## Docebo Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless User Management and Effective Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gayane S. | Senior Instructional Designer & E-Learning Content Creator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like Docebo's user interface as an admin because it's easy to use and delivers faster results. It allows me to manage users easily and quickly, create courses within seconds, and manage them without any issues. I can create complex learning paths and assign them to specific courses based on roles. Additionally, the ability to create enrollment rules makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

A notification for rejected users registrations does not currently exist. While there is an option to approve a registration, with a corresponding notification, no such functionality is available for rejected users. After some research, I found that this issue has already been raised by users several years ago, yet no improvements have been implemented so far.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to make the learning experience more engaging, faster, and more effective. It allows me to manage users easily, create courses quickly, and craft complex learning paths effortlessly.

  ### 2. Powerful Customization, but Implementation Can Be Overwhelming for Small Teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allana B. | Training and Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like the variety of things you can do within the system, especially the ability to customize your pages for different learner personas.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Docebo is a challenging system to implement with a small team. The end results are excellent, and the implementation team was very educational and helpful, but most of the work still falls on you. Getting everything off the ground at the beginning felt a bit overwhelming.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different user groups can view different items, and it’s easy to navigate user accounts to see exactly what they’re seeing (a gap in other systems). I also like the customizable reporting and the customizable course catalogs.

  ### 3. User-Friendly LMS with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian A. | Director, Instructional Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I find Docebo's monthly active user model very useful for my customer base, as I can gauge approximately how many people will use the LMS. The system for creating and uploading courses works really well, with no issues on my end, which I appreciate. Its compliance with SCORM and XAPI is also beneficial. I'm excited about Harmony AI search assistant and their new AI agent training feature. I like how we can integrate our provisioning system in the background, which works efficiently. The insights feature gives me good reporting on customer usage. The ease of use, both as an administrator and for users, is notable, as it is user-friendly with minimal confusion. Uploading content and creating courses is straightforward, and the central repository feature for course content is effective. I enjoy the reporting features, particularly Docebo Insights, and the ability to create custom reports. For users, it is seamless to find and launch assigned courses.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Well, every once in a while, we have a problem renewing course access because when we originally configured access, we added courses or added access to courses for users at the course level, and then a couple of years later, we switched to adding at the learning plan level. Renewing access to a course at the learning plan level doesn't update course access dates at the course level, and so that's just created some extra administrative tasks for us. That's about the only problem I have with Docebo. I really don't have any other complaints about Docebo.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Docebo's monthly active user model really useful for managing a large customer base. The system for course creation and content upload works smoothly. It's SCORM and XAPI compliant. I love the insights feature for customer usage reporting.

  ### 4. Streamlined Training with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saranya M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I use Docebo for hosting internal sales trainings, and I find it solves several problems such as bulk enrollment and robust reporting. I really appreciate the intuitive design and the version control feature. I like that it's easy to build integrations on the platform, which allows for sharing recurrent reports with managers without them needing to access the platform. The CSV importing feature is great for helping to bulk enroll teams from a list or sheet. The initial setup was fairly smooth, despite the usual challenges of any migration.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There is a bit of a learning curve and trial and error around how changes to a SCORM file affect in-progress learners.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo for bulk enrollment, intuitive design, robust reporting, and version control. CSV importing helps bulk enroll teams, while integrations deliver team learning reports conveniently to managers.

  ### 5. Powerful and Scalable LMS for Growing Organizations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yoko B. | Senior Learning Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

What I like best about Docebo is its flexibility and scalability combined with an intuitive user experience. It allows advanced customization, strong reporting, and seamless integrations, making it suitable for both internal training and external audiences like clients and partners.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

At times, Docebo can feel complex to configure, especially when managing advanced settings or automations. Some reporting features could be more intuitive, and certain customizations require technical knowledge or additional support to implement efficiently.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo solves the challenge of managing and scaling training in a structured and centralized way. It allows us to organize content, automate processes, track performance, and deliver training to different audiences from a single platform. This improves efficiency, ensures better visibility on results, and supports more strategic decision-making around learning initiatives.

  ### 6. A fantastic LMS with great features!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy S. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I am in Docebo daily and find it very user friendly, easy to navigate and I can easily find what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Sometimes, I need help with creating reports. In addition, I wish I had the ability to duplicate learning plans, like you can courses -- it would be a time saver.

**Recommendations to others considering Docebo:**

Docebo is a great product. We switched from another LMS, which was pretty vanilla, and did not offer the training and support that Docebo did. The staff were all very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very responsive when we reached out with questions.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate that Docebo allows for self-enrollment and makes it simple to track course completion. The feature to create learning plans, which lets you bundle courses and set prerequisites to control the sequence in which lessons are completed, is a real time-saver and helps ensure users follow the intended schedule without getting ahead. Additionally, being able to set up digest notifications for reminders is another valuable benefit.

  ### 7. Keeps our training organized and easy to manage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Palak G. | Lead Instructor, Sr. Social Media Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Once everything is set up, Docebo really does make internal training feel organized and easy to follow. I manage social media workflows and help with onboarding, so having one central place for all our courses has been a lifesaver. The layout is simple for learners to navigate, and I get way fewer "Where do I find this?" questions now. The platform runs smoothly too, which matters when you're trying to keep training consistent.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The setup process can be pretty tedious - even simple admin tasks end up taking way more steps than they should. Some features just aren't as polished as others, so I'm constantly finding workarounds. And the reporting? It's a pain when I just need a quick view of where everyone's at without jumping through hoops.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helped us move from scattered, inconsistent training to something actually organized. At Revup, we're always onboarding new people and updating processes, so having everything in one place has been a huge time-saver. New hires get the same solid foundation, managers can check progress easily, and I can keep our SOPs and learning paths current without the chaos. The setup took some getting used to, but the structure it brings has made our training way more manageable.

  ### 8. The Docebo LMS experience for customer training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is wonderful for being able to incorporate your branding. look, and feel. When others come to our dashboard, it looks professional. We have used it for customer training for years, and users are able to self register and take training easily. The platform is stable and I don't have to worry about learners not being able to access their training. Docebo has really expanded their offering, so we also utilize Teams integration for Workshops, Salesforce integration to see our customer data, Social Learning, Google Analytics, Multidomain etc. We are able to show our learning offering as courses or catalogs. We also have implemented a Certified Service Provider program using their Certification and Training features. Recently, they have really upgraded their support. There is an immediate chat support that is very helpful and they have good customer success managers. Also, they recently added a harmony search which is an AI fueled search engine which is very helpful and can actually search through your training materials and provide answers. They also are very good about their customer outreach in that I've attended some very nice and informative local events and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Docebo for really upgrading their support features!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

One of our main issues is that we pay for Docebo Connect. However, even though we pay for it, they won't turn it on because we haven't paid them 10K for training. Despite numerous attempts to ask them for this they remain unresponsive and we are unable to utilize it though we are savvy with automations already. Also, some features that are launched are 'half baked' such as their survey capabilities. Integrations such as for Teams webinars and notifications through email can be glitchy and problematic.

**Recommendations to others considering Docebo:**

If you would like to incorporate your own branding, have a multifunctional LMS, than Docebo is a great option. If you need a simple LMS than Docebo may be too much product for you. If you need a lot of support, than it may be better to go elsewhere.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support issues mentioned above are still our main problem with Docebo as is the glitchy nature of the platform. The benefit has truly been that we have been able to empower our customers with a professional, high quality training platform that offers multifunctionality. If Docebo fixed their support problems they would work theirway up to a 9 or 10.

**Official Response from Adam Ballhaussen:**

> Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a thoughtful review.

We are so happy that Docebo has enabled you to easily facilitate and scale your Customer training program in an impactful way for your business! We understand that you have felt some of growing pains as we release new products and we apologize for the delays in solving some of your more complex platform issues. We are aware of this and have restructured and invested in our support team with a goal of alleviating these pains. We value your feedback deeply, and will take everything you shared back to our support team leads.

  ### 9. A Reliable LMS That Strengthens Compliance and Training Consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terrence L. | VP of Lending, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo’s structured learning paths and automated enrollment are extremely helpful for keeping our lending teams aligned on required training. I like how easy it is to assign compliance modules to different departments and track completion without manually following up. The platform is intuitive, so even new hires adapt quickly. The reporting dashboard gives me a clean overview of who is behind on training and where we may need additional coaching.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. The mobile experience also works but could be smoother for employees who prefer completing modules on their phones.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps us maintain consistent training standards across both retail and commercial lending operations. It ensures every processor and loan officer completes required compliance content on time, reducing the risk of errors and documentation issues. Turnaround times have improved because staff are better trained and more aligned on updated processes. The LMS also gives us a reliable record for internal and external audits, removing the stress of manual tracking.

  ### 10. Docebo: Intuitive LMS with Great Customisation and Easy Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter E. | Head of Learning and Development , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a very easy to use LMS with intuitive navigation and great customisation options to make it fully 'embedded' into the company. The reporting on the admin module is very easily templated making it easy for managers to pull key data easily without having to drain resources from the learning and development team

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The cost is premium which is valid IF you use all the tools which are included in the bundle package they offer - Docebo do not offer you the opportunity to buy their product without also buying the 'add ons' such as authoring tool and AI module - also i get fed up of educating people on how to pronounce docebo - some of the variations i have heard have made me chuckle

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global, scalable LMS is worth its weight in gold - complete visibility and transparency for internal stakeholders PLUS external consultants / regulatory bodies for things like SOC2

  ### 11. Great LMS with amazing options to personalize

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jürgen H. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

- Docebo offers an excellent service right from the start, regardless if you're just interested or already a customer.

- Setting the system up was easy, as it was accompanied and supported by a project team of Docebo. The whole process was very structured and well-thought.

- After the onboarding process you know the whole LMS inside out.

- In addition to that Docebo offers a ton of great features and possibilities to adapt the platform to your needs.

- Customer support is quite fast when you experience any issues (which rarely occur).

- We use the platform on a daily basis and received great feedback from our users.

- AI features are increasing and very helpful - doesn't matter if as admin or user.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

- Nothing to declare. The only thing to mention is that Docebo offers a full solution and this is probably not suitable for everyone (e.g. if you need a very simple and basic LMS).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docebo for several purposes:
- Intranet (having several documents and media on the platform)
- Onboarding (giving our starters a great onboarding experience)
- Training and development for sales force
- Keeping our staff informed (communication)
- Presentations
- Distributor meetings

  ### 12. Modern, Intuitive LMS with Seamless Integrations and Actionable Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal D. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

1. The platform has a modern design and is very intuitive to use.

2. Reporting and analytics are clear and actionable, giving quick insights into learner progress, and training impact.

3. Creating and managing content is smooth, especially with built-in authoring.

4. Integrations with productivity tools works seamlessly, making the LMS fit naturally into daily workflows.

5. The customer support team is knowledgeable and ready to assist instead of giving generic replies.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

1. Initial setup requires some patience, especially when configuring roles and automation rules.

2. The interface can feel slightly busy when managing multiple audiences.

3. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans which may feel limiting for smaller teams.

4. Setting up advanced configurations during implementation can feel time-consuming.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It keeps everyone on the same updated version of training material.
2. Reporting becomes simple with ready dashboards that makes audit easier.
3. It automated enrollments and reminders, saving a lot of manual tracking effort.
4. The modern UI and AI recommendations keep learners more engaged and active.

  ### 13. Enhancing Team Learning Across Lending Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | VP of Lending, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

In my role as VP of Lending, I oversee a team responsible for evaluating loan products, compliance, and customer risk assessment. Docebo has provided a centralized platform for learning and upskilling my team efficiently. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for both experienced and new team members to access required courses. The ability to track learning progress and completion rates helps me ensure that regulatory compliance training and internal processes are consistently followed. Integration with our communication and CRM tools allows learning to be seamlessly part of daily workflows, which reduces downtime and accelerates knowledge adoption.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While the platform offers robust features, configuring advanced reporting dashboards took more time than I initially expected. Some of the content creation tools could be more user-friendly, and the mobile experience occasionally lags with large course libraries. Customer support is responsive but complex issues may require multiple follow-ups.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps solve the challenge of maintaining consistent knowledge and compliance standards across a lending organization. It ensures that all team members have access to up-to-date training on regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and product knowledge. For me, this has reduced the risk of errors in lending decisions, improved team efficiency, and ensured that onboarding of new team members is faster and more effective. The platform’s reporting also provides actionable insights into skill gaps and training needs, which allows me to proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.

  ### 14. A Flexible LMS That Makes Training Easier to Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul R. | Senior WIP and Disbursement Coordinator, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has a clean, modern interface that’s easy for both admins and learners to navigate. I especially like how simple it is to organize courses and track learner progress. The platform offers strong automation features, so assigning training or setting up learning paths doesn’t feel overwhelming. The reporting tools are also helpful for checking engagement and spotting where learners might need more support. The commitment to innovation, with new features rolling out consistently, makes it a future-proof investment.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

My main critique revolves around feature parity and pricing. Some of the most valuable functionalities, such as advanced analytics or specific automation capabilities, are often tiered or require expensive add-ons. This can make the total cost of ownership quite high compared to some competitors, and it feels like certain core administrative functions (like advanced Instructor-Led Training/ILT session management or nuanced reporting for collaborative tools) could be more streamlined without needing custom CSS workarounds.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is solving our primary challenge of scaling global, multi-audience training programs efficiently. We previously struggled with disorganized, disparate training systems that couldn't handle the volume or the varied needs of internal employees versus external partners.

Now, Docebo centralizes all learning activities. Its automation features handle course assignment, re-certification reminders, and progress tracking, drastically reducing administrative overhead and ensuring compliance requirements are met on time. The clear reporting dashboards allow us to move beyond completion rates to measure the actual effectiveness and business impact of our training initiatives. This has transformed our L&D team from a reactive administrative function into a proactive, data-driven engine for organizational growth.

  ### 15. Docebo Learn.Easy to learn,customisable,Intuitive, flexible, good working partner!Constantly growing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graeme E. | Instructional Designer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Response times are excellent and their customer service managers are always freely available

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

They're pushing forward with AI "innovations, but the new AI features are half baked and seem mostly a rush to market instead of actually adding any real world benefits.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had no, or had a very outdated, method of distributing content to our internal users and customers. On top of that, once distributed, reports and statistics were kept via spreadsheets.
With Docebo's built in reports and expert LMS we are now able to automate most of the tasks and monitor easily with the built in reports.

  ### 16. Effortless Role Management and Intuitive Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravinder S. | Cyber Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The best thing about Docebo is how simple it is to set roles and permissions for both trainers and learners. It is very easy to choose and give the right access to each person. Second, the features for page design and course creation are really easy to manage and understand. Third, I like the community part where i easily get the updates and explains about the new changes.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I don’t really find anything that I dislike about Docebo. The platform works well and is easy to use. The only thing I feel is that it is a little bit expensive

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps me to create simple courses for training people in my organization. For example, I can build courses about cybersecurity awareness or other important topics very quickly. It makes it easy to share learning with everyone and track their progress.

  ### 17. Solid system with excellent ongoing development and exemplary customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven P. | Team Member Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is that rare platform that actually lives up to its claims. From the initial sales process through the first year of customer service and support they have been excellent to work with and consistently responsive. Even the few problems we've had were handled professionally and with care for us as a customer.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

They are an Italian-based company, thus we struggled when there was an issue requiring Tier 3 tech support and all of the tier 3 techs worked in Italy. It cost us a day of delays.

**Recommendations to others considering Docebo:**

Though it was a higher price than other platforms we considered (over 20), we've saved that additional cost in admin wages due to its ease of use and efficient administration.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is engaging and highly customizable to a degree I haven't seen in the many other platforms I've looked at. It's a top-tier platform with mid-tier pricing and exemplary people supporting it. The backend architecture is also very customizable with extensive APIs and it handles different content formats well.

  ### 18. Streamlines Learning with Broad Reach and User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave K. | High Performance Driving Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I truly appreciate how Docebo's onboarding process was facilitated by a specialist, making the initial setup seamless and effective over a series of meetings, helping us understand all features thoroughly. I'm impressed with Docebo's ability to reach thousands of customers 24/7 with a minimal training staff, enabling asynchronous learning that users can access at their own pace without needing direct interaction with staff. This flexibility and reach have significantly enhanced our training capabilities. Docebo makes it easy to set up a professional learning environment quickly without needing special tools or skills. There are a lot of built-in features, enabling us to deliver a variety of learning content efficiently. I find the integration with Microsoft Teams particularly beneficial as it facilitates live webinars, allowing direct interaction between learners and instructors, making the learning experience much more engaging and interactive. Overall, the capability of two-way communication offered by Docebo, empowering us to track learner progress and interact directly, is invaluable and unmatched by simpler platforms like YouTube, which only provide one-directional communication.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I dislike how different sections of the Docebo software appear to be at different ages of development. It becomes evident that certain areas have seen significant progress and updates, while others seem like older, legacy sections that have not been updated in a while. It would be beneficial if all parts of the software were updated to the latest specifications, ensuring a consistent experience throughout.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us to reach thousands of customers 24/7 with a small training staff by providing asynchronous learning materials accessible at any time, expanding our reach significantly.

  ### 19. Powerful and flexible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types has been crucial for meeting our audience's varied needs. We are really happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well).

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The platform is powerful, but some configuration aspects can be complex, In our case, the certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries before being properly addressed.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivering a structured digital library to customers, partners and internal staff. The benefit is the reuse of all our digital assets for different target groups and different objectives.

**Reviewed by:** Ankita M. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I feature I like most about it is API-first, modular LMS architecture and AI driven learning workflows.
Not only this but AI-powered content recommendations, role based learning paths, extended enterprise support, and granular analytics dashboards.
Also it got easily integrated with REST APIs, SSO and CRM integrations enabling seamless user experience.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Its UI/UX, learner dashboard and reporting logic often requires professional services o custom development which finally increases the cost and also implementation time.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of scaling structured learning and enablement across diverse user groups. while maintaining governance and consistency.
By leveraging learning analytics, completion metrics and engagement insights.
Now I can Make data driven decisions to improve product training effectiveness, reduce support dependency and increase customer retention and product adoption.

  ### 21. Tracks Learner Progress, Interface Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** imad g. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I am using Docebo to track learners' progress, which makes it easy to identify who the lazy learners are. I like how Docebo tracks progress using insights. It has made it easy for me to know which content satisfies my learners and work on addressing their weaknesses. Before, it was hard for me to check my learners' progress, but now I can easily track them while they are learning. It helps me see if the content or quizzes are complicated and saves me a lot of time that I used to spend checking reviews and learners' reactions.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I can see now that the interface is a little complicated for me, I really find it complex for me, so I think that your team should work on developing that. A little complicated, but I think it is fine when it comes to the initial setup.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to track learners' progress, identify lazy learners, and determine content difficulty. It simplifies checking progress and understanding learners' reactions. Docebo also helps in knowing which content satisfies learners, allowing me to work on their weaknesses.

  ### 22. Versatile Training Platform with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasanth K. | Enterprise Architect | Cloud Transformation Leader | Driving Multi-Cloud Strategy, Solutions | DevSecOps Excellence | Innovation Resilient Infrastructure at Scale, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I really like that Docebo is a one-stop approach for training, covering everything from internal to external, customers, and even third-party vendors all on one platform, which makes tracking really easy. I appreciate its capability to generate microlearning and structured courses from PDFs, URLs, or PowerPoint presentations, which is really beneficial. The consolidation approach under one hood instead of multiple portfolios for different groups is a distinguishing factor for me. It also allows presenting different portals to different groups but still manages everything on just one platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Admin configurations are truly difficult even with training, but one needs more patience. Visual workflow builders for higher management would be helpful. Not much of a mobile version fan, but that needs improvement too. Tracking the course % for users could have been a good feature.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo enables training for external staff and customers, not just internal actors. It's a one-stop approach for all training, making tracking easy, and offers microlearning and course generation, reducing the need for multiple designs across different groups.

  ### 23. Versatile Learning Solution with AI-Powered Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I use Docebo to deliver scalable cloud-based learning for teams of all sizes, from small groups to a global workforce. I find it solves the challenge of providing consistent learning access to distributed teams because it's cloud-first and designed to ensure learners can log in anytime. I also appreciate the AI-powered content recommendation and automation, which is the most used feature for me. Trexivo AI suggests relevant content to learners based on their role, activity, and interest, reducing the effort needed to find the right courses. Furthermore, the initial setup was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Pricing can feel confusing at first, with multiple plans and add-ons. It takes time to clearly understand which options are truly needed to get the best value.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to deliver scalable cloud-based learning, solving the challenge of providing consistent learning access to distributed teams. It's cloud-first design ensures learners can log in anytime.

  ### 24. Empowers Training with Easy Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maesto G.

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I find the learner activity dashboard in Docebo to be a very useful feature for me. It allows learners to quickly view their assigned courses, progress, deadlines, and completed activities in one convenient place. I also appreciate that Docebo provides a modern, learner-friendly platform that is easier to navigate and manage on a daily basis. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy and didn't take us too long to get started.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The reporting functionality can feel too basic, even though it covers standard needs. More advanced and customizable report options would make it easier to extract deeper insights without exporting data.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to deliver and manage day-to-day training programs smoothly. It helps me provide a learner-friendly experience without complicating administration. The learner activity dashboard lets learners view progress and deadlines at a glance, aiding our communication and collaboration.

  ### 25. It actually works as intended which is a very pleasant surprise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal N. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

While checking out the automation options while eating a cold sandwich I saw it hadn’t broken which I thought was great. Honestly the only time I look at my training deadlines is because of the slack integration. I like how easy it is to create “tracks” and assign content without being an engineer, the compliance stuff is assigned automatically and I don’t need to even think about it. I really did expect the Salesforce link to be a nightmare, but surprisingly it does load the data correctly.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

As far as the mobile app goes, its awful, so please use a computer. The one feature that gets under my skin is if you’re doing a course and you get distracted it will not always save your place, you have to manually log out to make it save? So dumb, I’ve lost track of what I’m doing twice. Stop sending me assignment reminders that were completed last week, it feels like this is buggy.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the most part we utilize Docebo for our security awareness training. This allows us to keep our field engineers current on the robotics model updates and I no longer have to send pdfs everywhere. In short it eliminates the constant reminders I had to provide to get them to complete their onboarding and I also appreciate that the reports allow me to see who is lagging behind.

  ### 26. Intuitive, AI-Powered LMS with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul J. | HCI Engineer, Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I love the intuitive user interface of Docebo; it's clean and easy to navigate, making it easy for both users and administrators to learn quickly. The AI-powered personalization is impressive as it recommends relevant courses and tailors them according to users' needs. The robust integration capabilities are fantastic because it can connect with CRM and HR management tools, ensuring smooth workflows. Additionally, I appreciate the social learning features and the mobile learning experience that Docebo provides. The reporting and analytics features are also strong aspects of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While the interface is clean and easy to navigate, sometimes it feels restrictive when trying to fully align branding and customize layouts. Features like AI recommendations and automations can be powerful but often require significant setup and technical know-how to. Costs can escalate quickly, price tiering is not clear upfront.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to centralize learning resources, ensuring consistent delivery to employees and for tracking course completion and certifications with analytics.

  ### 27. Centralized Learning with Powerful Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I love Docebo's Discover, Coach, and Share feature because it gives our advisors an always available knowledge hub. It allows them to quickly search, share, and learn from real scenarios, reducing repeated questions and strengthening collaborations across teams. It also boosts our team's productivity by giving instant access to solutions and best practices. The overall setup for Docebo was very smooth. Additionally, Docebo solved our biggest training challenges by centralizing all learning into one accessible platform and creating consistent, trackable development paths for every agent. It eliminated scattered resources, improved engagement through interactive content, and gave leaders clear visibility into progress and skill gaps.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Reporting is strong overall, but it could use deeper analytics into learner activity within pages and objects. For example, I can see that someone completed a course, but I cannot tell which sections they spent the most time on or what was skipped or repeated.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo centralized all our learning into one platform, creating consistent development paths and eliminating scattered resources. It improved engagement and provided clear visibility into progress and skill gaps, while its 'Discover, Coach, and Share' feature boosts productivity and collaboration.

Offer a content creation system, even if only basic, without having to purchase a separate product.

  ### 29. Exceptional Versatility with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariève D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I greatly appreciate Docebo for the diversity it offers in terms of layout and platform customization. The quality of support is another major asset for me; the Docebo teams are very responsive, and the responses they provide to tickets are always clear and effective. The integration of artificial intelligence is a real plus that enhances the user experience, particularly thanks to the Harmony function which simplifies administration. This AI allows learners to get answers to their questions, find relevant content easily, and receive tailored suggestions. Moreover, on the administrative side, it facilitates navigation by redirecting to the appropriate sections of the menu and providing useful information for the daily management of the LMS platform. Finally, Docebo's flexibility to add pages, groups, or menus according to specific needs makes it a very adaptable solution.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I would like the link between direct manager (power user) and user to be created automatically upon integration. It would also be useful to easily differentiate training cohorts to provide simple and effective tracking for trainers. Finally, an improvement in tracking widgets would offer better readability and facilitate the analysis of progressions, and the addition of extra widgets would be a plus. An improvement in the design customization of the interface for mobiles could also be enhanced.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo mainly solves my problems related to the platform's display, understanding certain features, and using elements that I couldn't find or configure. The support helps me quickly overcome these difficulties.

  ### 30. Seamless LMS with Exceptional Support and Engaging Features

The smooth implementation process, completed within three months, underscores the platform's user-friendly nature and effectiveness. Ultimately, this combination of features, support, and a caring community makes me confident in Docebo's value.

  ### 31. Flexible, Scalable LMS That Streamlines Real Estate Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cyrus G. | Learning Management System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has been extremely flexible and scalable for our real estate training needs. With the right administration, it supports agent onboarding, compliance training and continuing education very effectively. The reporting tools and automation features have helped us streamline enrollment and track progress with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Like most enterprise LMS platforms, there is a learning curve at first. However , with proper set up and ongoing optimization , this becomes much easier to manage.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has allowed us to centralize training to agents and staff, ensure compliance requirements are met and deliver consistent onboarding across locations. As an LMS Administrator, i was able to configure learning paths, automate assignments and provide clear support documentation, which significantly improved training efficiency and user adoption within our real estate organization.

  ### 32. Versatile Platform with Excellent Support and Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherri C. | Digital Learning Specialist, Podcast Host

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I appreciate Docebo's help desk and how-to articles, which are invaluable for problem-solving without needing to submit a support ticket. This feature is particularly beneficial because I am the only administrator on my team responsible for the platform, and I can easily forget how to perform specific tasks such as setting up auto enrollments or contests. The extensive library of resources allows me to quickly refresh my knowledge and continue working efficiently. Additionally, I like Docebo's flexible pricing model, where we pay by the monthly user. This is ideal for our organization, as some users are only on the platform for a short term, allowing us to manage costs effectively. These features, combined with the excellent support from the onboarding specialist during the initial setup—despite the overall complexity—make Docebo a robust solution for our customer education and internal training needs.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I find the ILT sessions a bit clunky, as there are multiple layers like the course, session, and event, which often are not needed. This structure tends to involve more steps than necessary, making the setup process more cumbersome.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo for customer education and internal training, leveraging its certification paths and manager functions. The help desk and how-to articles enhance my efficiency, and flexibility in user pricing accommodates short-term users.

  ### 33. Exceptional LMS with Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah V.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I am highly impressed with Docebo's exceptional customer service, which I describe as 'out of this world amazing.' The support offered through technical issue tickets, live chats, and AI integration provides our administrators with the necessary technical skills to efficiently manage the Learning Management System (LMS). I also value Docebo's commitment to innovation, as reflected in their upgrades and future-focused approach to e-learning solutions. The introduction of an AI bot that facilitates effortless course searches for our learners is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, I enjoy the seamless integration of Docebo with other tools we use, such as MS Teams for virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions, and software like Camtasia and the Articulate Suite for creating eLearning content. Together, these tools work fantastically and support our learning objectives effectively.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I find the process of retraining without certifications in Docebo to be problematic. As a manufacturing company, it's crucial for us to comply with industry standards and government regulations. While it's beneficial if courses can provide certifications, frequently they cannot, which makes assigning courses for retraining time-consuming, with a high risk of missing steps. Although they have indicated improvements are in progress, this issue currently presents a significant challenge.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docebo as a centralized repository for all our eLearning, vILT, and ILT courses, allowing easy learner access for employees and customers. Its excellent customer service and AI bot enhance efficient LMS management and facilitate effortless course searching.

  ### 34. Customizable and Efficient, but Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I appreciate Docebo's high level of customizability, which allows us to tailor the user interface to reflect our company branding, using HTML and CSS, making it feel like an integrated part of our internal ecosystem rather than a separate tool. The API and bulk CSV features are invaluable in scaling our operations by automating user import, enrollment, and data synchronization without relying on manual processes. Additionally, the notification engine stands out to me as a particularly useful feature. It effectively keeps learners informed and ensures compliance across the organization by sending automatic updates regarding deadlines, enrollment reminders, completion status, and upcoming sessions. This feature has significantly driven higher course completion rates without the need for manual follow-ups. The ease of initial setup was also noteworthy, making the whole process smooth from the start.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I didn't like that the instructor-led training tools in Docebo still need refinement. There are limitations in how session automation, instructor permissions, calendar formatting, and dynamic group sync operate, and these create a lot of unnecessary manual work. Enhancing flexibility in these areas would significantly improve both the admin and learner experience.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to customize our LMS to match our branding and streamline global training. It centralizes enrollment, automates administrative tasks, and enhances compliance with notifications, improving efficiency and course completion.

  ### 35. Comprehensive but Complex Training Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like how Docebo structures a training platform, making the training process organized and efficient for our employees. It allows a structured process for all employees to follow, which adds consistency to our training. Additionally, I enjoy the assistance from our project manager, who has been very helpful and willing to help us all the time, making the setup and ongoing use of Docebo smooth and supportive. The platform's ability to let managers keep up with employee progress and statistics further enhances its value for our team, making it an effective tool for our stores.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I find Docebo very intricate and confusing to navigate, which can be frustrating. The detailed nature of the platform means that missing a step can impact the entire process. Additionally, working with branches is quite challenging.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo structures our training process, allowing employees to follow and be tested, while managers track progress and stats effectively.

  ### 36. Flexible and Powerful LMS with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo’s interface is intuitive, and its modular structure makes it easy to build and manage learning paths across different teams and employee levels. The platform supports a wide range of content types, from SCORM packages to video and micro-learning, which allows us to deliver engaging training experiences. The automation features, like user provisioning and notifications, have also saved us a significant amount of admin time. Additionally, the analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into learner progress and engagement.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While Docebo is powerful, there is a noticeable learning curve to fully unlock its capabilities, especially for non-technical admins. Some customizations require deeper knowledge or additional services, and at times the platform can feel overly complex for basic use cases. Reporting, although robust, can sometimes be tedious to extract in formats that are easy to share externally. Lastly, customer support response times can vary depending on the severity of the issue, which can slow down troubleshooting.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has helped us centralize and standardize our training programs across multiple teams and regions. Before Docebo, we were managing training through scattered resources and manual tracking, which led to inconsistencies and lack of visibility into learner progress. Now, with a single platform for onboarding, compliance, and ongoing skill development, we can deliver consistent training, monitor engagement in real time, and identify knowledge gaps early. The automation tools also reduce administrative overhead, allowing our learning and development team to focus more on content strategy and less on manual tasks.

  ### 37. Docebo Makes User Management Easy and Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo’s user management capabilities are extremely helpful and make it much easier to organize and manage users.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The test feature feels like it’s missing a few key capabilities. The Question Bank could also benefit from additional filters to make it easier to narrow down and find what I need.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps us keep all types of content, training materials, and assets in one place. There’s no longer a need to rely on 3–4 different platforms across different departments.

  ### 38. A customizable LMS that shines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaibhav S. | Cloud Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The platform lets us create learning experiences that feel personalized for different types of users, so training feels useful instead of just another chore. It has all the important tools we need and can be customized a lot, from making our own pages to adding different widgets. The support team is helpful and always willing to adjust things to fit our needs. We compared many LMS options, but we chose this one because it is flexible, easy to use, and full of features and even after a year, we still feel we made the right choice.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Because Docebo is a big platform and we are a smaller customer, it is hard to get direct guidance from their product experts, and support tickets are not always enough for bigger projects.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has helped us bring all our learning and exam related training into one place, which removes the confusion of using multiple tools. It lets us create different learning paths for students, teachers, and exam staff so everyone gets exactly what they need. The reporting tools make it easy to track who is ready for exams and where support is needed. Overall, it has saved us a lot of manual work and made our exam and coaching operations run much smoother.

  ### 39. Streamlined Onboarding with Some Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I find the content categorization and audience-based visibility controls in Docebo most useful. It allows us to organize a large volume of content into clear categories and control visibility for different data types such as employees, customers, or partners, helping them find relevant material easily.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some operations feel repetitive and require multiple clicks. Certain areas of the platform feel older than others. The initial setup was quite hard for us as we switched to a customizable LMS. The UI took too long to get used to.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to onboard and educate employees and customers through a self-serve learning environment. It solves the logistical burden of managing learning programs manually, centralizes content, supports faster onboarding, and makes content categorization and audience-based visibility control most useful.

  ### 40. AI-Driven Learning, Needs Expert Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya k. | Senior Executive R&D, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like Docebo for its AI-driven learning architecture combined with strong enterprise-grade configurability. It uses machine learning models to automatically tag and customize learning assets while providing recommendations based on user profiles, including skill sets and historical learning. I also appreciate its support for REST APIs, SSO, and native integrations, making it easier to integrate with other systems.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The major drawback which I see is its complexity of advance configuration, setting up its custom learning workflows and competency framework require a trained and expert. Also depth of native technical skill is limited , these cases require third party assessment to overall system complexity.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo as a centralized learning platform for onboarding, compliance, and upskilling. It solves learning scalability and knowledge consistency issues, providing a single ecosystem to address fragmented knowledge.

  ### 41. Powerful Features with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lomi S. | Content analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I love Docebo's auto tagging feature, as it systematically tags learning content, enhances organization and searchability, saves time, and boosts learner efficiency significantly. The gamification feature is another aspect I truly appreciate since it makes the learning process more engaging and interactive, motivating users to participate more actively. Additionally, Docebo's learning plans are incredibly beneficial as they present users' progress clearly and effectively, making it easy to track their development and understand what still needs to be completed. I find the ease of use of these features to be outstanding, contributing to an overall positive experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I am dissatisfied with the certificate templates in Docebo. They are poorly designed and do not meet my requirements. Additionally, the level of customization is very limited, which hinders our ability to provide a personal touch in the certification process. Also, the initial setup of Docebo proved challenging. We found it difficult enough that we had to hire external help to get it set up, indicating a need for a more user-friendly setup process or better onboarding support.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo's auto-tagging to organize learning content, enhancing searchability and efficiency. It transforms employee upskilling and multiplies efforts. Learning plans help track user progress effectively.

  ### 42. Effortless LMS Setup with Impressive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yery Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like the observation checklist; it is the most useful point for me. Docebo allows practical on-the-job activities to be added directly to the courses, enabling learners to demonstrate their skills. The built-in functionality is strong and it's easily configurable, which is why we switched from another product. The initial setup was quite easy, and I love the setup process.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

When using bundled content, each item needs to be imported and placed into the course shell manually before learners can access. This process is very time-consuming and more difficult than expected.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo solves the problem of implementing a powerful LMS without a long timeline or heavy overhead. I like the observation checklist and the ability to add practical job activities directly to courses.

  ### 43. Intuitive Learning Platform with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah B.

I like the duplicate and copy code setup tools in Docebo. These tools allow me to quickly replicate course structure, setting layout, and configuration when creating new programs. I used Docebo to deliver an intuitive and customizable learning experience for employees and customers. I find the platform to be flexible and user-friendly, supporting both administrators and learners. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Docebo lacks stronger batch action capabilities for tasks like updating courses or managing bulk settings, which require manual labor.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to deliver an intuitive and customizable learning experience for employees and customers. It solves the problem of delivering a flexible, user-friendly platform supporting both administrators and learners. The duplicate and copy code tools help me quickly replicate course structure and settings when creating new programs.

  ### 44. Powerful, Flexible Platform with Robust Features and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a very powerful and flexible learning experience platform. It makes it possible to customize your platform for a variety of use cases and business needs. Due to some mergers over the past few years, Docebo has proven flexible enough for us to make substantial changes to our architecture and system setup on our own without the need to engage consultants or professional services. Docebo has also added several new features like AI enhancements and a content creation tool which makes it a must more robust solution. In addition to this, Docebo has a wide array of integration and automation options like Docebo Connect which can simplify a variety of admin tasks. Docebo's onboarding for new clients and new upgrades (like Docebo Connect) is very well thought out and Ive been impressed with each of their team members Ive worked with over the years.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The only concerns I have about Docebo are things they are aware of and already working on. There are some legacy portions of the platform that still use the old interface. While these function well, they need to be aligned with the new direction of the platform. Docebo is already working on these areas and address these with regular updates on their roadmap.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is a key part of our onboarding and ongoing skill development programs. It also is the hub for our management development programs.

  ### 45. Highly Customizable LMS with Room for UI/UX Improvement

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I really appreciate that Docebo is highly customizable and automated, allowing for tailored learning experiences depending on the learner. It's impressive how it manages to accommodate the diverse needs and nuances of different learner audiences, which has significantly benefited our organization. We are leveraging the 'Extended Enterprise' feature, which enhances our ability to cater to varying audiences. The platform not only meets our robust and varied use case requirements but also outperformed others in our comprehensive vetting process, effectively addressing most of our needs. The onboarding experience was streamlined with thorough guidance and support. Their integration and support always gives very reliable and hassle free services that make them number one platform in the learning management system provider.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 47. Streamlined Training Platform with Robust Features but Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I find the 'Discover, Coach, and Share' feature of Docebo mostly useful. It enables pure learning by allowing learners to discover content, share knowledge, and learn from each other. When combined with channels and a learning plan, it helps create highly engaging learning journeys that go beyond traditional top-down training.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Making quick changes to certain areas of the platform can be challenging. It is a large enterprise system, so some adjustments take longer than expected. The initial setup was very tough for us, which required us to hire a professional to guide us through the installing process.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo solves the issue of fragmented and ineffective training delivery by centralizing development, tracking, evaluation, and measurement on one platform.

  ### 48. Efficient Learning Platform with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reko D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like how Docebo allows me to quickly monitor completion, which is especially valuable when managing multiple departments with different training requirements. It's a helpful tool to ensure everything is on track.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some parts of the platform feel a bit slow and a few modules still look like old legacy. A fully unified UI across all areas would be a major improvement. Setup experience was quite difficult for us. It took us too long to set it up.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to create structured learning experiences, solve the challenge of keeping thousands of learners on track with mandatory training without manual oversight, and quickly monitor completion. It's especially valuable for managing departments with different training requirements.

  ### 49. Docebo - All-in-One training platform for growing organisations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srivathsav M. | Senior IT Executive, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo helps in large scale training and the best part of is , it's is AI powered automation tool. The analytics are so perfect that it recommend the courses, enroll users and shows the clear insights of what the users are learning, where people are struck and how the training impacts.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Docebo can feel quite complex when setting up for small teams which requires basic training tools. The price is little high compared to the others which might not suit for small organisations. The response time shows a small lag which frustrates the users.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves the problem of scattered or unorganised training by putting everything in one place. It tracks my progress automatically and recommends the next best courses. This makes the trainings smoother and convinient.

  ### 50. Centralized Training Excellence with Docebo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cooper J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I find Docebo's centralized training repository and content storage to be most useful for me. It allows all training material to live in one place, making it easier to maintain consistency, update content, and ensure learners always access the latest version of training resources. The initial setup was quite easy, and it didn't take us too long to set it up.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some functions require learners to search more than necessary to find the right training.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docebo to store, organize, and deliver training content in a centralized platform, solving the problem of scattered training material and inconsistent access, making it easy for both learners and administrators.
