One of the newer things I like about Zoom Phone is the integration of AI-powered features through Zoom AI Companion. It can automatically generate call summaries and notes after phone conversations, which saves time and makes it easier to track key points without manually writing everything down.Another improvement is how well Zoom Phone works within the unified Zoom platform. Calls, video meetings, and team chat are all available in the same interface, so switching from a phone call to a video meeting or message is very seamless.I also like the intelligent voicemail and transcription features, which convert voicemails into text and even prioritize important messages. I primarily use Zoom Phone for making international calls, and I appreciate the cost-effectiveness and ease of use. I like that I can make calls to any international country and have the ability to leave a voicemail and request a call back. The VoIP-based solution provides a lot of value for me, especially regarding cost savings. The initial setup was very easy and quick, without any issues. The GUI is easy to work with and clients have not run into any issues with it. We have had success utilizing the AI features with summaries. We always set up the client owner account first and none of the default admin roles have all the rights that we as an MSP require to support the client so if we do not manually create a role and add permissions we have to wait for the client to log in as Owner. I also like that it rings on multiple devices so I don’t miss calls, which is important for my business.
