I made manuals and added topics based on my work, so everything stays organised and easy to check. It is easy to use, I did not take much time to understand it. I use it regularly while preparing my teaching content and also during clinic work. It has useful features like manuals and articles which helps me organise content step by step and use same notes again when needed. Performance is good for my daily use, it runs smooth and I can open or edit notes without delay. Implementation was simple and it works fine with my system, so integration is not problem. It is so far showing us that it is going to do a lot of amazing things for our company, and we are very excited to start to be able to use it to its full purpose. We have Zoho learn as part of Zoho One, unfortunately we are still battling through trying to work out exactly how this works along with most of the other apps. **What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?** Overall, I don't know about its features to be able to answer this honestly yet. I would say what I dislike about Zoho Learn is the same as every other app. There is no real straightforward guide or instructions available as to how to make it work together, or how to get the most from the software overall. Zoho itself is literally zero help to customers unless you are an enterprise customer. They just tell you to go to a link and read a page of instructions, which would be fine, but maybe don't build a program that is so extensive in every way, then give us extremely poor and difficult to find and follow instructions. The only reason I don't give Zoho a 10/10 is because so far we have been offline for two weeks with all the drama of setting it up, nobody from Zoho will help at all, and it's cost us a mint and almost derailed our entire business. Any other business would have ditched them and moved on. Zoho doesn't talk to you on the phone or offer any real service as far as I can see. If I am wrong, they need to make this stuff more obvious, like they should make it more obvious on how to actually use this program. Consider a book: "Zoho for Dummies" When I buy a program, I don't want to then have to go and hire an independent consultant to show me how to use it effectively. **What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** No Idea? I am still trying to work out how to use it. Unfortunately, when you are running two businesses and then you hit the zoho solution, the first thing you need to do is take two weeks off work so that you can learn how to use the program properly. They are so enormously customisable, they can be implemented to solve any need in your business, but the learning and build curve is steep as a result. If you're not familiar with setting these kinds of systems up, it can be a real challenge. Zoho's KnowledgeBase and Community Forums are excellent sources of info to help with implementation, but it's still a lot of work to get started. **What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is a network of teams across several countries and time-zones. It's really hard to make sure we're all following the same processes, when just having a meeting with us all together at the same time is nigh on impossible! Zoho Learn makes the dissemination of in-house knowledge possible, in a self-serve format. As it's hosted online, we can store SOP's and guidelines, as well as train new staff, no matter where they are.
