While it's an overall outstanding platform, there are a few areas for improvement. macOS compatibility: Storyline 360 runs natively only on Windows, requiring Mac users on a team to rely on virtual machines like Parallels. A native Mac version for Storyline would be a game changer. Rise 360 formatting constraints: Rise, fantastic for deep custom styling or visual layouts, can feel restrictive compared to custom web or Storyline builds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
