I am able to bring in team members when needed and set priority levels. this has kept me on track with a lot of new projects. also I have been keeping my Deluge solutions in the tasks that I create. so if something goes wrong with them on the program I have a backup. ### 2. When integrated with Zoho Desk, bugs filed by support staff through Desk are created as new issues on Zoho Projects and if this, in turn is integrated with Zoho Cliq, automatic channel notifications and progress reports can be scripted. The Time Sheets on Zoho Projects also greatly assist me in logging and tracking my time on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** Zoho projects is great, however, it could benefit from better graphing tools. There are also times when I can almost feel Zoho gasping for memory like a man gasping for air, and at those moments the system performance and response times drop significantly. There is good structure and I like having a screen for my own personal tasks as well as one with all the projects for my agency. There's tons of clicking in and out and up and down a hierarchy or projects and tasks and milestones that you can get lost in if you are new. It is very easy for any team member tech or non-tech to understand and manage. With a few sessions, our whole team could very easily adapt the usage. You can also add projects/cases and add other users to the project **What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?** The login process takes long. Too many buttons to press to get to the projects page. Also once you have many projects entered in the database, it is nearly impossible to locate the one you want to find and add entries. There is a filter to sort by project name A-Z but it does not work very well. The A-Z feature does not sort every single file alphabetically, only a subset. This problem adds admin time when adding entries to timesheet **What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm entering my time for different cases and tasks through Zoho Projects. At the end of the day, it helps output the time spent on each case to prepare an invoice for the client. This is better than inputting in Excel. I worked on some more bug tracker tools like Bugzilla, Trac etc. But we had many restrictions there but Zoho is really good over them. It is very fast and it allows upto 25 MB to be uploaded which is really good.I like its different filter such as User based, assigne based, Bug status based etc.We are allowed to add different bug status that we want which is good.i like its left side pane(Feed,dashboard). Using Feed, i am able to find all activities done by every people.
