The UI is very intuitive and makes it easy to configure the setup. Help-pages are very good too, but only needed them once. Support always great from Zoho, but for this module, no need at all! Pricing is perfect and I aquired already several modules because of the fair value proposed. Integration with other Zoho modules and via API to everything else is extremely good and makes a Dev's life easy. They have Zoho AI, but I never used it until now, only for problem solving in the CRM module - worked very well. Integration with 3rd party AI providers (ChatGPT, Claude) is very easy. The login page to Zoho Learn could make users think they have arrived at the wrong place because there is no customised branding available on the login page. We have therefore found a different way to get round this by creating a simple form to capture the interest of the user from our website, sending an email invite to the user for the course and then after accepting the invite, the user is added as a Learner to the course. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content where I explain topics in simple way. Zoho Learn helps me keep my notes and work in one place and in proper order. In my daily work I explain diet plans, patient guidance and health topics, so having my points ready helps a lot. I made manuals and added topics based on my work, so everything stays organised and easy to check.

It is easy to use, I did not take much time to understand it. I use it regularly while preparing my teaching content and also during clinic work. It has useful features like manuals and articles which helps me organise content step by step and use same notes again when needed.

Performance is good for my daily use, it runs smooth and I can open or edit notes without delay. Implementation was simple and it works fine with my system, so integration is not problem. while writing longer notes, formatting is basic, so I need to adjust things manually to keep it clean. It is not a big issue, but for detailed content it takes little effort. I dislike the price charged after the trial. I have a very small company, roughly 5 employees total, but I do need them trained as there are safety risks with our work. I like how we can embed videos within articles in Zoho Learn, as it doesn't get confusing for people who are navigating through the knowledge base. I find embedding videos within articles helpful because when I'm transferring knowledge about features, I can screen record some videos, do voiceovers, and upload them with the articles. This makes it easier for the reader to understand the whole article. I think if we had the ability to embed coding scripts within Zoho Learn, like attach whole deposits with Zolon, and give specific instructions or explanations for each specific file, that would be great. The ease of course addition and ease of issue fixes. I need the courses to be shared externally and when I was not understanding how to do so, the fix was easy.
