What do you like best about 360Learning?

The interface is user-friendly, communication is excellent, and support tickets get quick responses. I also appreciate the engagement features and the ability to customize the user experience to fit my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

A few aspects still lack automation, such as creating templates for automated email reminders. That said, we do feel that 360Learning listens to our feedback. Our vendor OpenSesame wasn’t explicit about how their integration worked with 360L, and that created numerous problems during our first six months. 360Learning refunded us, which we appreciated. We also integrate with ADP. There was some trial and error, and most of the issues we’ve encountered have been on the ADP side rather than with the integration itself. What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning performs better and offers more features than our previous LMS, and it’s also significantly cheaper. It has given us more opportunities to engage learners and customize the platform to fit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
