## Zoom Phone Reviews
  ### 1. Revolutionized Our Remote Work with Convenient Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kala P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I really like the call flip feature because I can start a call on my laptop and then move it to my mobile instantly without hanging up if I need to step out. The audio quality is honestly better than my normal cell carrier. I also think the call recording feature is super useful, especially for Venu, because he uses it to review client conversations to make sure he didn't miss any important details. The recordings save automatically to the cloud, which is really convenient. We connected it to Salesforce, so when Venu gets a call, the customer info pops up automatically on his screen, which is super helpful. I personally use the Outlook integration a lot to schedule calls directly from my calendar without opening the app. The setup was actually surprisingly easy because we just assigned the licenses online, and Venu was able to configure the call queues for his team in just one afternoon without needing any IT guys to come onsite.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

The most annoying thing is that the mobile app sync can be a bit slow, so when I answer a call on my laptop, my phone keeps ringing for a few seconds, which drives Prasad crazy during meetings. Also, Venu says the app drains his battery pretty fast if he leaves it running in the background all day.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone lets us handle business calls anywhere, solving missed calls when traveling and eliminating the hassle of desk phones. The call flip and call recording features enhance professionalism and accuracy, while integrations with Salesforce and Outlook improve workflow.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

The real time meeting insights which Zoom gives once I finish my meetings, the recordings, the texting feature, the optin and opt out option and many more

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

That I had to subscribe for international number, may be they have some global plan which I need to check

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me connect with my target audience real time globally

  ### 3. Zoom is great for class instruction

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee Ann M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

The recording options are great. It's always great to be able to interact with others live, even if they aren't there. There's also the option for background changes and recording.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom connections drop sometimes and sometimes the audio is in and out. I've been on calls that drop for no apparent reason. Recordings are also limited if you aren't a paid subscriber, and sometimes you can't access them at all. If you don't pay for Zoom now, you are limited in use to 40 minutes.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distance communication

  ### 4. Flexibility and Global Connectivity with Zoom Phone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I really like the flexibility Zoom Phone offers, letting me travel while still being able to work and stay connected. It’s been a great tool since I switched from Skype. I appreciate the unlimited calling and the ability to connect globally, which is essential for me as I travel a lot. It allows me to work remotely, especially in conjunction with Starlink, and it's a great option for staying connected with clients and customers.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

None so far. I’ve liked all the features, and it’s been an easy replacement for my VOIP system since leaving Skype.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone as a VoIP system for unlimited global calling, allowing me to work remotely with Starlink. It's essential for my recruitment job since typical landlines or networks like AT&T or Verizon aren't viable.

  ### 5. Reliable Phone Solution for Remote Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik08 T. | Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I love using Zoom Phone for managing all my professional calling needs in one place. It lets me make and receive work calls from anywhere using the same number, which is very helpful for remote and hybrid work. The integration with Zoom Meetings is excellent, making it easy to transition from a phone call to a video meeting seamlessly. The features like call forwarding, voicemail transcription, call history, and auto-attendant help me stay organized and respond faster. I find it simple and reliable, especially because having calling, messaging, and meetings all in one app smooths out communication and saves time. The call quality is clear, switching between devices is seamless, and I love features that make call management easy. It's convenient, professional, and integrates well into daily work. Additionally, setting up Zoom Phone was smooth and stress-free, as the familiarity with Zoom made it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

One area where Zoom Phone could be improved is pricing, especially for smaller teams, as some useful features are only available on higher plans. At times, call quality can also depend heavily on internet stability, which can be a limitation in areas with weaker connectivity. The admin and settings panel feels a bit complex for first-time users and could be made more user-friendly. Additionally, international calling rates could be more affordable, and more detailed call analytics would be helpful for better tracking and reporting.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone centralizes all my work calls, helping me manage communication efficiently. It supports remote work by allowing me to use one number from anywhere, integrates seamlessly with Zoom Meetings, and offers features like call forwarding and voicemail transcription for better organization.

  ### 6. Seamless Integration, Reliable for Hybrid Work

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone as my everyday business phone system. It’s reliable for voice calls, integrates seamlessly with Zoom Meetings and Chat, and makes switching between devices easy. The call quality is clear, and features like voicemail-to-email and call routing help keep communication professional and organized. I love that I can make and receive business calls right alongside meetings and chats — no switching between separate apps. The call quality is consistently clear, the mobile and desktop apps are intuitive, and features like call routing, voicemail-to-email, and easy device switching make managing communication effortless. I especially value the consistent user experience across devices — whether I’m on my laptop, smartphone, or desk phone, the interface feels familiar and easy to navigate. The call transfer and forwarding features work smoothly, which makes handling team calls effortless. I’ve also found the administration tools straightforward, with good visibility into call logs and settings, making it easy to manage users and features. Zoom Phone delivers clear audio with minimal dropped calls, even on less-than-perfect networks. The initial setup of Zoom Phone was straightforward and quick. The admin interface is intuitive, number assignment is simple, and basic call settings are easy to configure — especially if you’re already familiar with Zoom. Also, its integrations work well for logging calls, managing contacts, and keeping communication in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Some advanced call routing and voicemail features could be easier to manage, and international call quality or pricing could be improved. Feature discovery for new users could also be more intuitive.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone integrates calling, messaging, and meetings on one platform, replacing desk phones and simplifying call management. It offers reliable call quality and features like voicemail-to-email, call routing, and device switching, enhancing productivity for remote and hybrid work.

  ### 10. Zoom Phone Review: Seamless Calls, Smarter Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl C. | Logistics Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I appreciate most about Zoom Phone is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the Zoom ecosystem. It’s incredibly convenient to switch between calls, meetings, and messaging—all in one platform. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to use even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

While Zoom Phone is generally reliable, there are occasional delays in syncing contacts or call logs across devices. Also, some advanced features require additional setup or licensing, which can be a bit confusing for new users. A more simplified onboarding process would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in a hybrid or remote work setup. Before using it, managing calls and messages across multiple platforms was inefficient and time-consuming. Now, with Zoom Phone, everything is centralized—calls, voicemails, and even SMS—making communication smoother and more organized. Overall, it’s made my workflow more flexible and responsive, which is a huge benefit in a fast-paced environment.

  ### 11. Flat communication, easy setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone because it makes communication easier. I can use it seamlessly and smoothly, without any bugs or issues in between. It is quite good for network communication and we don't even have to share mobile numbers to talk to someone, everything is possible just through a link. The setup was very easy and there was no trouble in using it. My experience has been quite good.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

What I find wrong with Zoom Phone is that we cannot talk for longer than expected. I think its time limit should be increased a bit.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone so that I can have seamless and smooth communication, which means I don't have to share my mobile number. It is good for proper communication, especially when we have to talk to seven to eight people.

  ### 12. Unified Platform with Room for AI and Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spam S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I really like Zoom Phone for its seamless integration with the broader Zoom ecosystem, making it a part of a single, continuous work surface. I appreciate the unified platform where I can easily escalate a call to a full Zoom Meeting with video and screen sharing without leaving the application. The ability to share call summaries and action items in Zoom Team Chat helps keep everyone in sync. I also find its integration with essential business applications like Salesforce and Google Workspace to be very useful, as it reduces context switching and saves time. The mobile app is very functional, allowing full call controls and voicemail from anywhere, which is great for hybrid work models. The AI Companion is a neat feature, automating routine tasks and providing valuable insights. I enjoy the call management tools that simplify administration, like managing communication services through a single portal and providing real-time insights into call quality and usage patterns. Lastly, the initial setup is very easy and intuitive for both users and administrators, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I sometimes have issues with audio quality on Zoom Phone. There can be problems with call quality and reliability, like dropped calls and inconsistent audio, especially when using cellular data. Managing settings from mobile or desktop apps is a bit cumbersome, requiring a shift to the web portal for changes. I also find the AI-generated meeting summaries and action items can be inaccurate, and there's a lack of integration with external information outside the Zoom ecosystem.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone consolidates communications by integrating phone service into Zoom, supports remote work with cloud-based calling, simplifies administration via a unified portal, and enhances scalability without hardware hassles. It provides an efficient, unified workflow, boosting productivity with its integration, AI features, and management tools.

  ### 13. Easy integration but limited features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niket R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like the simplicity and integration of Zoom Phone. It allows you to easily switch between calls, video meetings, and chat on a single platform, speeding up the workflow. The user interface is familiar, making it easy to learn, and features like converting a call to video with one click save time, making it an all-in-one communication hub. Additionally, its initial setup is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom Phone has some drawbacks such as limited integration, especially for CRM and live chat, lack of customer service features (like call back), and the high cost of some business plans. Additionally, the reporting and analytics dashboard is not as detailed as competitors, especially for businesses that require in-depth data.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone addresses the complexity and high cost of traditional phone systems, and its simplicity and integration make workflows faster. The familiar interface makes it easy to learn, and features like converting calls to video save time.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I find that with Zoom Phone, online meetings have become easier. I like the reduced latency during meeting calls, which is a big improvement. The feature allowing annotation on the screen is great because it helps point out specific things, making everything clearer and more understandable. Additionally, setting it up was super easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Yes there is one feature. When we are connected to earphones and suddenly they gets turned off then the sound of Meeting comes from microphone even after changing it to earphones the sound doesn't comes from microphone. So then i have to leave meeting connect my earphones again and then join the meeting again. I feel this should be solved

💬 What I Like Best About Zoom Phone

What I like best about Zoom Phone is how seamlessly it integrates with the broader Zoom ecosystem. It combines calling, voicemail, and messaging in one easy-to-use platform, which keeps communication smooth and centralized. The call quality is consistently reliable, and features like call recording, voicemail transcription, and quick directory access make it efficient for both internal collaboration and external conversations.

I especially appreciate how intuitive the interface is — switching between meetings, calls, and messages feels effortless. The ability to use it across desktop and mobile ensures I’m reachable and productive no matter where I’m working. Overall, it simplifies communication, reduces friction, and helps maintain professional responsiveness.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

What I Dislike About Zoom Phone

While Zoom Phone is reliable overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the call transfer and routing features can feel unintuitive — especially when switching between devices or managing multiple active calls. The voicemail interface can also be a bit clunky, with occasional delays in transcription accuracy or notification syncing.

Additionally, the integration with external contacts and CRM tools could be smoother to minimize manual lookups. None of these are dealbreakers, but improving usability and cross-platform consistency would make Zoom Phone feel even more seamless and efficient.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

📞 What Problems Zoom Phone Is Solving and How It Benefits Me

Zoom Phone solves the challenge of managing communication across multiple tools by bringing calls, voicemail, and messaging into one unified platform. It eliminates the need to switch between separate systems or devices, streamlining how I connect with teammates, partners, and external contacts.

The platform’s reliability and integration with Zoom Meetings also ensure consistent call quality and easy collaboration, whether I’m working remotely or in the office. Features like voicemail transcription, call history, and quick contact access save time and make follow-ups smoother.

Overall, Zoom Phone improves efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness, helping me stay connected and productive without juggling multiple communication apps.

  ### 17. Seamless VoIP for Hybrid Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Durga P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I find Zoom Phone to be the best value-for-money VoIP system out there, especially for Small to Medium Businesses and hybrid teams that are already familiar with the Zoom video interface. I really like its call quality, ease of use, and affordable pricing. I love how it can turn a regular phone call into a productive video session instantly. The design resembles a desk phone but features a large touchscreen, which I think is great. I value it most because it eliminates the friction between a simple phone call and a collaborative session, allowing me to easily switch to a video meeting with one click. I also appreciate its integration with Slack or Microsoft Teams, where I can initiate calls directly from a chat window, keeping my workflow fluid. Additionally, the technical setup was seamless, with users making calls within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I must register my business and 'use case' perfectly to prevent carriers from blocking your texts as spam. Zoom's interface for this is often confusing, and approval takes time.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone to maintain privacy when calling clients, easily switch calls to video sessions, and work from anywhere with my office number. It smoothly integrates with Slack to save time and reduce app switching.

  ### 18. Zoom is the gold standard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

The AI features are really upping the game. Love real-time call summaries.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I do wish it was simpler to change my profile pic realtime while on a call (for when I want my camera off during a call) every time I need to do that, it takes a bunch of digging.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work from home, and collaborate with people all over the country throughout the day. This would be impossible without a tool like Zoom, and Zoom is the best.

  ### 19. Empowers Online Classes, Needs Network Diagnostics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tabish C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone for study and business, and it solves the problem of lack of time by allowing me to attend classes online easily. I really like the mute option that can be controlled by the admin, which minimizes class disturbances, and the Zoom calendar which helps me keep track of my schedule. The ability for the admin to unmute or remove someone is great for maintaining focus during class. I also personally like the hand raise system and find the recording feature essential. The initial setup was easy as I could join meetings using Gmail and my name, unlike Microsoft Teams, which required account creation and was time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

The aspect I got a problem with is that sometimes even with a good network, it goes stuck; for that, I have to leave the meeting and join it again, which causes me to miss some topics. Also, I can't hear the voice sometimes, maybe due to network issues. Zoom should contain a proper diagnosis regarding network issues.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone lets me attend classes online, solving time issues. The admin-controlled mute and calendar prevent disruptions and remind me of schedules, enhancing focus. The hand raise and recording features are also essential.

  ### 20. Flexible and Clear Communication, Seamless Mobile Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jai B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I mainly use Zoom Phone to handle my daily work calls without being glued to my desk all day. It’s been really helpful for me to make and receive calls directly from the mobile app using my business number, so I don’t have to give out my personal cell number to clients or vendors. I also enjoy the seamless call flipping feature that allows me to switch a call from my laptop to my mobile without hanging up. This is a lifesaver when I need to step away during a call. Moreover, the audio quality of Zoom Phone is surprisingly consistent, even on 4G, and it works well over Wi-Fi, which helps significantly when I have bad cellular reception at home. The integration with Google Workspace and Slack is convenient, too, as it allows me to schedule calls and quickly jump into a voice call.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

The syncing between the desktop and mobile apps can be a little buggy sometimes. There are times when I answer a call on my laptop, but my phone continues to ring for another 3 or 4 seconds, which is annoying. I also find the interface a bit cluttered because it's smashed together with the standard Zoom Meetings tab; I wish the 'Phone' section was a bit more distinct so I didn't have to click around as much to find my call history.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone to handle work calls without being tied to a desk, keeping work and personal calls separate. It solves poor reception issues with clear Wi-Fi calls and lets me switch between devices, maintaining flexibility.

  ### 21. Seamless Integration, Needs Better Handoff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shareef B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like how easy it is to talk with anyone using Zoom Phone. It has calls, meetings, voicemail, chat, and contacts all in one app. I appreciate being able to jump from a phone call to a Zoom meeting instantly without switching tools. I find the smooth transitions between communication types a big strength, where I can move from a phone call to a Zoom meeting with one click if the conversation needs screen sharing. It's great how I can handle a missed call with voicemail and then an instant callback or chat all from the same screen. I enjoy being able to chat and call without searching for a contact again. The setup was easy and quick, and since we already used Zoom, activation and number assignment were straightforward, allowing users to start calling almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Moving a live call from laptop to phone (or vice versa) works, but sometimes requires extra steps or reconnection rather than a true 'handoff'. I wish there was a one-touch transfer between devices without any interruption or reconnection, and an indicator showing which device currently owns the call. Zero audio drop or delay during the transition would make multi-device users feel like the system truly 'knows' you're the same person, not just reconnecting.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone for smooth communication, easily transitioning between calls, meetings, and chats from anywhere. It combines all communication tools in one app, making it seamless to shift from a call to a Zoom meeting or check voicemail without switching apps.

  ### 22. Comprehensive Communication Solution with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit R. | Frontend Developer

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone for our office meetings, and it really makes conversation easy with clients and simplifies holding meetings, sharing screens, and more. I like that we can also record meetings. This feature is very useful because when calls or meetings are recorded, I don't need to worry about missing any points. I can listen again later, share with team members who were absent, and use it for training or reference. It's especially helpful in client calls, interviews, and team discussions. The screen sharing option is another feature I appreciate, as it makes explanations very easy. I can show reports, documents, designs, or live work on the screen instead of just talking, which saves time, avoids confusion, and helps everyone understand clearly. These features significantly improve communication, increase productivity, and make work smooth and professional with Zoom Phone. I also find it very convenient how Zoom Phone integrates smoothly with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat, email tools like Gmail or Outlook, calendar tools like Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot if they're used. This integration makes calling, messaging, and meetings all accessible in one app, keeping communication in one place. ### 23. Seamless Calls and Stellar Audio Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saiteja M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone primarily to attend online classes and group study sessions when I'm away from my laptop. It helps me stay connected with my classmates and teachers for quick audio calls without needing to share my personal phone number. I really like how incredibly reliable the call quality is compared to other VoIP apps I've used. Even when my mobile data signal drops to 4G or is fluctuating, Zoom Phone manages to keep the audio crystal clear without that annoying robotic distortion. I also appreciate the user interface; it's good and clean. The seamless switching between a voice call and a video meeting is a lifesaver when I need to quickly show my screen during a discussion. It just works when I need it to. The setup was super easy; I just downloaded the app and signed in using my existing Google account. There was no complex configuration needed, and it only took about 2 minutes to be ready to make calls. The app is also very convenient for making video and audio calls whenever we need to collaborate. I value Zoom Phone for the peace of mind it offers, as it optimizes audio so well that even on a weak 4G connection, I don't miss important instructions in class. It's also very seamless in connection and has been worth the switch from Google Meet.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Honestly, the only real downside is the battery consumption. If I am on a call for more than 45 minutes, I notice my phone battery drains quite fast and the device starts to get a bit warm. I usually have to keep a power bank nearby if I have back-to-back meetings. Also, sometimes the 'reconnecting' message takes a few seconds longer than I would like when switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone to attend online classes and group study sessions, staying connected without sharing my personal number. It solves poor network issues during video calls, providing clear audio. I love its reliable call quality and seamless switch between voice and video, ensuring I never miss important instructions.

  ### 24. Essential for Seamless Online Class Communication

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like Zoom Phone because it solves several communication problems during my online classes. It helps me stay connected with teachers and classmates through clear and reliable calling, especially when internet connectivity is weak for video meetings. I also like the features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboard, and chat, which make learning more interactive and easier to follow. Additionally, I appreciate that Zoom allows recording of classes, so I can revise lectures later if I miss something. The platform reduces confusion by keeping all communication—calls, voicemails, and notifications—on one platform, saving time and making communication more organized. Zoom Phone also improves accessibility, reduces delays in communication, and supports smoother coordination in online classes. The initial setup was smooth and straightforward for our team, and it was easy to start using without any technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

One thing that doesn’t always work well for me in Zoom Phone is call quality during poor network conditions, as calls can sometimes drop or have slight delays. It would be helpful if the app had stronger performance on low or unstable internet connections. Another area for improvement is notifications. At times, missed call or voicemail alerts are not very noticeable, which can lead to delayed responses. Also, managing call history and contacts could be made more user-friendly, especially for students who use it only for academic purposes. Overall, Zoom Phone is useful, but improving reliability on weak networks and making notifications clearer would enhance the experience.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone solves communication issues during my online classes by providing clear and reliable calling, even with weak internet. It centralizes communication—calls, voicemails, notifications—on one platform, saving time and reducing confusion, enhancing accessibility, and improving coordination with teachers and classmates.

I think Zoom Phone is the best. It really helped us join classes during the COVID period and continues to be useful for online professional meetings or chilling with friends. I like the feature of free online meetings. I also enjoy chilling with friends in online meetings. My mom uses Zoom Phone to take online classes, which I find great. I appreciate the screen share feature. It helps me in watching memes and videos with friends, and presenting presentations in meetings. The initial setup of Zoom Phone was easy and quick. I believe it's much better than other apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I sometimes face network issues with Zoom Phone. I experienced a situation where I was chilling with my friends, and the screen share stopped, and the meeting ended on its own.

Zoom Phone helps me join online classes, conduct professional meetings, and relax with friends. It allows free online meetings and the screen share feature is handy for watching videos, memes, and giving presentations.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone for online classes and video calls with friends. I appreciate the high-quality video and voice for calls. I like that you can connect with multiple people at the same time without lag and minimal buffering. The interface is easy to use and handle. The Zoom application is really easy to use and it has always been a great help.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I think Zoom Phone could be improved by adding more features. It should include features that most apps are using. Also, it would be great if it had fewer ads. During online classes, there should be a way for students to stand out, like if I do a hands-up gesture, the application could prompt me to write my question, which would then be highlighted.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone for high-quality video and voice calls. It connects multiple people without lag and minimal buffering, plus it's easy to use.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I have been using Zoom Phone for teaching online for the past three months and am really satisfied with its performance. It's very easy to set up meetings and use, and it has different inbuilt tools that are compatible with third-party apps. I find its whiteboard to have the best interface and features, which aren't seen in any other online whiteboards. Also, the call and video quality is nice. I appreciate how it helps provide the same teaching experience as one-on-one in-person sessions by combining video meetings and shared whiteboards, creating a perfect online teaching system. It was super easy to start a meeting and share the link with others. Although the account creation process is a bit hectic, it's manageable since it's a one-time thing. I also like that I've linked it with Google Calendar to streamline my work schedule.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I don't like that Zoom Phone doesn't feel light because if I get a call during a meeting or try to minimize it, the app gets stuck or crashes. It happens even though I have a powerful phone, and this disappointed me a bit.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone allows me to provide consistent teaching quality to a student who moved away, combining video meetings with whiteboard features that improve my online teaching experience.

Additionally, I find the setup process quite decent and easy; anyone could do it without any problems.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone as my primary business phone system, and I really like how it helps me manage calls in one centralized place, alongside Zoom meetings, whether I'm in the office or on the go. Zoom Phone consolidates various communication tools into the same platform, ensuring I remain reachable without needing a desk phone. Call reliability, call logs, and voicemail also contribute to making it easy and efficient for my usage.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I mostly use Zoom Phone for meetings, both one-on-one and group, and it really helps when I'm out and need to join a meeting because I can just open Zoom on my mobile and join from anywhere without needing a laptop. I like the texting feature and the emoji hand-raising feature, and it's really easy to join with a link or code, which is the best part for me. My favorite features are definitely the AI Companion, which is like having a note-taker so I can actually listen, and the Blurred Background setting, which is a lifesaver for hiding a messy kitchen or busy café. Plus, the quick little Reactions are perfect for nodding along without unmuting and causing an echo. I integrate Zoom Phone with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot for automatic call logging and click-to-dial functionality, which saves a lot of manual data entry for sales and support teams. I also connect it to Microsoft 365 for seamless calling within Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

While I love Zoom Phone, sometimes I wish the mobile app battery drain wasn't so noticeable, especially on long calls. And honestly, setting up some of the more complex routing rules still feels a bit clunky. I wish that part was more intuitive and less buried in menus.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone lets me join meetings from anywhere using my phone, so I don't worry about having a laptop. Integrating with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot saves time by automating call logging and data entry.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like that with Zoom Phone, I don't always have to switch on my laptop or desktop. I can just sit on my bed and be comfortable while talking to people I cannot meet physically. A specific feature I love is the ability to edit my background; it doesn't matter if I'm in a formal setting because I can just edit the background, which helps me talk to people without worrying about what I'm doing. The share screen feature is another aspect I enjoy. For instance, when I was showing my student how to access the syllabus and create proper notes using AI, she was confused, and I just shared my screen and showed her what to do, which was really helpful for her. I also find Zoom Phone accessible and easy to use. The initial setup was pretty clear and easy to follow, with no confusing steps, and it didn't take much time. It's been very helpful for me. Additionally, it's really great that I can use Zoom Phone to communicate with people I cannot meet physically, share resources, share my screen, and conduct tuition classes and tests without having to physically visit my students.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**
