts and graphs that I could not use. For programmatic motion graphics, an open-source option like Remotion (remotion-dev/remotion on GitHub) run through Claude Code is free, takes a fraction of the time, and is much faster to edit. HeyGen solves the problem of appearing on camera without filming. The digital twin lets me produce presenter videos without recording sessions, which saves time. For faceless YouTube content with charts and motion graphics, it did not save time. I spent hours per simple graphic and still had to fix the results, so I moved that part of my workflow to Remotion with Claude Code, where I can generate and edit faster at no cost. Notifications get noisy fast, and tuning them to show only what matters isn’t easy. Frequent UI changes. Things move around between updates, so you have to keep relearning where they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives us a single place to track infra and platform work, including both planned tasks and ad-hoc requests. Priorities are clearer, fewer items fall through the cracks, and other teams can see what we’re working on without having to ask.

The calendar interface isn't very intuitive. It tries to pull meeting details from emails automatically, but I found the experience confusing, I gave up on it after about five to ten minutes of trying to use it. The impact is that I don't use Superhuman for scheduling at all, I fall back to a separate calendar tool for that, which means I'm managing two systems instead of one. A clearer, more guided flow for confirming or editing the details it pulls from an email would go a long way.

The AI auto-respond feature also needs work. Drafting and rewriting emails with AI works well, but auto-respond only seems to look at the most recent message in a thread rather than the full context of the conversation. The impact is that its suggested responses are sometimes off-base or miss something earlier in the thread, so I have to double-check and rewrite them anyway, which cuts into the time savings the feature is supposed to provide. Before using Superhuman, keeping track of follow-ups across a large number of contacts with different response times and communication styles was hard to manage consistently. Now, the Scheduler helps me choose the right time to send a given email based on who I'm reaching, which has cut down on the guesswork and missed timing that used to slow things down.

We also struggled with the sheer volume of repetitive email during high-output stretches, at one point I was sending close to a thousand emails in a short period. Snippets solved that by letting me reuse templated responses instead of writing each one from scratch, which made that volume manageable instead of overwhelming. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done have also sped up day to day inbox management, so I spend less time on triage and more time on the actual work.

On top of that, performance has been reliable even under heavy use, and the Claude integration fits into how I already work rather than requiring a separate workflow. When I've had questions or requested a feature, support has responded quickly, and since my company covers the cost, the pricing has felt reasonable for the value we get. Sometimes it can be hard to design the slides. I wish there were more options with how you could do charts, for example, and more calculation options other than using and paying for AI (like simple built in calculators to plug in research numbers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Class discussion is better in low participating classes, I don't have to come up with as many games on my own. I also use Kahoot! a lot less, which is expensive and has fewer options that I want in the unpaid version. Low pay version is still so expensive and the cost for AhaSlides is so much less. My biggest wish is for more advanced image-editing capabilities within the platform. I often have to rely on Photoshop or other design tools to tweak images before importing them into Synthesia. The main weakness of PowerPoint is that creating a high-quality presentation from scratch can still be very time-consuming. PowerPoint gives you almost unlimited flexibility, but traditionally you have had to build the storyline, slide structure and much of the design manually.

We solve most of this problem by using Slaide alongside PowerPoint. Slaide handles much of the AI presentation generation and initial slide creation, while PowerPoint remains the environment where we finalize and fine-tune the deck. PowerPoint gives us a universal environment for creating, editing and delivering professional presentations. We use it for everything from internal business presentations to client decks, strategy presentations, pitch decks and more complex analytical slides.

Its biggest benefit is that we never feel restricted by the software. If a slide needs to be adjusted, rebuilt or customized in detail, PowerPoint gives us the tools to do it. That is particularly important for professional presentations where small formatting and design decisions matter.

The ROI is very strong because PowerPoint is already deeply integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem and has become a standard file format across our workflow. Onboarding is also relatively easy because most professionals already have experience with PowerPoint, while advanced users can go extremely deep.

Our workflow has become considerably faster since adding Slaide as the AI layer. Instead of spending hours creating the first draft manually, we can use Slaide for AI presentation generation, content structuring and slide creation, then move into PowerPoint for the final refinement. I think pricing is a little expensive and there are so many features I don't need or use. Would be nice to have a cheaper tier. I wish customer service was more helpful. When I reached out about a problem earlier this year, no one could help me. I had a transcript for a call but not the recording itself which no one could explain to me how that was possible. It was a very annoying and time consuming situation. Lastly, the interface gets updated often and things keep moving around. Calendly was more more intuitive 3-5 years ago.
